Hi,

Seems they are not responding to anyone same thing happened to me.

I have received an email on Tue, Nov 4, 2014 at 11:15 AM that I have won a prize against order number 25266125 and requested a photograph.

I sent it same day but no revert from them.

Sent follow up emails also but no response customer care told me to contact on that email only "[protected]@shopclues.com" which I did but no response.

My name was listed in november 21st Monthly mania winners lists.

Till now, I haven't receive any emails from shopclues regarding monthly mania winners, when I contact shopclues customer care I have got only one response - "I am unable to help you sir, sorry for apologise. I understand your concern".

Hi Shopclues team,

Thank you to showing empathy. But it is 4th day after your revert. How much time you need to investigate and resolve this issue.

Please respond soon as I really disappointed with the customer service. No reply from any one. I dont think I will never recomend Shop clues online shopping to anyone for sure. I am regretting buying a stove online and the burner is not working and also the stand on the stove are shaking I can't even cook on them always fearing that the contents will spill over any time.

Foolishly I gave away my old stove.

NOT WORKING PROPERLY WIRELESS MOUSE

SIR, I PREVENT SOME DEFECTS ON MY MOUSE LIKE WHEN I CONNECT MOUSE WITH MY LAPTOP MOUSE WAS NOT WORKING SOMETIMES ITS A HANG AND THATS WHY I RETURN THIS PURCHASE.

First of all thank you Mr. rahul from shop clues for the prompt response.
I would like to have the same order delivered to my address by express services as the refunding of payment was not possible due to some problem with server. Due to this same problem there had been 4 transactions made from my debit card at 22:20:19, 22:23:09, 22:24:17, 22:26:13, on 10th Nov 2014 of INR[protected]+2000+1000+1000) while Mr. Rahul was trying to refund my payment which was made by my debit card at the time of placing order.
I had spoken with Mr. Rahul regarding this & was assured that the transaction that happened mistakenly will be transferred to my account within 24 hrs.
Looking forward for shop clues support in resolving these issues ASAP.
