Dear Mam/Sir, I have ordered an item online on OCt 17th in from shopclues.com. I still have not received my product. They have shipped it through Safexpress service and when i tracked the order it has reached SALEM on 30th october. The Product is still at SALEM and they are not shipping it from there. I have contacted both the safeexpress people and the shopclues people and they are only giving me false hope. they have been saying that i will be receiving by the next day each time i call them. But today i can't even connect to them. And they have also not replied to my mails. I feel like i have lost my money. Please help me. Below are the product details.           Seems they are not responding to anyone same thing happened to me.

          I have received an email on Tue, Nov 4, 2014 at 11:15 AM that I have won a prize against order number 25266125 and requested a photograph.

          I sent it same day but no revert from them.

          Sent follow up emails also but no response customer care told me to contact on that email only "[protected]@shopclues.com" which I did but no response.

              Hi, I had registered a complaint on "consumer complaint" for my order delieverd to wrong address by shop clues.com. Last night(8th Nov 2014) their repersentative (Mr. rahul)called me & asked me my account details, card number, cvv number & otp(which was very odd as i had recieved my refunds from amazon.com & they never asked shch details) so that he can refund my payment back to my account. I had given my details but he told after recieving the details that the refund is not possible to ICICI bank account. After 2 mins i checked my mail & there were 4 transactions of INR[protected]+2000+1000+1000) from my account in between (22:20:19-22:26:13) & than again of INR[protected]+1000+999) at 05:05:12..I had spoken with Mr. rahul the shop clues representative about this & messaged hthe the transaction messages to shop clues number [protected].he assured me that the amount will be refunded to my account by 12 noon of 9th nov 2014. Pls make sure my money(total INR 8019 ) is refunded to my account or else i am going to consumer forum & will highlight this issue on social networking sites also. This is a very serious offence o[censored]sing someones card without his concent & is a crime. Looking forward for recieving my payments back. thanks

                Hi, I had placed an order at shop clues for gofit weight lifting plates.but it got delivered to some other address.then i filed my complaint at "consumer complaints" & recieved a call from shop clues representative(Mr. rahul). On 8th Nov 2014, he had asked me my bank details, card no. cvv no(which was very odd as i got refund from amazon & they had naver asked such details) for refunding money of the last order which got delivered to wrong address.But then Mr. rahul told that refund is not possible for icici bank & then i aggreed to get the last order delievered to my address instesd of getting refunds. But after 2 mins there was a transaction of INR[protected]+2000+1000+1000) at 22:20:19, 22:23:09, 22:24:17, 22:26:13 & then back again of INR 3009 at 05:05:12(1010+999+1000). I had contacted mr. rahul of shop clues & he clarified that it is an system error & it money will be refunded by 12:00 pm of 9th Nov 2014.also i had forwarded the transaction alerts which came to my mobile to mr rahul on the phone number [protected]. The amount debited is quiet big so pls ensure that my payment reaches me before 12:00 pm of 9th Nov 2014, or else i will go to consumer forum & will highlight this issue on social networking sites because misusing of someone's card is a crime & a punishable offence. very unprofessional work from shop clues side. a very dejected customer.

                  ShopClues team, I have ordered a pack of six pair of socks at website on 16th October 2014, and order id is 23525423. But sorry to say after almost 1 month still my order is not delivered at my address. When I mailed this issue to your team they revert me that order was delivered.. So I replied them that I didn't got any courier so they reply me that courier was delivered on a wrong address. Now I need an last update from your side before lodge a complaint against ShopClues...                       I has placed an order of Gofit weight lifting Plates with shopclues.com on 19th Oct'14 & it was supposed to be delivered on 31st Oct' 14. I had already paid the amount to shopclues.But when it was not delivered till the due date i checked the website & it was showing as delivered.
                      I immediately tried calling shopclues customer support but there was no response.Then i mailed them & i got a reply that it has been delivered to billing address.
                      Then i called bluedart team & inquired about this order.They replied that the order no. 2394095 with tracking no. [protected] was already delivered to some other Abhishek Sharma in Mumbai but it was supposed to be delivered to me at my given address of Chennai.
                      Again i tried contacting shopclues but there was no response from there side.

                      I request you to kindly refund me my payment or deliver me the product ASAP.

                      First of all thank you Mr. rahul from shop clues for the prompt response.
                      I would like to have the same order delivered to my address by express services as the refunding of payment was not possible due to some problem with server. Due to this same problem there had been 4 transactions made from my debit card at 22:20:19, 22:23:09, 22:24:17, 22:26:13, on 10th Nov 2014 of INR[protected]+2000+1000+1000) while Mr. Rahul was trying to refund my payment which was made by my debit card at the time of placing order.
                      I had spoken with Mr. Rahul regarding this &amp; was assured that the transaction that happened mistakenly will be transferred to my account within 24 hrs.
                      Looking forward for shop clues support in resolving these issues ASAP.

                          Hi, I have email to shop clues to cancel my order no. 17370689 because i have buy the product from Sunday flea mart with cost Rs. 82. But you have deducted Rs.337 which is cheating .i have mailed them that I don't want the product in that much high price. I want to cancel my order and refund my money back but they not cancel my order and nor refund my deducted money .i also warn them that i will raise my complaint in CORE or NCH for the same. but they not take any action request you to please take action & help me. regards sudhir [protected]

                            I ordered the product[protected]on 22 Oct 2014 and cancel the product order himself shopclues on 8.Nov.2014 due to some issue on the product.35 days left and your time for refund 2 weeks(14 days)on 8.Nov.2014 but 19 days left.You didn't refund my money !.No information about the refund .you are wasting my time ...

                                i had ordered a sewing mc before 2 months. first they send a wrong cheap product. after repeated request they picked back it and after requesting for a refund, till now haven't received. world's worst consumer service. no toll free number also. i spend nearly rs.500 just to call them everytime and there is nil response and no feedback arranged. never ever buy from shopclues.com for god sake.they show a very very negligent attitude

                                      My order no is 242367. I have placed an order on 21.10.2014. They sent me message on 26.10.2014 that the product has been dispatched through Ecom Express courier having tracking no is[protected]. When I check with ECom Express then they told me that this is invalid traking number. Customer care of shopclues.com never pick up the phone. When we email the customer care, they say that they reply within 48 hours but never solve the problem. This is a fake site which exploit the money of consumer.
