I had place an order on 09 Oct 2014, 05:58 PM order reference no. Is 22468321. Still I am not received the materials. This order is shipped Via Blue Dart.The tracking number for this shipment is [protected]. But this tracking no. Is Working. it shows not delivered in this tracking. I send a mail regarding this but I haven't receive any response.when I check my ordered no., The status is shown delivered shopclusorder information but I Haven't receive my item. I have all mails send by shopclue also.

    Hi, My name is Deepangshu. I have not received order# 23657555. I did receive a call from the carrier. I ordered Philips Woofer + 1 speaker. I did receive woofer but till date I have not received the speaker. But when I check my Account details in Shopclues.com it shows orders is being already delivered. I there were 2 boxes, 1 for woofer and 1 for speaker under the same tracking number. So the carrier is saying that we can only deliver one box under one tracking order.           I ordered a Skullcandy Earphones on 19th october. I got the delivery on 4th November and it is not a genuine one which is designed by some local manufacturer. No specifications that are listed in the skullcandy website is accomplished in this product. I need a refund on this product.

              Hello shop clues, i had buy three product form your Site, my order number is 24564645, 24561219 and 23507659. currently not any one product delivered to me . i had contact your customer support executive. they always told me just give us to 24 hrs to 48 hrs time and just email to my email Id, otherwise do nothing. 23507659 number order, i had purchased in 16th of Oct. so can you tell me, is this order number coming from outside of India because you take more than half month. or its status always show in transit. if you not able to deliver these product to me. so just cancel my order and refund my money. i think shop clues is the worst online service in India. my friends don't buy any product from shop clues because after order you any product in shopclues, they just forget . - Prashant Thakur

                Dear Sir, I have purchase Benetton Sport Deodorant - 200 ml from Shop Clues and my Order number is #24780349 .As per my order, you have promised to discharge the said order and delivered to my address between: Fri 31 Oct and Sat 1 Nov. But I haven't got the delivery of my product it is still showing as "Processing - Pickup Initiated" from the last 2 weeks .. The order is still not picked up . I have also send an email to the customer support team at shop clues and my ticket number is 1323006 .. Which is still not resolved yet .. They are not replying to my emails also .. I ordered one Hand Blender Mixer Froth Frother Whisker Latte Maker for Milk Coffee Egg Beater Code:948692 Merch Ref: 43173 on 19 Oct 2014, 12:59 PM Immediately i made payment for the same. Expected delivery date was 30-31 October 2014 and today is 5th November 2014 i m still waiting. One bad thing also i came to know through shipment company that tracking number provided by shop clues with name of DOTZOT company doesn't exist in their data base and as per them shipment is not even booked by shop clues. I am feeling really bad . Please solve my query asap otherwise refund my money.

                      I am now fed up with the SHOPCLUES.. My order 24387495 placed on 23rd Oct 2014 is still in processing stage. Its 14 days now and I did not received my order nor online tracking helps... Even you are not connecting on phone. Very GOOD. This will be my last order in shhopclues. If you dont want to send me the shipment then cancel my order and refund my money back. This is disgusting shopping in SHOPCLUES. If I not receive the shipment by tomorrow, I will be forced to go the consumer court for next action. Worst experience I have have ever got in ecommerce shopping. Other online shopping ecommerse are more better than SHOPCLUES. This a final good bye to SHOPCLUES.

I received my product today date on November 4, 2014 2.00 pm. I am really bother that you sent me broken, defective product both. I tried to contact to customer care executive but no one received, I did not expect that you sent me defective and damaged product, how could you do this while I paid full amount, how many stages will you become bother, in previous days i sent you 2 or 3 times mail for not receiving product, but today I got defective and damaged product.. how disgusting your service is.                           Hi All I bought a Sony DAV-TZ215 Home Theatre on 12/09/2014 (Order no:[protected] and received only by 20/09/2014. Being a huge Sony Box there was no proper bubblewrap on it and when i opened the product, DVD Player edge was broken and Sub-Woofer front part is broken. So i called shopclues customer service on 23/09/2014 to replacement of the product. They asked me to send the pictures of broken pieces which i did on the same day. But they haven't generated any reference number for replacement. From 23/09/2014 till 10/10/2014 they were playing with me to send different photos which i did too. On 10/10, i was so angry and asked for a refund of the product. They sent me an email that they will get back to me after 3 business days. But till date they never picked the product nor refunded my money. Please help in raising a civil complaint in the court against this brutal, no good, cheating online website and shut this kind of Spam Online websites forever.                           They even sent me the shipment tracking number on 18-Oct but still no one called in for getting the product back neither money got refunded.
                          SHIPMENT INFORMATION: TRACKING NUMBER S[protected] VIA DD. Please do the needful.
                          Shopclues and their seller both are big cheaters. I know one seller based in Pune Melcom Automation. As per their status message "Apna dhanda dar pe chalta hai, ek jata hai sala 50 ata hai"

                            Hi I had ordered (order No.[protected] one "MT Mini Bluetooth Speaker with Mic" on 22 Oct 2014 and it got delivered on 03 Nov 2014. But this is just useless as it does not connect to any Bluetooth enabled devices or through cable, be it phone or tablet or computer. As this product has come with no functionality at all, this this appears to be a fake product. I did not expect ShopClues to be selling fake products on their site!!! As this is just useless product, I requested (Return ID: 551067 ) the refund my full money (Rs.341) on the same day as it delivered and asked them to process it immediately and get the product picked any time. But today, as I checked the status of this return request, it showed "Return Rejected By Merchant." Now, this is really disgusting and frustrating. I have been buying stuff from this site quite regularly lately and this type of behavior is really unexpected and shakes my trust. First they sell fake products and if someone wants his money back, they just say "rejected." I think ShopClues and its merchants have indulged in some kind of grave fraud and they are duping their customers of huge money. I request you to please help me to get my money back. Thanks in advance and hoping for an early resolution.

                            I Order S Redish Set of 10 Multicolor Cotton Lycra leggings (With Mayani) and I received on Monday 11th April and the when we open and find the product quality is worst, Very low, degrade quality, I don't know how quality inspection passing these types of low quality product.

                            I update a return request on the same time and after 2 days my return request is rejected without any reason, previous they told your order is below 299 but when i told order amount is 759 and after that i am not getting any response from ShopClue.

                            Kindly help me to return this worst quality product and refund my Rs-759 amount.

                                Order No.: 24411565 placed on October 23rd, 2014 has still not been dispatched even as of now as on November 4th, 2014. The online payment has already been done. The site has a faulty interface where "Start communication" does not start any communication and "Customer Support" does not support the customers in any way. Their promised shipment date does not match their service in any way considering they haven't even dispatched the item yet. Shopclues should either ship the item ASAP or refund the entire amount.

                                      Hi I have raised one ticket with number "Others[protected]" .The resolution says "This is with reference to your return request received for order no. 22217347. We regret to inform you that we currently do not provide pick-up services at pin code 493773. We would request you to provide an alternate address for the pick-up or send it to below mentioned address through a courier agency which is traceable online except India Post and we will reimburse the shipping charges upto Rs. 300 in the form of Clues Bucks. Please send us the scan copy of courier receipt." They say it is easy return policy . is it is.If i courier then what is the guantee they say we have got and oblige to pay Please advice

But after 24 hour company inform that they are not able to delivered the product at booking location. At the same time they are also informed that the refund request is registered.
