I had place an order on 13 Oct 2014, 11:20 PM order reference no. is 23193431. Still I am not received the materials. This order is shipped Via Blue Dart.The tracking number for this shipment is [protected]. But this tracking no. Is fake. Nothing are available in this tracking. I send a mail regarding this but I haven't receive any response.when I check my ordered no., The status is shown delivered but I Haven't receive my item. I have all mails send by shopclues.com also. I also Dial customer care no.[protected] lot of times (waste of times) but they does not respond Anything, they always told that within 2 working days we will resolve it. Kindly help for my money back
