      I, Dinesh Singh, [protected] placed an order no. 23910949 dtd 19.10.2014 on shopclue.com. I made the payment too. But i have not received the order till date despite of due date of delivery is over on 30.10.2014. I tried several times to contact customer care but customer care number is always in waiting or they are not responding anything and phone getting disconnected. In future i will never believe on this site and advised everyone not to buy anything using this site. Kindly help to deliver my order from this careless company.         Order #[protected] I purchased SkullCandy INK D-2 Supreme sound Earphones Code: 3952020 through net banking at shopclues website. I barely used it and yesterday I found that sound is not coming clearly. I know its not original SkullCandy, its duplicate. Replace it with original or return my money.

I also got the message regarding shipping status status. But there is no product delivery at my address. And there is no response from company side. i am trying to call at customer support but every time i am getting my call in waiting.             Hi, MySelf Sachin, I purchase a Ladies watch on 28 SEP 2014 . i got this after 10-15 days. WATCH has manufactured defect (date not update automatically) . so i return this product to shop clues. on 20 OCT 2014.Return requested for ShopClues order 21443719 They commit me u get refund in 3 or 4 days. I call many times given customer care no. [protected], i try this number approxi 100 times but always not reachable. only 3 or 4 times my call connect with customer care. but they do not provide any right information, always told me. it will take 3 or 4 days more, Pls wait or hold the call and told me i transfer your call to my senior. but no positive response from customer care.               The Company is cheating their customer I had ordered four (4) Items on 21st October my order ID is 24238561, 24236811, 24195557 & 24085593. Daily ShopClues is sending SMS & Mail that Processing - Procurement Delay from Merchant and one Item #24085593 is in Transit with order is shipped via Dotzot courier. I got cheated. Their is only one Customer Care No.[protected] that is not working. FAKE People FAKE Company

                i had purchased a Mini Portable Hand Sewing Machine-stapler Model vide order no 21968225 on dated 05.10.14 firstly they delivered it after the estimated delivery time. when i try to make it work on a cloth but it did not take a single step then i tried to make it return they said it cant be returned. i want they should return it and refund my payment or replace the product by taking it from me. thanking u

                  I placed an order a week back (order id:[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered today (31st Oct). Till date I could call the customer support number and could hear the update till yesterday that it's going to be delivered today. All of a sudden today when I was trying to reach customer support since I did not receive the courier details, the call immediately gets disconnected and it happened multiple times. I believe they have blocked my number since they don't have excuses. And all this when payment was done while booking. I have been buying online quite frequently but my first experience with shopclues is not great.

October 2014 Payment - CREDIT CARD Complaint - I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER 2 WEEKS. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM SHOPCLUES OTHER THAN THAT THE ORDER IS DELAYED. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER BUT IT SYAS THAT THERE IS NO ORDER WITH THIS NUMBER. NOW THE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT EVEN CONNECT. I HAVE LEFT THEM NUMEROUS COMPLAINT VIA MAIL AND JUST GET AUTOMATED RESPONSES. THEY DONT EVEN TELL ME WHEN THE ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED OR IF IT WILL BE DELIVERED. SHOPCLUES IS CHEATING CUSTOMERS. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MAKE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH THE CONCERENED AUTHOROTIES.

                                sir, i made order on 21-9-14 for two quantity of popcorn makers & paid Rs 1753-00 on 21-9-14 against order no.20812693 but shopclues delivered only one popcorn maker. since then i am writing continousily to shopclues to refund me Rs 877-00 for one popcorn maker which was not sent. but company is not understanding my grievance & taken request for return instead of refund of my amount of Rs 877.00.pl help me to get the refund of Rs 877-00.

When it was delivered to me that i tried alot to make it work as desbribed while selling the products. infact i also tried to make it work with the help of you tube videos available on the net but it did not take a single step on the cloth. i tried to return but the massage appear on the website that it can't be returned. web site should deliver products that are working condition or if delivered there should be a exchange or return offer as i really disappointed by them for this product.

                                      I had given order 22772393 on Shop Clues, dated 12.10.2014 and still i haven't received my delivery and company gave me expected delivery date on 22/10/14 and now complaint date is 29/10/14 but still my courier not deliver to me and COURIER IS UNTRACEABLE SINCE THAY SHIPPED TO COURIER COMPANY (DATE 18/10/14) & e-mail to company but no satisfactory answer from company. This issue is very serious for us. Please take immediate action.
