On 25th Oct 2014 I had booked the Blackberry D-x1/dx1 1400mah Li Ion Battery For Storm 9530 in your site. Order No. is 24505193. Its completed three days but in track order nothing is updated. I call Your customer care number but its not working. If Your site is not working properly and customer care number not work than why should you sale the products in your site. Today I received a message and mail your order has been cancelled due to non- Serviceability. Why should You at order booking time to provide a service after that you canceled the booking. Pls refund My full amount and dont waste the time of cutomers.

      I am really very sick about this and not sure how long I have to wait to get my product. It seems like some doesn't want to deliver it deliberately. I am not happy with at all. I placed the order on 15th Oct and received the confirmation SMS on 18th Oct that it has been dispatched to SAFEXPRESS to deliver it but since then I have been reaching out to the courier company and they reply with same excuse every time that it will be delivered to you by today itself but nothing seems to be going in the positive way.         Hi ShopClues Team, This would be a very dissatisfactory experience with you. From last one month I am struggling for an update on my return request# 511143. But at the end my return request was denied without any comment on the closure note. Every time customer care executive is saying this will be taken care within 2 days. I want the reason why my return request was denied. Every time customer care is saying to get in touch with micromax care to repair the faulty mobile phone. This would be my question to Shop clues why should we go to micromax. We bought this from shop clues, this is your sole responsibility to return the faulty phone. Low quality of product without quality check creates frustration to customers. This would be very helpful if some one can take action on this. I have purchased a new phone and I dont want to knock the door of Micromax care to repair the phone, So I would request you if any one can call me on my phone to find the detail about this.           15th October I purchased "Flow 4.1 Home Theater Speaker System USB Memory Card Remote FM Digital Display" from Shopclues.com (Order Number:[protected]. At the time of placing the order the expected delivery date intimated to me was between 20-22 October. That didn''t happen as the product was shipped only on 21st October. This order is shipped via BD-Deal. The tracking number for this shipment is [protected]. Since then I never been able to track my shipment. So I understood it was a fake tracking number provided just to harass me. I am still not able to track the package in Bluedart Internet Tracking System after 7 days of shipping. Customer care is unreachable over phone and non responding over email. Someone named Amit contacted me over mobile (from his mobile number) and told me he will update me about the status on next business day. But forget about doing that he stopped receiving my calls. i already wrote on their official facebook page. But no action yet.

Its almost a month now and I have not received one product too. I have paid money via online. Customer care number keeps beeping none of the on other side receives call nor do they respond for any mails.

                  I have purchased a philips dvd player (order[protected]Rs 1638) 2 months ago. From day 1, it had showing some technical problem. Now from last 1 months it is not working. it could not even read the disc from the last month. I have tried a lot to contact with shopclues customer care from last month but every time the call could not get completed(congestion in the network). Also I haven't got the invoice of the product. The product is used for 20 days only, after that the product is useless. Now Shopclues is saying to visit to the nearest service center and seek assistance as there is 1 year warranty. . My question is why and how should I visit to service center without any proper documents. Shopclues is now getting worse and worse as per product quality and service is concerned. I want a immediate replacement. I thought it would be a great experience with shopclues but now it just got the reverse. New products are supposed to be in the home, not in service centre. Right?? Why Shopclues Why?? I WANT A IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT!!!

Order Number:23229335 Order Date:October 14, 2014 Product Name: Samsung 40H5100 40 Inches Full HD Slim LED Television As per previous commitment order has been confirmed on October 14, 2014 & it should be dispatched on October 17, 2014. Today is October 28, 2014 but still it is in processing state & delay from merchant However, i have paid all mount RS 31490/- via HDFC credit card. My HDFC EMI will go by November 1, 2014. How i can pay EMI if i didn't receive order. When i place order, product was available with Merchant & now above email state that product not available with merchant. I am keeping My Lawyer in CC, for further communication. If product not delivered before October 29, 2014 i have to go with legal option I have already submitted complement at consumer court, I will start Legal procedure from tomorrow if i didn't get any call or replay from you. This kind of service totally unacceptable. @ Praveen, Lets meet on Monday for same & we will start the procedure

                      Dear sir, On 9th October 2014, I booked and paid Rs.540 for 14 in 1 Solar Robot Kit for my son's school project through shopclues.com. They send me sms that "Your ShopClues order 22492441 for 14 in1 Solar Robots Kit for Kids is shipped by Dotzot with tracking number[protected]". when I open my shopclues account, I found that the product is shipped and expected delivery between 22-27th October 2014. But, as on 28th October 2014, I have not received the Product. When I enquire in the Dotzot office at Guwahati, I found that the tracking id is wrong. I have been trying to contact Shopclues.com in their only customer care No.[protected], which is not possible to connect. Even if it is connected, no body picks up the phone. Now I had to book the same product in other web portal, which may come late and the purpose may not be solved.                             ShopClues claimed of selling a 100% Genuine Leather Belt - http://www.shopclues.com/mens-leather-belt-brown.html however when I received the belt it was some cheap roadside available Synthetic / rubber belt, anything but not leather. When I asked for Return Request as per their Return Policy http://www.shopclues.com/return-policy.html: "Significantly different from the description given by the merchant"; they denied & kept on sending same replies: "We have sent you the standard quality product as per the description mentioned on the website. Therefore, we may not be able to fulfill your return request as per our return policy." I'm posting the images here, please refer & protect Customers interest. I'm definately not only behind the amount spend behind the belt but alsmy interest as a customer & the time wasted behind the idiotic staff of Shopclues.

                                Order no.23122563 ordered on 13Oct 2014 and cancelled on 22nd Oct because they are not shipping the product. Still money is not refunded. Order is put on hole. When I speak to customer care they say there is some technical issue and that is what they have been telling since many days now. someone pls help Really fraud people and very poor customer support. regards Prakash

                                  I ordered Laptop battery for my laptop which cost me RS 1499 .And that battery is not working for my Laptop.Latter I found that there is defect in the battery. When I given feed back through email then there is no reply from Shopclues member and I have never seen worst customer support in my life as this website provided. There is no toll free number for customer care and I have almost spent RS 60 by calling them even though no one picked up the phone. And never got any call from them if they have saw my feedback.I really got frustrated about this service and product provided by them. So I want help from government. Please look into this matter and take any legal action against them.

                                    i have order rolex watch which i recieved and it was not working properly then i got contacted with customer care and they suggested to send back for service and they themselves decided to cancel my order and informed me that they will refund my amount to my account on 9th august 2014 but till now 28 october 2014 they have not refunded my amount

                                      Sir, I ordered Decorative LED lighting - 10 Meter - 10 Pc. Vide order No: 22184715 on 7th Oct14. It was shipped on 12th Oct14 via Bluedart tracking No: [protected]. As Bluedart didn't update the status of the above traking no, I mailed to Mrs. Soma Roy- Assistant Manager (Customer Care) - Bluedart Service. She replied that it is untraceable in the network, hence it is not possible to delivery the item. I mailed this to Shopclues.com and sent the copy of the Bluedart mail as proof. And claimed for the refund of Rs.590 But they are not responding to my mail. Hence I want to make a file to lodge the complaint. I have attached the mail copy of Mrs. Soma Roy- Assistant Manager (Customer Care) - Bluedart Service. Waiting for your reply, Regards, Gopal Pal

                                        I ordered a LED TV (ORDER NO.[protected] on 09th Oct., 18 days already past and payment made by credit card INR 31338/- as no cash on delivery option available, initial delivery date was 12 / 14 Oct. but the status since 17th March is "pre dispatch inspection done" Though the product was in stock when I ordered, In spite of regular follow-up I have no clue whether I would receive the product or not, as it is very difficult to get through their help line no., Regards / Kapil
