Case History:
I have ordered the HDC Galaxy s5 Smart Phone(Dual SIM) on 04 Oct 2014, 05:20 PM (Order date and time). First, the Order[protected] was confirmed on Sat, 4th Oct 2014. Second, It was processed on Sun 5th Oct, 2014. Third, the quality of the order was checked on Tue, 7th Oct 2014. Lastly, on Oct 16, 2014 the Order[protected] was delivered on my address. When I opened the order I was shocked because it was completely different. Then I given the return request on 20 Oct 2014, 12:34 AM (Return Request date and time) and refund of my money (10 days hassle free return as per the site and product details that If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e. Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong Quantity, Defective, Damaged, Or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant You are completely protected. ShopClues offers a 10 day return guarantee for all such items).

About brand:
As per Site it is OEM, however, as per the packet received it was"Hand Written "HDC" on white paper pasted on the Box and on the back inside of the mobile where we put the battery. It is not HDC Galaxy s5 Smart Phone(Dual SIM)."
About Model No.:
As Per Site Description it is Galaxy S5. However, as per received product It is Just "S5". It is not HDC Galaxy s5 Smart Phone(Dual SIM).
About Storage:
As Per Site Description it is 16. However, as per received product it has only 136.5 KB phone memory.
About Wifi:
As Per Site Description it has WiFi. However, as per received product there is no option for Wifi in the phone etc...
About Battery:
As Per Site Description it is 2800 mAh. However, in the received product the battery is 1000 mAh of brand name "Apne Desh Ki Pasand BJ Gold" - It is over written over the battery. It is not of HDC Galaxy s5 Smart Phone(Dual SIM).
I must say "Complete Fraud done done by your company", " You Guys are Cheaters".
I would like to inform you that instead of "HDC Galaxy s5 Smart Phone(Dual SIM)" wrong and fake phone was delivered to me. When I contacted your customer care on[protected] yesterday around 11:38 a.m. (October 22, 2014) about my return request as my request was declined and discussed about the complete fraud done shopclues with Mr. Naresh Rao. As per him I was about to receive a call back on my registered mobile number [protected] from the Management Team before 05: 00 yesterday. However, I didn't received. And Today, I called on your same customer care number[protected] three times. Please find below the details:
1st Call from my other mobile number ([protected]) on October 23, 2014 at 11:46 a.m. (Call Duration: 12m:18s):
In this call, I asked the representative to transfer the call to Mr. Rao to discuss the problem. The representative asked about the problem then I told the whole story of fraud done by shopclues. The representative said that Mr. Rao is busy on another call. After some time the representative told he is transferring the call to Mr. Rao. I said OK. However, instead of call transferring the call was disconnected while transferring the active call. What a way of Customer Service.
2nd Call from my same mobile number ([protected]) on October 23, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. (Call Duration: 45m:01s):
In this call, when I discussed the whole picture again then the representative named "Mukund Kumar" put my call on hold for 45m:01s by saying that he is transferring my call to the Supervisor. Can anyone tell me that It takes 45m:01s to transfer a call? After this the call was disconnected. Again what a way of handling the customer complaint.
3rd Call from my same mobile number ([protected]) on October 23, 2014 at 12:46 p.m. (Call Duration: 41m:30s):
In this call, again I discussed the whole picture with the representative named "Jeevan Singh", then he replied that there is no supervisor is available on the floor. He can only arrange call back that's it. It means that representatives of shopclues are working without Supervisors. Again I must say tremendous customer complaint service. Cheers!!!
Lastly, It is humble request that I want my money back within 72 hours to transfer my money to money credit card. And please don't force me to file a fraud case against your company as you Guys are selling your duplicate phone in the brand name of "HDC Galaxy s5 Smart Phone(Dual SIM)" on your shopclues site. I have the complete evidence which is enough to prove it, and I'll also publish this evidence in social media as mentioned below and will share this to everyone if my money is not credited to my Credit Card within 72 hours.

Same thing happened with me I purchased a LED TV on 09th OCT. order No. 22399075 on Shoplcues, using my credit card as no cash on delivery option, expected delivery date that time was 12~14 Oct., but 18 days already past and no clue about my product as not yet shipped since 17th Oct. status is ''pre dispatch inspection done" they are enjoying my money and giving no satisfactory reason of delay, very difficult to get through their helpline no. and every time when I send a e-mail, they promise to update me in next 48 hours but nothing happens.
Now planning to take a legal action and anybody help me out.
