I ordered a LED TV (ORDER NO.[protected] on 09th Oct., 18 days already past and payment made by credit card INR 31338/- as no cash on delivery option available, initial delivery date was 12 / 14 Oct. but the status since 17th March is "pre dispatch inspection done" Though the product was in stock when I ordered, In spite of regular follow-up I have no clue whether I would receive the product or not, as it is very difficult to get through their help line no., Regards / Kapil

    I ordered an item order no.22074905 on 13th october 2014 and they showed that it would delivered on 23th oct. but it is already 27th october but they don't delivered yet. it has already 15 days passed, i am checking the status regularly.but there is no latest update since 13th October. I gave a complain( ticket no. 1250574) but they said to me that it would deliver in 24 to 48 hours. But i did not get it.

      Same thing happened with me I purchased a LED TV on 09th OCT. order No. 22399075 on Shoplcues, using my credit card as no cash on delivery option, expected delivery date that time was 12~14 Oct., but 18 days already past and no clue about my product as not yet shipped since 17th Oct. status is ''pre dispatch inspection done" they are enjoying my money and giving no satisfactory reason of delay, very difficult to get through their helpline no. and every time when I send a e-mail, they promise to update me in next 48 hours but nothing happens.

      Now planning to take a legal action and anybody help me out.

          I had made online payment for wespro speaker (Code: 3885568) Order No:22482161on 9th October 2014. But I still haven't received my product till date. And the customer service no: [protected] is always busy and even when the call is connected I am kept waiting for some time and the call gets disconnected. I had lodged many complaints with Shopclues having request nos: 1195570and 1268040. But still haven't got any resolution.

            Respected Sir, With reference to my Order: 22503733, i have ordered the item on 9-Oct-2014, but yet now it is almost 19 days but i haven't received the item, the item is still in Processing State, contacted many times the customer support but no response at all. So i please request you to delivery the item on priority basis or do refund the amount if your merchant is not able to deliver such a small item.

                Order ID : 22706609 Return ID : 524069 Sai Arpans Beautiful Designer Double Bed AC Blanket-Assorted Colors Rs.112 Product Quliry is cheap. Not as shown in Photo. I asked to refund amount and take return. But they are saying We would like to inform you that the product that is delivered to you is the same product which has been provided to us by the merchant. We, at Shopclues.com provide standard quality products to our customers. Therefore, the merchant will not be able to accept the return/replacement of the product.

                  This return has not been executed yet and upon checking the zendesk you have closed the ticket without resolving the issue. Order Number: 22281701 Order date: 08 Oct 2014, 01:19 PM Return: 512055 Return Request Date: 19 Oct 2014, 10:53 AM Action: Refund Status: Return Approved The product received is either very old or a duplicate. The Perfume does not last for more than 2 hrs after application and the smell is weak. I have used this perfume before and it lasts for more than 10 hrs after application. I am also filing a complaint with the International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC) You people are fraudsters your business must shut down in public interest.

                    ordered Puma women shoes from Shopclues.com on 1st october and the estimated delivery was 6th or 7th october. And today is 28th october . I got a FAKE bluedart Courier Number([protected]) from them . I contacted shopclues many times regarding this . Earlier they used to reply me after 2-3 days and would say please allow us some more time we will check with courier company but now they have even stopped replying to my emails . My Support ticket number of shopclues : 1199963, 1199965, 1199967, 1199969.. and many more I dont know why i every time i contacted them they give me new ticket number ? Please help me .                         Order number[protected] Order confirmed on October 3rd 2014 Order shipped on October 8th 2014 through Ecom Express, tracking number[protected] These were the emails i received but when i checked on the courier service website, the shipment was booked on 11th october. This is kind of false information being sent to the user. I raised a complaint on the company website on October 14th, received an automated reply and then received a reply on October 17th asking for 24-48 hours. After that, I again made a complaint on October 21st and today is October 27th. There has been no reply from the company. In all, it has been 24 days and i have not received my order. My suggestions for online shoppers- 1. Kindly avoid using shopclues.com for shopping 2. If you have to use it, kindly do not make the payment while ordering so that you do not regret that your money has been eaten up by the company.

Please find below some examples of Fraud done by your shopclues site and please find pictures of the site description and received phone attached with this mail: About brand: As per Site it is OEM, however, as per the packet received it was"Hand Written "HDC" on white paper pasted on the Box and on the back inside of the mobile where we put the battery. It is not HDC Galaxy s5 Smart Phone(Dual SIM)." About Model No.: As Per Site Description it is Galaxy S5. However, as per received product It is Just "S5". It is not HDC Galaxy s5 Smart Phone(Dual SIM). About Storage: As Per Site Description it is 16. However, as per received product it has only 136.5 KB phone memory. About Wifi: As Per Site Description it has WiFi. However, as per received product there is no option for Wifi in the phone etc... About Battery: As Per Site Description it is 2800 mAh. The representative asked about the problem then I told the whole story of fraud done by shopclues. The representative said that Mr. Rao is busy on another call. After some time the representative told he is transferring the call to Mr. Rao. I said OK. However, instead of call transferring the call was disconnected while transferring the active call. What a way of Customer Service. 2nd Call from my same mobile number ([protected]) on October 23, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. (Call Duration: 45m:01s): In this call, when I discussed the whole picture again then the representative named "Mukund Kumar" put my call on hold for 45m:01s by saying that he is transferring my call to the Supervisor. Can anyone tell me that It takes 45m:01s to transfer a call? After this the call was disconnected. Again what a way of handling the customer complaint. 3rd Call from my same mobile number ([protected]) on October 23, 2014 at 12:46 p.m. (Call Duration: 41m:30s): In this call, again I discussed the whole picture with the representative named "Jeevan Singh", then he replied that there is no supervisor is available on the floor. He can only arrange call back that's it. It means that representatives of shopclues are working without Supervisors. Again I must say tremendous customer complaint service. Cheers!!! Lastly, It is humble request that I want my money back within 72 hours to transfer my money to money credit card. And please don't force me to file a fraud case against your company as you Guys are selling your duplicate phone in the brand name of "HDC Galaxy s5 Smart Phone(Dual SIM)" on your shopclues site. I have the complete evidence which is enough to prove it, and I'll also publish this evidence in social media as mentioned below and will share this to everyone if my money is not credited to my Credit Card within 72 hours.                                 My order number is 22621777. I ordered magnetic dartboard with 6 darts on 14th oct 2014. I received the order on 25th Oct but the magnetic board is a bit teared and also there are only 4 darts. In the order it was clearly specified that it comes with 6 darts and also in the packing box it is written the same. I have tried to contact CC number but not valid.                                         After more than one month I haven't recieved my shopclues order no.20378145. The Shopclues customer has never picked up phone or responded at all, very worse condition of customer care. I want my product or refund for this. So please do the needful.

                                        When will I get my product or refund. Is this company opened for online shopping or looting the money of customers. If my problem won't be resolved then next complain will be lodged in consumer forum ( Jago Grahak Jago ). My shopclues order no.20378145.
                                        I also have a similar complaint, its been 24 days and no update on the product.
                                        they do not respond to emails
                                        the number mentioned as customer care number for Delhi NCR is not valid.
