I have recieved a regd letter from shopclues, telling that you have won 15 lakh with a scratch card, scratch card was containing 15akhs in it, they had a code in that too send for some # helpline number, after i send that called me and they told we will transfer your money but you need they cant transfer money to my account.
So please ssend me correct suggestion

I purchased one product set of of 2 pcs 30 feet multi color rgb ladi from shopclues.com on 7-11-19 with order id[protected] after receiving the product we found that product is not working/ defective. I select for replacement but it's showing that time replacement is not available so i select for return but they rejected my return request unfaithful. Shopclues is big name in online marketplace so help me this matter to replacement/refund for my defective product.. Thanks

For that i need to pay service tax of rupees rs. 6999 they send theirbank details of them.. It is fake i know.. I have gather their details and attached below. Futher make some action of that fraud people otherwise you brand name gets spolied.

Have received calls from your "information officer" intimating about a first prize of a mahindra suv i have won. The displayed number is [protected]. Truecaller identifies him as sanjay sharma. Person has details of my address and phone number and wants bank details. When i asked him to send the money, he says wants my official name and bank name. He also wants me to send a whatsapp message to [protected]. I called your consumer complaints but there is no mechanism to speak to anyone. What kind of client protection firewall you are running?

Received a message from ax-shpcls saying you have won a first prize, tata safari car or 1260000 rs. For more details call or whatsapp [protected] on date 11/7/2019. They are asking bank account details and adhar card number. I feel it is fraud, can anyone from shopclues please confirm?

I would really like to know how they get our numbers? He has send his name and adhar card id and pan card copy images to me by name nitin kumar, but i really feel its fake. How can i confirm?

We have received a call regarding winning of swift dzire car in a contest held by shopclues.

The executive claiming himself as an employee of shopclues named manohar pandurang patil.
He has sent many id's claiming himself as manohar pandurang patil.
After the continuous denial from our side that we do not believe in such contest, this guy has now started sending vulgar messages.

Shopclues employees, directors will be held responsible for the harassment we faced due to the leakage of our personal data even if such contest is not being run by them.

I received a letter claiming that i won 11lakh/- n called back on helpline number enquiring about it as to whether any tax related deduction are required, to which they answered no and all i need to do is give my account details n receive d lottery amount. Later i got a call asking only to pay ticket charge of 5500/- via any mode and within few minutes i will receive d money in my said account. Unfortunately, i paid hoping that i might receive as they sounded so genuine. But again i got a call that 2.5% on 11lac is also to be paid to which i denied saying that i wasn't informed about such things when i asked about tax related stuffs. So i denied to accept the lottery amount asking to refund back the ticket charge that i paid via google pay. But now they are saying dt i will have to pay 2600/- to apply for a refund that u will receive in 90 days along with the refund application money also. I also asked them to come at their office address of which was given in the letter provided to me. I also have their numbers and still get the calls from their side asking what have i decided to do. Please help me out in getting back the refund money and let these people pay for their sins..

I received a letter stating that i have won rs 100000 in a lucky draw done by shop clues. I also received a coupon code. The terms and conditions given were that the winner should bear the gst and other charges, submit their bank account number and other documents. It also said to not call the customer care number of shop clues. This scheme seems fraudulent. I urge shop clues to take legal action against them. The helpline number stated was [protected].

I have ordered a dress material from shopclues and received a low quality dress material. So, i have requested for the return of the product with id[protected] and refund of my amount which is total 1073 and it was approved. That company had told that bluedart courier partner will reach to pickup the return product on 24 th october but still there is no response from anyone.

They been contacting me for 3 days to tell me that I've won 15lk INR.so that they want my address details to send a courier which consist of details to claim it.
I accepted it n gave my address to them.
Just like that I've received a courier which include some coupon.
After 2 days they called me and said you must have to pay 15, 500 to claim my 15lk INR.
When I took this serious n questioed him directly he just hang up the call.
Till now it's been switched off.
Wtf is wrong u guys ShopClues.
I'll complaint against u guys in cybercrime.

I Contact customer care but any person not solve my problem properly. And not recieved my call.

I received a call saying that I have won sone lucky draw conducted by Shopclues. For which I have to pay a certain amount as Processing fee.

Please confirm from Shopclues team, if they really conducted any lucky draw for Diwali.
