Hello sir,
Today i recieved a letter through india post it shows that i am a anniversary celebration lucky draw winner worth one lakh cash and a additional scratch card coupon worth ten lakh cash.. I called to confirm whether it is real or fake... They told it is true and asked to send my bank details... After i send my details they asked to pay 6500 rs as a registration charges.. Are u conducting any lucky draw??? If it is not so pls dnt fool ur customers... They lost faith on u and u have them rights to stole our data's??? Here i attached my conversations with them

    M3 smart bend purchase and returned due non ops. Shipment returned and employer id is 116316 dt. 18 feb 2020. Company told it will replace by 24feb 2020 on complition of shipment returned. Now there is message it is refunded rs.392 (Three hundred and ninety two only). I have not given any bank detail yet. How it is possible and money will encash. I want

      I am shiju b, one of your regular customer. I have received a lucky draw coupon of rs. 1 lakh and a scratch card worth rs.10 lakh. There was a phone number ([protected]) on which i have to send my sms code. I strongly believe that there is a scam in this. I also wanted to know how your customer data is hacked like this and our personal details with them, this is quiet threatening that anyone can have my personal data though your database which i gave to you. I prefer to go for a legal action for this act. I also dont feel secured with your database.

          I have ordered this product by pre - paid order & they cancelled it as the delivery was getting delayed. & they said they are refunding the order amount of 323 rs.in the same form of payment on 31st jan & it will take maximum of 12th feb to credit in my bank account & its 18th feb today till i have not received any money even i have sent the bank statement till 12th feb. So kindly solve this issue after 20-25 days.

And there are also helpline numbers given seperately and it also says that donot call the customer care number. I just wanted to check whether it is real or a fraud activity. And also the letter was delivered by indian post.

                I had got an call from dayashankar mishra he was stating that he was an senior executive of shopclues... And he was telling me about lucky draw as well I was knowing about this earlier that it might be an fraud so I kept on searching in google for everything about him... And also he had sent me his personal documents but not his official email ID where I got an clear picture that he is an fraud and also he asked me to pay 6, 500 as gst but I didn't... He said that I will be getting cash price of 14, 80000.. Which is an small amount for shopclues... Am really disappointed that shopclues has no safety for our personal number... And also he didn't have the knowledge of English it was the main clue for me to find out that he was an fraud... He was speaking in Hindi as my knowledge all the employees of shopclues are well educated and everyone know the English to speak with fluency...

                      there is easy returns policy so we ordered and immediately we found those r not useful n returned
                      now you are not accepting return.we did not used it and we dont like the product so we can return right.

                        I have received a letter from Shopclues, telling you have won 1 lakh rupees, and there is another scratch card, it was written you have won 10 lakh rupees along with a SMS code, in the guidelines it was mentioned to contact the helpline number. I have contacted them and asked to give my bank account details, so that they could transfer me 11 lakh rupees within 24 hrs. One day later i have a got a call that i should pay a service tax amount of 5500 to redeem my offer. I have transferred 5500 to that bank account number. Within an hour i have got a call saying I should pay Rs.22000/- as 2% of GST for 11 lakhs within an hour. If this entire process was true they should transfer the remaining of 11 lakhs to me deducting their GST. They did not refund my money.

                                I have ordered waterproof adhesive wall hooks from shopclues which are of rs. 233. On 6th feb 2020, i received a message from this company that i am selected for a mega prize from shopclues. Then on the same day, i got repeated calls ([protected], [protected]) from a senior executive of shopclues convincing me to accept the prize. I expressed my doubts and asked many questions regarding their selection process and all. The person showed me his office id, adhar card through whatsapp ([protected]). The person who called described what exactly i ordered from shopclues which was more convincing to believe the company people itself called. Then when i agreed they told me to select whether i want to take the car or the same converted amount of money. For taking cash they need to fill a form for which they need only 6500 nothing more. But when i paid that amount they asked me another more 25000 to transfer the amount to the bank as margin money as per rbi rules. When i clearly refused because i can not pay that amount at all they kept on forcing me telling it's my negative mind that i am not trusting and all and on my asking to return the 6500 they said there is no back process. This is how shopclues looting people. And if it is not them then how come customer information is going to fraud people? I want my 6500 back. The money matters to me a lot as i am a struggling student. Please help me. I am attaching all evidence in the form of jpeg. Please help me to get my money back.

                                      Today morning i received a message from shop clues saying that i have won ist prize in the lucky draw which is a tata nexon car or amount equivalent i. E 6, 20000 rupees. I also got a call from them saying that i have to pay 3, 500 for registration. I felt it was authentic and transferred the money to the account provided by them, after that i also paid them 12, 400 for intercity money transfer which they said were refundable when the amount would be transferred to my account. Then again a message came from south india bank stating that gst amount of 25, 280 should be paid and the transfer would be made. I paid that to. After that another message from the same bank came that l should pay 49, 500 as security money which is refundable and the whole amount will be transferred to my account once it is paid. I then understood i have been made a fool. I called their lucky draw helpline and they said that it was authentic and told me that i have to pay 24800 as security and the transfer will be made. I have already paid more than 40, 000 don't want to pay any more. Is there any possibility of getting my money back. Don't know what is going on. Please help!

Then calls to convince me repeatedly to accept the prize even after i expressed doubts.in the name of giving prize money, they took 6500 from me for filling one form, told nothing more is needed. But later asked for another 25000 for something as margin money. Before they did not mention anything as such. When i said no i can't pay at all this amount they're forcing me to send the money on calls and now not even returning 6500.
