        I booked my order 'waiverson slim fit steachable cotton multicolour jeans (Pack of 3) of size 32 on oct 13 2019 at 8:16 pm by my order number '[protected]" of total amounting rs. 1252/- in cash of delivery (Cod) mode of payment. And i received my order on 17 oct 2019 and i received my parcel with courier boy having only 2 pack of jeans and the size is of 34 of the product. After that i told the courier boy to replace then he asked me to contact to concerning company shopclues.com to replace my product but the company did not respond me about changing my product. On same day 17 oct 2019 i registered my complain to company customer support and i tried to contact them but by company side they did'not respond my about changing the product. I called them many times but there is no response from their side. So please help me in changing my product from concerning company.

          I ordered two shampoos as a part of combo offer but unfortunately they delivered only one. After calling them many times, they asked me to send the necessary pictures. After i sent it they asked to reply to their mail to credit clues buck. I did reply but now there is no money and no clues bucks. Either they send me the product or give me the money back. My order id is[protected].

          A piece of advice for people who are searching whether to buy from shopclues, don't buy combo offers. My previous order, not a combo offer, was delivered successfully.

            Shopclues manager talked with me and told about the lucky draw and says that i won a tata safaricar. I don't believe in this so please let me know is there anything like this in shopclues because there are most of frauds.. And i also don't believe like such lottery's so if is there any type of lottery in shopclues some brosher or some pemplat like should come on my email or any cell so that i can understand. Otherwise i just want to ask that is there any such lottery's in shopclues or it is a fraud.

              I am one of the customer of shopclues.com online shopping,
              I have received envelope having postal registered stamp of kolkotta along with lucky winner card having sms code 869eab 1st prize maruti swift dzire hvnig mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]. Snd a letter mentioning the address fc-24, 7th floor. Film city sector 16 a noida 201301 (Up).
              In the said letter the condition were mention about how to receive prize in order to know the authenticity of the said letter i called on the above said number the said person over mobile told me that he is the md of the shopclues company and further confirmed my prize and told me to choose either car or value of car i. E. Amount of rs. 8, 70 000/-. I chose amount and he told me to deposit government tax of rs.8, 600/- in advance as written on their letter, and sms me the a/c no. Shopclues online shopping, sbi a/c no. [protected], ifsc code sbin0003838.

              Before depositing the amount i verified online winners list and i found one mobile number [protected] and i called on this number and he represented that he is the chief executive of your company and he told that previous number is of broker and h told me that i have to deposit rs. 5, 600/- as processing fees. Keeping trust on the said person and company i agreed to deposit but i took some time.

              Thereafter suddenly one new number came and said he is doing my processing about my prize and that it's not 5, 600 but real amount is 8, 600/- and he assured me stating that he is the md of company told his name as mr. Manish mandal & his mobile number is [protected] and that first he told to
              Deposit 4, 300 and then he would transfer me my prize amount half 4, 00, 000/- and he sent me new
              A/c no. [protected], ifsc code no. Sbin0006772, branch mankundu in the name of sukdeb dhali.

              I also gave my a/c number and upon his instruction i transferred online money rs. 4, 300/- through my husband a/c, then he said that system is not accepting half so i hv to deposit full 8, 600/- so remaing half amount i transferred.
              He said in two minutes my prize money will come in my a/c., online transfer, and said that be on line over mobile with their executive officer mr. Bhupendra sing.
              I received msg from jabong transfer that my inr payment is not credited and successful as gst due charges 17, 400 is not paid, seeing the msg i again transferred rs. 17, 400/- from my husband a/c, then again they said to wait for two minutes and i will receive my money in my account, but they said over phone that processing is not happening as i have to pay tds of rs. 39, 150/- as i have not received message therefore i inquired and told them to refund my money but they refuse to cancel or refund my money & told me that i have to pay tds and that since the processing was stopped therefore msg is not received by me.
              So thinking that i would get my reward i again transferred tds amount of rs. 39, 150/- online transfer through my husband a/c., so totally i deposited rs. 65, 150/-. The. They said h would b transfering my money of prize but again i received msg stating i have to pay rs. 53, 000/- as itr charges and then only i will get my win prize in the form of money.
              I was shocked that one by one this people are asking to deposit various taxes, and i said i have no more cash and sought next day time but the said person said if i deposit next day then o have to again pay tds fees, and late fees
              I asked for receipts of tds but they refused. & then they started convincing me to deposit money and i asked them to send provc of identity they sent some photos, adhaar card, ect.,
              Now the said person is not intending to refund my money. Now he is telling that if i want to cancel then i have to deposit 6, 600/- first and then only they will cancel so all this i feel is fraud to grab money of customers,
              You being a reputed company should keep a good track that your company members only are doing all these fraud or else how cum that these fraud persons are getting our phone numbers?.
              I told the said person that if they will not transfer my money back then i will lodge complaint against company so he is giving me open challenge to file complaint first and then only talk to him.
              The documents they sent is all fraud and manipulated documents of some other name.
              The photo of bhupendra sing seems to be affixed on to somebody else's documents.

              Whatever wrong and fraud committed by the said person manish mandal and his gang i held shopclues.com company responsible as the leak of my name, my address proof and mobile number which is registered in your company therefore you are liable to pay/refund my money of rs.65, 000/- along with the compensation of rs. 50, 000/- for mischief, mental torture and agony caused to me due to the said fraud.

              Kindly pay my money of rs. 65, 150/- along with rs. 50, 000/- compensation within 5 days failing which i will be entitled to claim 10% interested on the amount of rs. 65, 150/- per day after lapse of 5 days period from today.

              Kindly reply urgently. No reply from your side shall be considered as the admission of my claim.
              I am entitled to enforce the said claim by filing civil as well as criminal case against you through my advocate.

                  My dad had received a post saying that it's from shopclues.com, that he had won 1lakh lottery+scratch card. It also says not to call the customercare helpline number but had provided with some other number to contact [protected]. The address which it came from says (NALINI RANJAN AVENUE, BASANTALLA SAHA ROAD, NEW ALIPORE, KOLKATA 700053). It says to enter our acc number, contact number, IFSC code, bank acc holder name and bank name. the way the pamphlet looked, the address and everything appeared fake to me right in the first instance. please look into this issue asap so that no one falls into this trap.
                  my only concern was how the fraudsters were able to get the details of my dad and our address, despite the privacy rules that are in place.

                        I am an advocate. I received a letter on your company's letter head, regarding anniversary prizes of rs.1 lakh and scratch card of rs.10 lakh. I also received a what's app message regarding ordering a saree and delivery of saree. What is this nonsense. I don't understand, if any of such letters or what's app messages or any unnecessary orders i receive in future, i don't tolerate all such useless issues.

                        I am an advocate, hereafter i should not receive any such letters or orders from your company, treat this as legal notice, otherwise the cyber crime will be initiated against your company and your agents.

                        Treat this as my legal notice and advice your legal department to direct your agents properly and act legally.

                        This is my last and final warning.in future if at all i receive such letters or un-ordered material if i receive what's app messages, your company will totally be closed forever. Cyber crime will be initiated against you.

                              We got a register post saying anniversary lucky draw price of 1lak shopclues, and given one scratch card when we scratched that shows 10 lak won, given helpline number to send sms account details and sctach card details to send and call [protected].
                              We called and send the details to them they called us on 9th october saying that to pay service charge for 11lak, 5, 500rs and send account scan copy to whatsup number..
                              We send the amount again they are calling us to send gst amount for 11lak as 15k and keep on calling us we told we can't pay told them to refund the amount. They told we won't refund. Please check this number [protected]

                              I have three calls from three different numbers regarding some random lottery, they say and have informed me I have won a four wheeler worth Rs 12, 80, 000 or can take cash worth same cost, but I need to first pay 1% of prize money, which I doubt is a scam

                                I ordered a refurbished seagate harddisk through shopclues app dated 10/9/19 and was delivered 14/9/19... Within 10 days the product started to create virus and has started degrading the performance of the system. Then we came to know that the product is expired. Though refurbished product must have at least a month warranty. The shop clues team aren't attending my queries. Kindly do the needful and refund for the expired product

                                      An order of a wristwatch is still undelivered after 14 days even successfully placing the order. After reaching the estimated date of delivery they send me a message that my order is out of delivery by bluedert ith cont no - [protected].
                                      But till today no currier calls me at my number. Every single day they send me a message that your delivery could not completed due to the wrong address. So far as i know if there any kind of address problem then the currier guy calls the customers and sorts out the issue but in my case, i have not to receive a single call from shopclues or any currier service. Then how can they determine that my address is wrong.in same my residence address i receive my electric bills, govt letter, and so many online purchases from amazon and flipcart they delivered me within 3 to 5 days... But shop clues disappoint me very much.
