I am mugunthan from tamilnadu, sir i received letter from shopclues kolkatha, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalla saha road, new alipore kolkatha, west bengal-700753 in this address. This letters present two coupons for 11lacks price money after i call help line number mentioned that letter. He says i won 11lack price money and want my bank detail i sent it. After ask 5500 rupees for 0.5% gst and suddenly tell 1.5%, 16500 and tell this is last amount i paid that amount and doesn't send my price money after i call them he's told income tax 2% paid after transfer my price money. I told doesn't have money but he told first pay 1%-11k, and definitely send my price money and i paid that 11k but suddenly told send another 11k after i send my price money that money also i paid and suddenly tell you paid that tax in two transactions thats not accept and paid income tax in single transaction and i already paid amount is sended with my price money. And i accpet that i transfer 22k in single transaction before i paid that 22k conform many time in he this is last payment or not ha. But after he doesn't send my price money and call them and suddenly told another tax present that tax is multimedia tax 3% you pay 33k after send my price money with in 2 minutes what will be i do here after, i ask many many time what proof you have for my price money send to me after i decide that me pay 33k or not ha. They send one check photo after i send that 33k arranged by bank loan after he i transfer but get holded in my account after he told multicity check is bounced. Any way he ask 12310 is processing payment. I also paid that but he doesn't send my money and tell today[protected] conformed sent it my account but till now doesn't sent and i call them and ask him but they suddenly told another 5% for service cost but i will get shocked after that i told i doesn't want your price money you refund what amount i paid but they doesn't response for that. I don't know what i do here after please help me sir i am poor potter family till now i paid totally 105810 rupees. Please take action about my complaint, that helpline number is: [protected] and i want sir your mailid or your whatsapp number because i sent all proof to you please help me!

Why do u allow third party to copy our address for send this type of fraud schemes... This shows we cannot trust shopclues online shopping at all.

Got a call from one shopclues agent name kailash no. [protected] saying i need to deposit 8000 to claim my prize of 1 lakh plus 10 lakhs

Its high time shopclues management look into this matters or peoples loose faith in this type of shopping site.

Some useless fellows sending this kind of scratch cards and asking bank details, and giving whats up number and they chatting with us and also sending qr codes. So please take legal action on them immediately, otherwise so many people getting difficulty due to this fake information and damaging your market reputation. And today i got this scratch card by registered post.

My name is swetha and i have recieved a coupon from shopclues.com with 1lakh cash prize and also scratch card with 10lakhs and it says the charges leived will be collected in advance and not be adjusted against the prize money under any circumstances. This seems to be something bogus.

Made payment of 197 through my rupay debit card but just after inserting the otp for payment my prepaid order for a garden tool was converted into a cod order. Payment was deducted from my account and the statement clearly shows payment made to shopclues. I cancelled the order because for i didn't wanted to pay for the product twice. Order was placed on 26 and till date they haven't refunded the petty but hard earned amount.

Customer service representatives have absolutely no clues about how the shopclues is working and neither they are well trained to represent their job.

Bank official says that the money is already received by the shopclues.

Instead of refunding the amount paid, they haverefunded 49 cluebucks (Which actually were non refundable) used at the time of placing order.

Kindly do the needful

Today i received a certificate of achievement stating that i won rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rs one lakh) alongwith scratch card coupon and a letter with the terms and conditions for claiming the prize of 1 lakh rupees via post. It is stated in the letter that all the prize related information will only be available on the prize helpline number i. E [protected] and not on the company's customer care number.

Is this fraud or real?? Seeking advice please

The behaviour of the delivery boy is very ungainly and ungraceful, he is too rude i am not really satisfied with this purchase, i will also suggest my friend not to purchase even a single product from shopclues. Every delivery boy should be well behaved should treat with the customer gracefully in a decent manner, b it he is so discourteous, that is beyond my imagination and expectation, he should be thrown out of the company at this moment otherwise the company will have been suffering from a great loss in near future, as per as the customer satisfaction is concerned, i have already decided that i am not going to purchase anything from shop clues, i am really dissatisfied and fumed with that kind of discourteous behaviour.

Thy sent me a letter saying you won the 1 lack price money. And even added one scratch card for additional coupon saying money will be credited to your bank account directly. But i know this is fake.
Even they have provided helpline number [protected]..
I just want to know how they got my number, yes i use shopclues to shop, did shopclues also involved in this scam?

Today shopclues has send a scratch win certificate and asking for deposit for 0.5% tds rs 6900 /- as cash for claim the prize. The amount of prize is 1380000. As i know about this fraud i have not replied to the same. But action should be taken about this fraud as people who do not know about this type of fraud will transfer money.

I got a letter from shopclues subjected "lucky draw ". When i scratched the coupon It shows i was won 7 lacks rupees. And along with that there is a coupon with one lacks rupees price. So i just called in the helpline number given in the form which was along with the post. And the the person that taked my call asked 5% money of my winning money (800000). That is about 5000 in advance and as a documental fees. And he asked my bank account number amd ifsc code. UID number. Etc...

I have ordered 3 orders in shopclues on 18/11/2019 but they delivered only one product which is also a wrong product when i call them they advised to return the item but when i am returning they treat treated that product as the return for one item and they processed the refund for only one item but i have paid the amount for 3 products but they delivered only one
My query is that i want the refund for whole amount as i paid 359 but they take my product and refund only 147

I got a letter from post regarding anniversary celebration of shopeclue i have made payment also kindly help with further details on same.

I m calling there helpline number they are again n again telling me to pay regeration charges for the same.

To get lucky draw prize contest.

Is this fraud or real kindly help me asap so that i can save do further steps.

Im orderd a ra8n coat on shopclous on 30th july. 2019.
But still the product is not deleverd but the shopclues showing tgat it is deleverd. Its a case of cheating.
They cheating me, im already payed the price of the rain coat through my debit card. My oreder tracking id is :[protected].
While i try to contact tge vender (Shopclues) they never taked any actions to solve my issue. Their coustomer support wing is clearly waste.

I got a letter.in that is was written like that i had won scratch card coupon and one lakh prize money on ocassion of celebrating shopclues anniversary in which they selceted me in random lucky draw contest.
They were knowing my phone number
But no messeges came to my phone number
I checked in my shopeclues app also i didnt get any notification regarding to this
So i want to confirm this and they are asking for bank account details

As my order of earphones was delivered but the product is damaged i'm calling ur customer service from last three days but no respond i want to place my order back pls respond as soon as u can and take my order back my humble request because i'm fed up off calling ur customer care because of their unresponsive ness so please take it return and return my money

I received an sms from qp-shopcl on 18nov19 that i had won a prize of tata nexon car with market value rs. 7, 50, 000.- and to pay only registration charge of rs. 7, 500.-
Surprisingly, this sms appears to come from the same id which shopclues uses to update customers about their shopping orders!
Moreover, i am unable to contact shopclues in any way!
This needs to be highlighted to top management of shopclues to take strict police action against such fraudsters!

And also the letter was delivered by indian post.

As i have ordered the product in which pack of 2 is clearly mentioned but i got only one. The photos & videos are attached all the details of the product is in the pic attached below. & there is a video o[censored]nboxing where i received only one bottle instead of two. Very disappointed with the service of the shopclues. Kindly refund the money or send one more bottle.
