On 7 th sep 2019 during morning, somebody called me and told that he is from shopclues and i got 2nd prize for that they will give money or tata tiago, for that he asked me my account number and asked me to pay 6600 for registration and he sent his i'd card to my whatsapp, i believed and i sent the money and again one message came like from sbi and showing that for tdr again i have to pay 26400, i thought that i got message from sbi and paid it, and they called and asked for gst amount and agian i paid 39600, now again he called and asked to pay 52000 for savings account to current account conversion, i denied and i asked to refund my money back, after a long conversation, he agreed and he again asked to pay 11500, that too i paid.. But my amount is refunded back.. Their bank account details is shopclues pvt ltda/c-[protected]. Ifsc code-sbin0006772 state bank of india

I got several calls using this company name saying that i have won 1lakh cash prize and coupon prize 4.6lakh to receive this amount i should pay some processing amount, concern company people how you can leak my complete information which contains my office address and my phone no. And mail id every thing u might hav esold customers infor for a penny amount but this is really privacy data breach in case if i get one more call sure i will for consumer court better u rectify your mistake

Today i got a letter regarding about lucky draw by shopclues.com.in that letter it’s written that i have got luckily selected in lucky draw and i got a chance to win 100000 ruppess and i got a scratch card in that letter when i scratched it there it says win prize 10 lacs and a code within it. And tell me to send this on * prize wining help line phone number.
I want to ask shopclues that whats about our privacy they got my address too what is thiss man! Its not appropriate to violate such data to some fraud companies. Shopclues is not safe anymore.

I have recived a letter with coupne of 1 lack inr cash prize, letter stating that please do not customer care as it is a special promotional offer and customer care is not aware, i have called on given no. But peroson on another side asked my personal details and told me he will call back.

It was a fraud

Kindly take strict action, why it is happening.

I got a certificate of achievement of online shopping lucky draw from shop clues and scratch card through by post and claimed that i am one of the winners of the draw. If came through indian postal system and given a number for address verification the no is protected. I want to know is there any such lucky draw or it totally fake? Please inform me as soon as possible by mythu

Today morning i have received call from shop clues no. [protected] that i have won the Mahindra Car worth rs. 1280000/- they asked to deposit Rs. 12800/ for registration fee.

I don't believe in this so please let me know is there anything like this in shopclues because there are most of frauds.. And i also don't believe like such lottery's.
This person name is Priyanka and also giving the address details of me is correct.

You are requested to look into this matter immediately otherwise you will lost your customers faith in you.

Today I received ShopClues post of nalini ranjan avenue basantall Saha road new alipore, Kolkata -700053
Letter says at am winning 10 lacks lucky prize and one lack also totally 11 lacks they have maintain not to contact company, instead contact their numbers ( protected ) from further enquiry I came to know that that it's [censored] and fraud occuring widely in the name of ShopClues . Please take necessary action .

I received one letter and a scratch card with coupon stating that i have winning rs.1 lakh and scratch card amount rs. 10 lakh. They are calling from [protected]. They asked to deposit 0.5% of the prize winning money as bank charges through phonepay no. [protected] and bank account no. [protected] of ifsc code sbin0002021. This is for your information giving to investigate from your end.

We shared the tds certificates on the ticket and it is approved and shopclues team told us claim money will be transferred in next cycle but money not received yet. Now no one is replying on the tickets. We contacted shopclues seller support number and talked about our tickets id 5 times and same reply technical issue.

I am himanshu from nagpur.
Today i received a envelop by speed post.
In that envelop, there was a letter stating that i have won 1lakh cash price in a lucky draw.
There were also one scratch card and a certificate of winning cash prize.
When i called they said i have to pay 6300 rupees as a tax. So, i refused and i understood that it is fraud.
When i called shopclues costumer care no. They did not picked the call.
By this courier it is proved that shopclues is helping people to fraud by selling them costumers detail. If it will not at this point and if i get again any call or courier like it i will complain in cyber court.
So, please take a strict action against those frauds.

I've only ordered one thing from shopclues (In june 2019) in my entire life and that was my mistake! They don't keep customer's private details confidential. Or they have an issue with their delivery and shipment third party company, or what i don't know. All i know is i received phone calls and sms texts in june and i made it pretty clear i don't want any lucky draw prizes (I'd read about the fraud online). But now, in august, i'm recieving letter delivered to my doorstep stating the same all over again. I contacted shopclues in june and they said this wouldn't happen. You cannot take customer confidentiality seriously and let the third party people keep troubling them constantly. I request you to remove my name from your database completely. I will never shop from this platform ever again.

I have purchased online a product from shopclues my order id is[protected] which should be delivered in my lucknow address but they have shipped it for siddharth nagar through blue dart courier company. I have ordered this product on[protected] but till date it's shipment awb# [protected]for lucknow is held in siddharth nagar. I have mentioned full address of my residence but by mistake i couldn't enter correct pin code. So both companies (Shopclues and blue dart courier) are not responsible whereas i have mentioned full and correct address of my lucknow residence.

Hi, team yesterday i received courier from shop clues lucky draw contact and recivied 1 lakh winning prize value in that letter with coupon. Is that fraud or company related thing.

Because look like in additional note asked to pay advance tax amount from our end. Kindly check and confirm.

Is there any lucky draw contest planned from company side for anniversary celebration. This will help me to lot to further move if it's fraud.

I have ordered refurbished iphone 5s from shopclues and received on 23 aug2019. Phone is defective and touch is also slow.
I raised a return request on same day but it is showing return request rejected by the merchant. However in there website they showed the 10 days return policy and i have raised the request on same day.
I tried to call the customer care and there was ivr response of non-availablity.

माननीय महोदय,
में आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ की shopclues कंपनी से मैंने hand held metal detector आर्डर नो.[protected] लिया था प्रोडक्ट में से आवाज साफ़ नहीं आ रही थी जिसके कारण मैंने shopclues costumer care मे फ़ोन किया उन्होने मुझे आश्वासन दिया कि हमारे कर्मचारी आपके पास से ये प्रोडक्ट को ले जायेंगे और रिपेयर कर इससे वापस मुझे दे देंगे परन्तु कई दिनों तक ना तो इनकी तरफ से कोई कर्मचारी आया और ना ही प्रोडक्ट को ले गया जिसमें काफी सारे दिन निकल गए अंततः में काफी कोशिशों बाद shopclues कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर से फ़ोन आया और उन्होंने एक मोबाइल नंबर दिया वो नंबर मायापुरी चौक दिल्ली के नजदीक का था इस पर बात करने पर उन्होंने कहा कि प्रोडक्ट को हमारे यहाँ लाना पड़ेगा वो प्रोडक्ट हमने मायापुरी चौक दिल्ली की दुकान में भेजा दुकान वालों ने बोला कि प्रोडक्ट ठीक होने पर आपको फ़ोन कर दिया जाएगा परन्तु इनका कई महीनों तक फ़ोन नहीं आया फ़ोन के माध्यम से पता करने पर इस दुकान वालों ने प्रोडक्ट अपने पास होने से इंकार कर दिया और आख़िरकार मैंने अपने एक फील्ड बॉय को वहां पर भेजा जिन्होंने मुझे सिर्फ एक hand held metal डिटेक्टर ही दिया! इसकी जानकारी मैंने कस्टमर केयर में दी और साथ ही एक मेल जानकारी के लिए shopclues कंपनी को लिखा!
पुराना कस्टमर होने के नाते मैं काफी हैरान हूँ कि ये कंपनी कंस्यूमर के साथ ऐसा भी धोखा दे सकती है इन्होने मेल का उत्तर दिया कि इस प्रोडक्ट लौटने और सुधार का समय निकल चूका है जबकि इन्ही के कर्मचारियों ने इसमें जानबूझकर देरी की...
इस प्रकार मैं अपने को ठगा हुवा समझ रहा हूँ मुझे जल्द से जल्द न्याय दिलाने की कृपा करें!!!
आज के बाद shopclues कंपनी का मैं समाज में दुष्प्रचार करूंगा जब तक मुझे प्रोडक्ट को सही करके नहीं देते!!!

My son had received whatsapp message which is reporduced below.

Congratulations you are the winner shopcluse online shopping. You have won the prize (Tata safari) which cost is rs. 12, 50, 148. The charge of registration service is only rs. *, 500. This is valid for today,. For know the details contact at 24x7 helpline no (91)-[protected] thank you.

Subsequently there was a call from number [protected]. He was telling if are not availing the prize, we have to deposit the amount of rs. 8500/- in account no [protected]with ifsc code sbin003002 of rakesh bind.

Please let us know if this is genuine or fraudester

Today (20.08.19) i received a text message that you've won a car in lucky draw and a person made a voice call and spoke in hindi which i am not familiar with the language. Then i made a call to shopclues and enquired about the authenticity of the call. They said that these calls are completely fraudulent. I haven't paid any money to those callers but please work on this that someone might loose money in these kinds of fraudulent activities. Thank you.

I have a purchased a mobile phone from shopclues which was delievered to me on 9.8.2019 ie fully defective product.
I raised request on same day for return the product and get refund my amount.
But still no action is taken to solve the issue while i have contacted them by mail too many times but they dont give any response.
I am very disapointed by their service.
So kindly request you to take the action to solve the issue and refund my full amount my account.
