Today morning i received a message from shop clues saying that i have won ist prize in the lucky draw which is a tata nexon car or amount equivalent i. E 6, 20000 rupees. I also got a call from them saying that i have to pay 3, 500 for registration. I felt it was authentic and transferred the money to the account provided by them, after that i also paid them 12, 400 for intercity money transfer which they said were refundable when the amount would be transferred to my account. Then again a message came from south india bank stating that gst amount of 25, 280 should be paid and the transfer would be made. I paid that to. After that another message from the same bank came that l should pay 49, 500 as security money which is refundable and the whole amount will be transferred to my account once it is paid. I then understood i have been made a fool. I called their lucky draw helpline and they said that it was authentic and told me that i have to pay 24800 as security and the transfer will be made. I have already paid more than 40, 000 don't want to pay any more. Is there any possibility of getting my money back. Don't know what is going on. Please help!

I received a message on 6.2.2020, i'm selected for 1st prize in mega offer day in shopeclues. Then calls to convince me repeatedly to accept the prize even after i expressed doubts.in the name of giving prize money, they took 6500 from me for filling one form, told nothing more is needed. But later asked for another 25000 for something as margin money. Before they did not mention anything as such. When i said no i can't pay at all this amount they're forcing me to send the money on calls and now not even returning 6500. Need to mention they came with a very aggressive way of convincing in later calls. Kindly help me to get the money back. On contact, i would provide all the details.

Ordered two cotton track pants on 28/01/2020 but got 1 under order no.[protected] on 01/02/2020 after that tried to reach customer care but number on the site enable to contact representative so raised complaint two days back on 03/02/2020 (Ticket no.9560194) not received any response till date and not the delivery too. So please help me out and get this resolved.

On 4/02/2020 i got a letter with written that i have won lucky draw of 10th birthday of shopclues. And asked for my bank details. I thought shopclues has send this. So i have fill the details and send the photo to following no.[protected] and they said that 'please don't call the customer care number as that is only meant for taking orders or proving sale related information' i saw the number named 'shopcleus online shopping ' and helpline no. Is[protected]. After some time i thought to check for that it is true or not. And they also gave us the redemption rule as following:
1. The total amount coupon prize value will be credited directly to your bank account.
2. All government (Central and state) taxes + processing fees towards the redemption of the prize money will be paid by the winner.
3. The charge levied will be collected in advance and will not be adjusted against the prize money under any circumstances
4. Please read term & condition carefully. All payment will be made on term of state and central government rule. Your bank ac no must link with aadhar card and pan card

A/c-[protected] mr. Jharna sarkar (Sbin0002021) branch name-bhadeswar (Kolkata).. Shopclues mr shanjay sharma. He asked me to pay 5500 rs for getting 10 lack prize maney. And i sent 5500 rs to the above account.. After received money mr shanjay sharma replied sorry gst i should pay 22000 rs to the previous account. I am a doctor.. But they cheated me.. So i deleted shopclues from my account. I will never buy anything from this cheating company... I want my money 5500 rs refund to my account immediately.

I ordered a puma bag on 29.1.2020 and got delivered on 31.1.2020 but the case is i got a cheap quality faje puma bag and was a bit different than as shown so i placed a return request but mistakenly cancelled it. Then i tried a lot to contact the costumer service but my efforts were in vain. I tried a lot to place the return again but i am not able to. Please help me i can't keep that cheap quality bag and have wasted a lot of money on this. Please help me to return this product.

Just now i got a letter from indian post in that there is a empty application and a scratch card. After scratched that card there is a message in it that i have won 15lakh cash prize and to claim that they send a empty application with bank account details so please is it fake or not. And one thing i want to tell you this was the second time i got this type of scratch cards so please try resolve my issue and tell me is it fake or not

Please see the attached video and photo i think this was infinite complaint to shop clues team. Which shows their inability to resolve issues. As my brotherinlaw got 15 lakh coupon n letter about winning of that amount. N asking our personal bank details and saying to not call to shop clues toll free no, used to call to [protected], [protected], and in that letter authentication sign is like that rahul k murty.. I[censored] r really trying to help public plz stop this type of fraud.. We are below middle class. As most of people like us used to fall for this type of news.. So please take proper action

When i request to return within 10 minutes of product deliver. Shopclues reject my return request and not pickup. I not open the product. Customer care not give any explanation why my return request cancel. What we do shopclues 10 days return policy if they not accept return request unopened product after 10 minutes of deliver.

I ordered the product of l. A girl concealer but i got of insight company. As what its shown & told its totally different & it was in returnable policy at that time but now they are refusing as it can not be returned.

Hi team recently i have received one letter from shopclues. 10th birthday celebration lucky draw contest with one scratch card this is true or fake please clear to me.
And you asked my account details aadhar no. And pan no. Please clarify me about this letter what should i do next step.

I ordered nike shoes from shop clues and it is not genuine and shoes clues is not responding. Its been 6 days and shop clues is giving no response. Please find attachment for this product that i have raised tickets and trying to contact there customer care number is also not reachable. It is been harasment contacting shop clues cus from there side they are not even replying i dont need solution now i need them to face some consequeses for harrasing there customer. There should be some action

Hi team recently recieved some online lucky draw contact and recivied 1 lakh winning prize value in that letter with coupon. Is that fraud or company related thing.

Because look like in additional note asked to pay advance tax amount from our end. Kindly check and confirm.

Is there any lucky draw contest planned from company side for 9th anniversary celebration. This will help me to lot to further move if it's fraud.

I got a letter yesterday regarding shop clues prize 1 lakh + 10 lakh scratch coupon prize. I got today call in this number [protected] you need to pay rs 45, 000 tax then 11 lakh rs to your bank account and yesterday i sent the bank account to help line number [protected]. Kindly take action on these fraud and more information please find the below attachment.

I got a courier on my address about Lucky draw, scratch and win letter and cards.Is that real or fake?

Hi, i am archana from madurai, tamilnadu. Yesterday i received a letter and two coupons from shop clues, stating that i won the prize of one lakh and in the scratch card, i win rs.10 lakh. But the helpline no given in the coupon is not working. Is this a genuine one? Is the letter sent directly for? Shopclues?
Kindly confirm is this genuine letter? And if so, what is the procedure to proceed further?

I ordered 3 mobile phone 1 nokia e63 and 2 nokia e71 but i didn't like the products as expected so i returned them and company agreed to take return but from 15 dec till today i didn't get any response from company just emails with no value. I want my refund to be initiated as soon as possible.

I filed my return on 1st jan 2020... They didn't proceeded my return request yet besides my daily calls and email and also not replying me
They never attend the call the customer care number never get their call to there customer recruiter their product was also very different as showed in the picture..

Purchased item and due to quality issue and product (Saree) shirinked and due to other reason product returned on very next day. I paid total amount of rs.349 (Cash on delivery) for two sarees and i received refund amount only rs.200. My balance amount rs.149 not received. Whenever i raise a trouble ticket only automatic msg being received as refund processed for rs.200 but i paid rs. 349.

Shopclues cheating people. Customer care number also always busy and call ending automatically... Please take necessary action and help me to get the balance amount. I have attached the necessary docs like order confirmation, refund processed status and product returned acknowledgement. Here and few important details here.
