On 4/02/2020 i got a letter with written that i have won lucky draw of 10th birthday of shopclues. And asked for my bank details. I thought shopclues has send this. So i have fill the details and send the photo to following no.[protected] and they said that 'please don't call the customer care number as that is only meant for taking orders or proving sale related information' i saw the number named 'shopcleus online shopping ' and helpline no. Is[protected]. After some time i thought to check for that it is true or not. And they also gave us the redemption rule as following:
1. The total amount coupon prize value will be credited directly to your bank account.
2. All government (Central and state) taxes + processing fees towards the redemption of the prize money will be paid by the winner.
3. The charge levied will be collected in advance and will not be adjusted against the prize money under any circumstances
4. Please read term & condition carefully. All payment will be made on term of state and central government rule. Your bank ac no must link with aadhar card and pan card

    A/c-[protected] mr. Jharna sarkar (Sbin0002021) branch name-bhadeswar (Kolkata).. Shopclues mr shanjay sharma. He asked me to pay 5500 rs for getting 10 lack prize maney. And i sent 5500 rs to the above account.. After received money mr shanjay sharma replied sorry gst i should pay 22000 rs to the previous account. I am a doctor.. But they cheated me.. So i deleted shopclues from my account. I will never buy anything from this cheating company... I want my money 5500 rs refund to my account immediately.

      I ordered a puma bag on 29.1.2020 and got delivered on 31.1.2020 but the case is i got a cheap quality faje puma bag and was a bit different than as shown so i placed a return request but mistakenly cancelled it. Then i tried a lot to contact the costumer service but my efforts were in vain. I tried a lot to place the return again but i am not able to. Please help me i can't keep that cheap quality bag and have wasted a lot of money on this. Please help me to return this product.

After scratched that card there is a message in it that i have won 15lakh cash prize and to claim that they send a empty application with bank account details so please is it fake or not. As my brotherinlaw got 15 lakh coupon n letter about winning of that amount. N asking our personal bank details and saying to not call to shop clues toll free no, used to call to [protected], [protected], and in that letter authentication sign is like that rahul k murty..               When i request to return within 10 minutes of product deliver. Shopclues reject my return request and not pickup. I not open the product. Customer care not give any explanation why my return request cancel. What we do shopclues 10 days return policy if they not accept return request unopened product after 10 minutes of deliver.

                    I ordered nike shoes from shop clues and it is not genuine and shoes clues is not responding. Its been 6 days and shop clues is giving no response.                             Hi, i am archana from madurai, tamilnadu. Yesterday i received a letter and two coupons from shop clues, stating that i won the prize of one lakh and in the scratch card, i win rs.10 lakh. But the helpline no given in the coupon is not working. Is this a genuine one? Is the letter sent directly for? Shopclues?
                            Kindly confirm is this genuine letter? And if so, what is the procedure to proceed further?

                              I ordered 3 mobile phone 1 nokia e63 and 2 nokia e71 but i didn't like the products as expected so i returned them and company agreed to take return but from 15 dec till today i didn't get any response from company just emails with no value. I want my refund to be initiated as soon as possible.

                              They are not properly giving the response. You people are making joke of this. I already replied to your mail and it has been since 3 days. I want my refund and you can take back your products as soon as possible as because your products are not good. it has been since 15 dec you approved my refund and return request approved but since then you people are not even picking the call. Let me make something very clear that if further i will not get any good assistance from your side i will lodge a complaint in court rest the law will decide.

                                I filed my return on 1st jan 2020... They didn't proceeded my return request yet besides my daily calls and email and also not replying me
                                They never attend the call the customer care number never get their call to there customer recruiter their product was also very different as showed in the picture..

                                  Purchased item and due to quality issue and product (Saree) shirinked and due to other reason product returned on very next day. I paid total amount of rs.349 (Cash on delivery) for two sarees and i received refund amount only rs.200. My balance amount rs.149 not received. Whenever i raise a trouble ticket only automatic msg being received as refund processed for rs.200 but i paid rs. 349.

                                  Shopclues cheating people. Customer care number also always busy and call ending automatically... Please take necessary action and help me to get the balance amount. I have attached the necessary docs like order confirmation, refund processed status and product returned acknowledgement. Here and few important details here.

And no service centre is available my area then i contact to the shopclues. Then shopclues tell me that i raised a requested for repair. After 4 day shopclues contact me no any courier service partner is available for pickup. Then shopclues send me on mail that please send your product given address in the mail then i send the product to the shopclues. But on shopclues website there is mention return complete but still no any response and shopclues say me that your has crossed the warranty please coordinat to the merchant.                                       Your are requested to confirm whether this is not send by you or not? If you didnot send this why don't you take up case with cyber crime it is creating not only creating problems to customers like us but also your esteemed company. You just make a enquiry/investigate that the courier service people's involvement since the caller/message sender telling about the product and price of the product which i was purchased from your company. How the data the fraud people getting you must investigate otherwise the company will loose the faith/trust which is not good for you.

                                        I ordered wella professionals elements renewing shampoo and conditioner (250ml) from shopclues with order id:[protected] and order placed on fri, 03 jan 2020. The item was sold by glance enterprises
                                        Mumbai, maharashtra. The picture shown has sulphate/paraben free product. But when i received the item, it was some old bottle of some wella shampoo filled with some liquid and the seller packed it with some plastic cover. When i tried to file a complaint, shopclues not even allowing me to write a review or file a complaint for return. Worst online market shopclues. Please nobody should buy from them.
