I bought 2 pair of shoes from ShopClues in 437₹ when I get I am not satisfied and I return the both shoe, and I also gives the delivery boy to both pair of shoe, but I get refund of only one shoe money 218₹... remaining 218₹ are not gives me...but I return my both produce, and they are gives me only one shoe money 218₹, so please gives me my remaining money 218₹

I am navaratna of andhra pradesh i got a letter from shopclues and got a coupon in it worth of 1 lakh +swift dzire (Car)
Registration fees of 3600 has been deposited into the account of shopclues

And then received message that my account was credited with 8, 50, 000 & need to pay 8, 500 of rtgs to get the money of 8, 50, 000
We paid the amount of 3600 of registration fee and when they said to pay the rtgs of 8500 we thought it was fake and fraud so we didn't pay the rtgs of 8500
This process all was done with the help of a whatsapp numbers : [protected], [protected]
And a person named utham singh {rajasthan } (Works at west bengal) contacted us for informing about the prize money and the registration fee and rtgs details
In this way we lost 3600 money
And i am a house wife please help me

On 15/09/19, i purchased feet culture men's black nubuck leather sandals with size uk 7 on cod basis under my order i'd[protected]. I received the sandals and paid rs.395/- to courrier boy. To my surprise i received uk 6 size. I requested for replacement on 18/09/19 which was accepted & a new order i'd no.[protected] on 19/09/19 was created.in the meantime i purchased sandals from local market & requested cancellation of my order and wanted refund of rs.395/- of my cod of first' order. I talked to your customer support no on 20/09, 23/09 & 24/09/19. Every time they transfer my case to bill department. Bill department refund me 43 clue bucks which was promotional. Every time i received the same reply and my complaint was closed. I requested refund of cod amount of rs. 395/- in clue bucks but still i have not received it. Please direct the concern department for early refund otherwise other avenues of refund are open for me.

Bought 2 camera batteries worth rs. 2575, order id:[protected] order placed on thu, 12 sep 2019.
Today on 23rd september package was delivered and it had wrong product. It contained a cheap knock off samsung earphones. Trying to contact the company and the seller but neither of them is responding to calls. I want to return the product and need my money refunded under buyer protection.

That on 11th september 2019, after ordering the product (21 in 1 multiple knife), the amount i paid is 710 and due to network problem i have tried again to pay the amount. Then after receiving the product and after i check the statement from my bank account, it appears that it has been deduct twice.

Kindly do the the needful from your end so that i may get back the amount.

I have received the letter stating that I have been selected for lucky draw contest and I sent sms to helpline number [protected]

And finally they are asking bank details and they told to deposit of Rs 6500.00 same deposited to sent account no Vijay kumar. A/c [protected] IFSC CODE=SBIN0004717
And again he told you to pay Rs 17, 000 for gst @2% for winning prize for Rs 8.5lks. I d'know what to do I was in finical crisis but I kept pending. He told he is in the bank only from morning to evening and finally I told my account has blocked and requested to show the cheque for which you are deposting in my account and he told it is company secrets his contact no +[protected].
Presently I d'know what to do, please help me tomorrow again he will call to pay the amount but how to get my amount which has been deposited as above account number.

Yesterday, i have received a letter from shopclues, it states that you were among one of the lucky customers selected and their address is nalini ranjan avenue basantalla saha road, kolkata. They have sent a letter along with scratch card worth of 10 lakhs and prize money of 1 lakhs and total of 11 lakhs.

The third point stating that charges levied will be collected in advance and will not be adjusted against the prize money under any circumstances. The second point stating that all the govt taxes and processing fees towards the redemption of prize money will be born by the winner. Ref. A1388. Helpline number:[protected].

I am really fed up from shopclues. First of all it's products have hidden charges which are apart from the mrp+shipping charges. I have lost my ₹156 extra by placing an order on so-called shopping website i. E. One and only worst so-called shopping website shopclues. I'm really frustrating with shopclues' fraud. First they took the order, take payments+shipping_charges+hidden_cost and delivers different and worse quality's products promise to deliver the products on time but delivered different, partial and worst products. They themselves cancel the order.

In the product page the product is eligible for return but when i return it the rejected my 3 returns without any reason my return ids are[protected] 7634382.. I have recently recieved some lucky draw of about 1 lack and scratch and win coupon on 15 lakh in a letter with a stamp of "urgent letter". Is that fraud or company related thing.

Because it had an additional note asking to pay advance tax amount from our end. Along with some registration amount of 3500 rs to the account of m. D of shopclues, kindly check and confirm.

Is there any lucky draw contest planned from company side for 9th anniversary celebration. This will help me to lot to further move if it's fraud.

I writing this because i have encountered such offers through call many a times, and this time itz heights that they are sending urgent letter. Last time also when i notified this to your team, they said they vl take strict actions still no actions were taken and i was getting such spam calls evey now and then, i have attached the pic of coupon and letter and along with it i m sharing the number mentioned in that letter plz do the needful and i form the legal authorities. Tomorrow i get this letter from shop clues.com in i get certificate of 1 lakh rupees and one scratch card then i scratch it then i get 10 lacs rupees in scratch card and a code and number then i send code to given number after few minute i got message of any private account in message wrote add 4000 rupees to my bank account then after 10 minute you get your all amount in your bank account

After buying product from shopclues.com, too many fake call coming and speak bad words. I bought product from shopclues. After that too many fake calls come and speak with product and name of my username.
I got call from this number [protected]. This is number. Please take action again shopclues to leak my number. Hope i got response after writing here my issue.
Today i got three calls and after got 3rd cal, i received the call and directly the person speak bad words about me. I want to take strict action on shopclues. Please help me that why they leak my number and information about that i shop from shoclues. Hope i get support from you.

While going time he is telling I will put your address in blacklist.
