My self aadhi. Few days back i just ordered in your app and i reacived a gift card in my name.in the gift card i got 11 lacs money form your side and i spoke with your coustomer care call center. They said me you got 11lacs sir and it will be come for you in few days. After few hours they tell me to send some id proof and bank account and ifsc code number which was i'm using because of they want to deposit money to my account so that i will send my account details and few hour they said you want pay 6200 rupees for government taxt for bank. And then i paid for them right now there is no response from your side and tell me why are you doing like this. Iam not going to leave you i have some id proof for everything what you do for me and i'm going to raise a complain for my side in court and i already done a police case to your online shopping website. I think i want to speak with you. And i need my money back and plz take action on those person i giving the details of the person below. And i need a reply from your side...

Hi team today I recieved some online lucky draw contact and recivied 1 lakh winning prize value in that letter with coupon. Is that fraud or company related thing.Because look like in additional note asked to pay advance tax amount from our end. Kindly check and confirm.
Is there any lucky draw contest planned from company side for 9th anniversary celebration. This will help me to lot to further move if it's fraud.

I had received a letter that i had won 10 lakhks in a scratch card and 1 lakh winning certificate. I want to know whether it is from u your side or not. A person given me a phone number [protected] and he told that i have to give my details and the amount will credit into my bank. I think its fake but i wanted to know whether it is correct or not so that i can aware people surrounding me to beware of this kind of letters.

Now i have placed the order on 28th for three items:
1. Portable folding 4 layer tier shoe rack with wardrobe cover - did not receive but paid rs.669
2. 3in1 kitchen shelf cleaning stand holder - received yesterday and paid rs.149
3. Plastic vegetable fruit basket rice wash sieve washing bowl - received today - paid rs. 114

The 1st and 2nd item - i only received 3in1 kitchen item apart from shoe rack but had too pay rs. 893 since the delivery guy said they only gave one item and that i had to call and complain with customer service care number, so i raised a ticket but no response. One of the executive through whatsapp (+[protected] neha sinha, pings me and i told her the same but she didnt even bother to understand or help. I didnt get the product nor a refund

I am from andhra pradesh today i received a post from shopcluse about a scratch card amount 15 00 000 and i called a number which has mentioned in that post they we will give 15, 00, 000 amount but you want to pay 15, 000 pdf tax now then we will send amount like this they said and they shared aa ac/no and ifsc code wear the amount into this account like this they told

Now you say this true or not

They said on the occasion of birthday celebration we chooses random lucky winner of 1st prize 15, 00, 000lac and 2nd prize 10, 00, 000 and 3rd prize 5, 00, 000

If, you have send any kind of lucky drawn contest .if, you .in the won list . is there names mr.balamurugan.d from tamil nadu if there's what is the process to get it.what is the tax for that amounts.

we have got letter with copuan from the name of shopclues as wining rupees 11 lakhs is it true i have contact price helpline as the number is [protected] as the name sureshkumar . is he the employee of the shopclues as executive as soon as possible because we have some fake persons as news

I ordered the 1 mini sewing machine and tummy trimmer single spring. I gave the 540 amount to the courier person. After I open the parcel, mini sewing machine hand powered product is missing. Please refund the amount ASAP. Otherwise I will complain in consumer court for giving this cheap response from shopclues..

1st I got a message stating that I won a car and from shop clues company and I didn't bother as I've seen lot of fraud messages like that...

And later a guy called me and tells my entire address with landmark(which should have been kept confidential by SHOPCLUES) and also states my order (bike body cover) I was totally surprised and totally worried and feeling totally insecure with shop clues.

I demand to know how my address got leaked and how a third party knows about the thing that I ordered. (I have the record of the call, messages that they have sent me).

Received a certificate of achievement and winning 1 lakh cash bearing helpline number [protected], i would like to know is this a fraud or a genuine one and also is there any anniversary celebration of shop clues, for they are asking for bank account, pan card etc. The letter and the above mentioned certificate came from, shop clues pvt ltd, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalal saha road, new alipore, kolkatta-700053

I received an envelope with the vouchers and a letter stating that i won the anniversary lucky draw, and when i called the given number the guy said he'll deposit the amount
Obviously that's a fraud i'm assuming after looking at the other complaints but
How is the customer information being leaked?
And how is the company's name being used for the fraud?

I have read the complaint box and i observed the complaint about some tata safari contest.

I just want to inform you that today morning (29th june 2019) i also got a call from the person named nitin stating that you won tata safari car you can get a car or the market value of around 13 lacs. I know this was a spam call cuz the call was feom personal no. And not from shopclues no.
So, i didn't entertain that guy.

I am sharing the contact details of the person, i request shopclues to take immediate action on this so that these guys should not fool any innocent.

I receive a message from a shopclues company that said that the lottery was done under the shopclues company in which you have won the first prize which is tata safari, you can either take money or tata safari, which costs twelve lakh sixty thousand. For this, the registration fee of which is fourteen thousand five hundred deposited in the company's account and twelve lakh sixty thousand rupees get it immediately in your account.

Suspecting it to be fake call i immediately blocked that number as i was sure shop clues was not conducting any such lucky draw or contest... So i kindly request you to take action against the call i received from[protected].. Also to protect your customers privacy.. By avoiding sharing details of customers with any third party agents...

Today on 23rd june 2019, i got a letter from shopclues stating that i have won 100000 cash. Is that fraud. Please resolve the issue asap. I think this is the case of serious fraud. Help me out

4999 rs taken from my seller account and i asked why did you take money from my account and no one is able to provide me any reason for that. Its been a 2 months since i have been raising ticket seeking for refund but no response. Once premium service team said your premium services has been renewed and when i ask for proof or request i asked to subscribe me for this service then they are unable to furnish me with any proof. They are not returning money either. They have taken two time money from my account.. One was in december and another time is now. I have raised number of tickets and requested them a lot but all in vain. Please help me kindly get my money refunded as i am happy to stop working with shopclues due to this fraud
