From November 2021 seller payment not received . no response from shop clues customer care

Dear Sir/Madam

We are a seller from Tiruppur and we have huge outstanding payments not paid by Shopclues from Nov 2021 to until now.
Their employees are not attending our calls and so many tickets raised in their site but NO RESPONSE at all.
Can anyone guide us to resolve our issue?

Hi Team,

I had purchased one slippers from my register phone number-[protected] and email id- payal.[protected]@gmail.com. The payment of Rs 179 got deducted through UPI (UPI/[protected]/ CLUES NETWORK PVT LTD/SHOPCLU ) of Standard chartered bank. However, no order id got generated and I cant see it even as failed order in my account. Please refund the amount.

Hi team shopclues, i have been sent a letter saying that i have won a Car worth of 8, 60, 000 under the lucky draw contest of the 10th anniversary and requesting my bank account details. And there are also helpline numbers given seperately and it also says that donot call the customer care number. I just wanted to check whether it is real or a fraud activity.

I have placed a order from Shopclues on 04/02/2022 and it is showing that it got delivered on 09/02/2022 but I didn't received the order. Also the delivery person didn't called me before delivering my order.
I have done the online payment as Cash On delivery was not available on that order.

I want my money back or the product I have ordered.

I received a wrong and poor quality product on 06 april 2022 and raise retrun request but shopclues not responding well. shop clues trying to avoid return pick up and replying send more pics clear pics. while i have send all clear pics. kindly help me to arrange return pick up asap.

This message I have received from whatsApp and asked to pay 12800. Please do needful to stop this kind of fraudulent messages which can spoil the humans money.

I have ordered a frock (Sleeveless Net Frill Frock For Girls And Kids Sky Blue - 3-4 Y) worth Rs. 1045/- with order No.KZ11539 in 'Kidzi.in' but they delivered a saree which is in cheap quality instead of frock. And I have sent a message to them to return. But they are not responding.

I am seller at Shopclues.com. I want to complaint against them for not providing me the payment timely. I raised a ticket in the month of December for providing me the payment as soon as possible, that ticket is still open when I called the customer service they says all dues will be clear in the month of January, in January I called them many times, either they never pick the call or says it will clear soon. Again I raised a ticket in January that is still not resolved. Again I called them for provinding me payment as soon as possible, they says due to some technical issue we are unable to provide the payments, and all dues will be clear in the month of March. I am still waiting for my payment but some story still going on, either they says there is some technical issue or they never received my call. I am very depressed by there service. I want my money back otherwise I will take some legal action against them for fraudulent. I have attached all the screenshot, take a look. And proceed with my complaint. I want my payment as soon as possible. Thank you

I am a seller of shopclues. My MID is 470842 (RUPAM XEROX). I am getting order and fulfill it, they credited payment after 10-15 days od delivery of product. But from november they not clearing my payments. I have called every week they told please wait. Still now payments not cleared. Above rs 100000 payment is blocked. Plz help me sir.

I'm G.Lokeshwari, they said me online earnings so I take precautions to do, then she said that 3 tasks I completed and told to recharge then I completed 3 task but I'm not got my money so please give my money back

On 10/2/2022 I had placed an order for ketsy baby clam 60mm for Rs400 at 8:43am order I'd[protected] through ShopClues and due to some reason I cancelled this order and it was said that I will my refund on 24th of feb 2022 on the original payment method and till now I hadn't got my refund then I called my bank to check whether I had got any amount of Rs 400 or not and they said no haven't got any refund. Then messaged ShopClues network then they said that if you will not get the refund on the respected time then we will send a RRN number and then talk to your respective bank about this number. I just to tell you that this company is fraud and untrustworthy they just take your precious time and will not give your money back so kindly help me to get my money back from this trap.

Actually on 9th of feb 2022 at 11:05 pm. I had placed an order for EGK drill machine through ShopClues website and the order I'd[protected] which I had paid through UPI (Google pay). After paying the required amount Rs 694 to ShopClues that had been debited from my account but the order was showing payment not confirmed so called ShopClues and they told us that they had sent our issue to the billing and you will soon get an update after few days they told us that we haven't got any money so talk to your bank then I called my bank told about this issue they had raised an ticket on 21/02/22 and this is under process. I want to tell you that this company (ShopClues) is totally fraud this issue was of just a matter of couple of days but still didn't got my money. The coutomer service executive is now not resolving and helping on this matter so, kindly do the needful and please help me to get my money back.

Hi I have purchased 5 deo.
They have share us the invoice with 3% gst.
In India GST there is no rule for 3%.

They are doing fraud at a big level

Hai, i got a achivment certificate from shopclues as winner in online shopping lucky drow the amount was9200000./rs.the helpline number which was there in the certificate was [protected].i called the number the guy told me to pay 2700/rs .which i paid trusting the shopclues app. later agin he asked foe 9000/rs has GSTwhich i refused to pay .then when i told the guy i dont want the prize and send the amount of rs 2700/ back to my account the CCRguy refuse for that, so its a request please refund my amount to my bank account back .

Hai im shubha, i got a letter regarding the winner of online shopping mega drow contest ..there was a help line number [protected], i called and asked about that he said its from shopclues, i have won a prize and he told me to pay 2700/ rs to shop clues pvt ltd account, i trusted his words and sent the money of rs 2700/ later he told me to send 9000/rs when i refuse to send he said he will not even give back 2700/ rs also . please send me the money back .i just want the money which i have sent to shopclues account number[protected], it was cbi bankaccount. please help me with it, we havw a finacil problem.

I have got a post today. It says that I have won 1.2lacs prize cash and I also have got a scratch card (upon scratching I won Swift desire worth of 12.5lacs🤣🤣).
I found grammatical and spelling errors in the A4 letter. ShopClues name was used on inside and on the scratch card.
I wonder how they got my address.

Order ID:[protected] was prepaid for an extension board but shopclues did not shipped product and after 9 days canceled order but money not refunded....
