I have recieved a letter from shopclues by courier saying that you have won 1 lakh with a scratch card, scratch card was containing 10lakhs in it, they had a code in that too send for some # helpline number [protected], after i send that called me and they told we will transfer your money but you need to pay. 11000+24000 gst+32000 paid totally 67000 before we send as service tax, service tax should automatically detect from the prize money if it was true, shopclues is cheating customers it is a big fraud company. If i get the money i'll stop it here itself, or else the next complaint will be in cyber crime. And income tax please do contact [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com its urgent further communication for consumer court

    I transferred inr 6600 post that which they said money will be transferred through bank, then from bank i got a call and below message

    Rtgs for rs 12, 80, 000/- failed due to non payment of service charge rs. 25600/-.
    To avail the offer pay service charge immediately to the concerned branch. For details contact us on helpline. [protected]@sbi.co. Inxxxxxxxxxx6166or on mobile number[protected].

    Stating transfer inr 25600 against rtgs to complete the transaction and post that they will transfer the money in to my account, which i did. As soon i do that they a started asking for inr 38600 as gst charge, which i denied to pay and said to return my money back i don't want the gift amount. Now to transfer the money back they want inr 10000.
    I think there is a major scam going on and many people are being scammed through the same.
    Requesting you to look in to this and help me an other get the money back.

    I got a letter from Shopclues.com that i got 2 Voucher(one from which is of 10 lakh and another is of 1 lakh). I know it most probably is a scam but i just want to make sure from you peoples if it is a Fraud letter or not???

      I received message from [protected] and call from [protected] stating that i have won a car in shopclues lucky draw worth rs.500000. By just paying registration fees u will receive ur car. I know it is a scam just want to make people aware. Opp person doesn't know what product we have purchased and when when asked he told blender which i purchased 2yrs back. I understood this is fraud. Guys beware of such scams

          Sir ur executive Nitin Kumar Singh is cheating us saying that u have gained lucky coupon of Rs.12, 60, 000/-.he told us to deposit 6000/- in Paulus Ekka a/c to get ur prize amount. We deposited. Again we told us to deposit rs25, 200 regarding bank charges. We told is it not possible with us. He told deposit rs5000 against same a/c left over at he will arrange.                             Because look like in additional note asked to pay advance tax amount from our end. Kindly check and confirm as if it's not through you guys how can they get my complete details like CTC no n complete address.

                                Hello i had ordered the f1/fms tire polish worth of 276 rs with the order id[protected]... Then i got the product by bluedart courier company with sealed condition but when i got the product the package was too small so i had opened the packet in front of courier person.. I got car perfume not the tire polish... Then i raised the return request in shopclues but they are saying we are checked the product and it is delivered in perfect condition... Ok your delivered the product in sealed condition but i got the different product from what i ordered the same thing i maintained in complaints but your rejecting my complaint.. I had raised 3 tickets of return product but your rejecting the return request.. If you want i can give you courier persom number you can call him and verify it... If you dont have product then you have to refund the money but dont send other products.. As i m purchased under buyer protection and shop shopclues surety but your sending different products... Customer service is very poor there is no customer satisfaction...

I already contacted seller number he is ready to replace the item but shopclues is not allowing him to replace...
