Dear sir, i ordered 15 lt. Swift aqva fresh ro uv water filter by online shopping from shop clues. They send me aqvagrand water filter with missing the main parts. On the packing box name is 15 lt. Aqva fresh ro water filter but in the box they send aqvagrand ro water filter with missing parts like membren which market price is 2000 ₹. The product is very chip and they chit mi.

Purchased item cancelled by shopclues refund will not get until now

We purchased on samsung memory card on 07/05/2018 at rupees 450 32 gb samsung memory card wemade the payment through mobikwik.com payment wallet after two days they cancelled the order and refund amount to mobikwik.com, we received 450 rs
Then we again purchase samsung memory card from another seller at rs 480 that payment also...

Shop clue has informed that refund for your shop clue aforesaid order processed on 14.05.2018 should reflect in your account with in 48 hours. As i m a regular customer of shopclues since last 2 years and more. This time i have been getting msgs and calls saying it is from shopclues and have received and rewarded as i have won a lottery of tata safari worth more than rs.12 lakhs. I have clearly told them a lot of times saying i m not at all interested in dealing with this, they r again and again calling or smsing me and forcing me to pay an amount of rs7000 and take the delivery...

There are so many returns made by me as everytime they send me either a defective product or a damage product and everytime option for my money refund is only there cluebucks (There own point system) my money is yet not refunded for this order as well ref: order number[protected]. They are such a fraud guys that they show images of a different product and send different product and everytime the quality is compromised and it is not as same...

Requested refund and after 15 days the amount still did not reflect in my bank account. Tried contacting customer support through email but got nothing more than automated replies. It has been a stressful experience dealing with shopclues. I request all any perspective buyers to stay away from shopclues. The trouble isn't worth it. I, shantanu roy chowdhury from siliguri. I ordered ten items gemstones and recieved the ten products on 1st june 2018 but quality is very very poor.
I have return requested on 1st june 2018. But no response shopclue.

I ordered a bag... But it is duplicate copy of american tourister polyester bag.. Totally dissatisfied.. And why customer care is not registering complaint.. And didn't call back.. Tried so many times.. Needed help for refunding my money.. I had shopped many times.. But this tym i got duplicate product.. Company lyk shopclues must have to resolve user complaints...

Order id[protected] for square clock ds-510. Delivered to bhopal ro whereas it should delivered to my address which should given by shopclues. And when i complained and they said it is confirmed by their couriers partner that means tracon courier that it was delivered. But please check it was delivered to wrong address. I will go to consumer forum for justice also i claim a case for defamation...

I have a call from the number [protected]. That i am the winner of shopclues lucky draw.
And i won the tata car worth rupees 600000 and for transfer the car the registration charge will apply of rs 8500.

Please solve the issue. The call i have received 2-3 time i already complaint to shopclues for keep safe the detail of customer information. But thecustomer information is leaked by shopclues...

The craftroad 10 hookah was delivered the day before today on 31 may 2018 when i opened i got to know that there is hole in the hookah pipe due to which hookah cannot be used by us.. So please confir m request and replace only the hookah pipe otherwise i like the product. I like its colour and flavour.. I request you to replace it.. As soon as possible as i was so excited about this to deliver from your site...
