I ordered clay creations coffee mug set of six worth rupees 500 but after some days I checked my order status and it showed that your order has been cancelled . But yesterday I received this order and when I opened it it was very cheap product not as shown in the image . So I want this product to be returned.

    I have purchased mobile as on 5th august 17 and received delivery on 20th august 17, only after 7 days use this mobile stopped for working.

    I already contacted shopclues officer but he not want to return this product and provide me proper answer or feedback.

    As per my this experience i want to file legal case against shopclues for return this product.
    Hope indian consumer fourm will help me in this matter.

    I ordered printed double bedsheet through shopclues on 21/08/17 having order I'd[protected] with tracking number[protected].The same was delivered on 28/08/17 but not that I was chosen with respect of colour and print.I request for the return but shopclues app shows invalid product ID
    I want this product return as early as possible.
    I place a order to Subhas moydan Mariani bt curriar service did not call me...and that's why I dnt get my percel. ...now what next I do.. ...

      I have purchase three books from the site and paid the full amount i. E. No cod. But now they are cancelling the order of all the three books. It is wrong because they are wasting the time and energy of mine. It's means their own house is not in order and they have no present status of their own stocks. It is completely malpractice. I will never buy any product from your site in future. I will also inform this to all in my groups. Bad service example by shop clues.

          I bought a panasonic mobile phone on 2nd march, 2017. But some problem arose on handset and i went service centre many times. But they had returned back. Panasonic service centre give me a doa certificate with dispute set with packeting on 23rd august, 2017 and i sent a mail with scanned doa certificate. Your company's worker said that their working days is four. But today is 1st september. They rresponse negative. Really i had been suffered very miserable condition with my dispute mobile.

            I bought a leather purse on 24th. July 2017 by shopping on-line and following online transfers were done :
            [protected] iin/i-debit/clues net/201 [protected] 279.00
            [protected] iin/i-debit/clues net/[protected] 279.00
            [protected] vin/clues netwo/[protected]/0 279.00

            The cost of the item was rs. 279. It appears shopclues have their own payment gateway and it appears that they have collected the money all the three times but when i ask them they state that they have received the payment only once but to icici bank they are saying they have received payment all the three times. It appears they are doing very poorly in their business and thus are swindling customers by giving fake messages on their web site after the bank has successfully transferred the payment to them, stating that the transaction has failed. I request that shopclues refund a total amount of rs. 558 of the first two transactions which they collected by swindling my bank account. I can only warn others not to do any business with shopclues as their business intentions are nefarious as they advertise low prices for products but collect more from customers by unfair means.

              I'm maahi. I ordered a new battery for my panasonic eluga i2 from shopclues ordered[protected]. When delivered, it was not supported by phone and it elwas damaged as well. Unfortunately there is no return policy support for customers as they provide customer support just for formality. Kindly mention my complaint against the merchants and find a way to get suitable action done.

                Really disgusting.... It is better to choose flipkart amazon snapdeal infibeam paytm.
                Please take your product back and refund my balance with 9 day compensation as soon as possible otherwise i mail this problem to usa (United states of america) office.

                  Due to size problem i've ordered for a return. The xpressbees people contacted me and said they'll take it by by next day, but its been a week and they didnt take it or atleast made a call about it.
                  Also i tried to contact shopclues executives by calling and emailing. They wont lift or they wont reply to my mails.
                  Please look into this matter and refund money as soon as possible.

He told me, i am speaking from shoclues and you are the lucky winer of our company lucky draw of amount 12.80 lacks. And deposit 12 thousands in this account no.[protected] (Sanjay kumar, boss of company). For registration and u will recive the wining amount in your account through check. I deposit the same amount in this account no. And after that i received a call from another number - [protected].
                          He told me that i am manager of sbi and i recived your check of amount 12.80 lacks. And i transfer that in your account so please deposit the neft charge of bank of amount 25 thousands.
                          And i deposit the same amount in this account no. [protected] (Ranjit sharma). After deposit this amount i call to same number then he told me this amount will not reflect in your account no. Because your account limit only 10 lacks.
                          So sir please help me... And answered as soon as possible.

                            On 28/aug/2017 a person made call from (Carrier name:) aramex, he is not ready to give my order my pin code area number (573213) instead of that he said cod is not available to your pin code come & collect your order at our office & spent/losses extra money 30rs from my place to office place.
                            If you are not ready to deliver my order to exact my location please get 30rs of my money back otherwise i will raise the complaint against your company at consumer court, so please accept my request & take action against them.

                                    I ordered a mobile swipe elite vr order id[protected] on 22/08/2017 and recieved it on 24/08/2017 the product was under 10 days return/replacement assurance. When i recieved the box i didn't found the charging adoptor, data cable and handsfree. Immediately i called and informed shopclues.com the executive told me that my concern has been noted an suggested me to raise a return request, and i did the same but next day shopclues.com rejected my return request without contacting me and now i've complained many times and they're not listening to me.

                                      I purchased kids operated but i found parts missing when i called them they asked to return back so i returned them but after quality is done they are saying that the product is delayed so they can't find resolution to it so i asked them to send the demaged product along with missing parts and courier charges but they are taking time to resolve the issue.
