I have a purchased a mobile phone from shopclues which was delievered to me on 9.8.2019 ie fully defective product.
I raised request on same day for return the product and get refund my amount.
But still no action is taken to solve the issue while i have contacted them by mail too many times but they dont give any response.
I am very disapointed by their service.
So kindly request you to take the action to solve the issue and refund my full amount my account.

Hey recently i raised a refund request in shopclues and they have processed the refund toh my debit card...
The expected date was 12 august but till now the refund is not credited...

I tried contacting them but they didn't reply...
This is they second time i facing this problem...

They have the wrost customer support.

Yesterday i was been called by your company and was said that i have won 13, 80000rs or a tata safari and for availing this i have to pay them a registration fees of 6600rs after that they asked me to give them 38880 as rtgs/neft charges. They have taken my money and now they are not answering my calls. Please return my money it's total 450000rs and take action against them as soon as possible. I would very gratefull to you guys

Hi, i have got a call from [protected] this number, named rahul, he told that i have won the prize so he told that i have to pay 12800 cash in bank, then he will send the prize money to my account,

Shopclues team not kept our address or our contact details in privacy.

So only we are getting the calls.
Shopclues team has to be take care of this type of scams,

Because of this type of scams many people losing their money,

My order no.[protected] dt. 02-08-19 for 2 nos of the product. but i received one only and the payment was already done for two items of same.all these days i have not got the right address to complaint today i got . pl look in to the matter and see that remaining item should be delivered soon.
when i called customer care person on mobile they said we cant help. at least the shopclues company ha to intimate the thing to the merchant so that they may go back to their inventary and see how many items are disposed on that day. like that i may get justice. so i request shopclues do the needful in this matter.

Hai this is ravi teja davuluri, i got a certificate of achievement of online shopping lucky draw from shop clues shop clues and scratch card through by post and claimed that i am one of the winners of the draw. It came through indian postal system i want to know is there any contest like this from shopclues? Or its fake. Can you please confirm about this.

I have received a letter stating that there is a scratch card in it and when we scratch it is showing that we have won 15 lakh rupees from shopclues team
And it has been mentioned that the lucky draw has been conducting by shopclues on the occasion of its anniversary.

In that letter it is asking us to fill our bank details.
It is mentioned that don't call to customer care number as it is only for product related issues.
And they mentioned to call to some other numbers.

I got an scratch and win offer from the company. Its have an urgent message.in that scratch an win offer it shows i got 10 lakh rupees as scratch and win offer money and also 1 lakh rupees as companies random draw lucky winner.in that rules and regulations form they are saying don't call to the customer care number its only for product purchase and also they given an another mobile number as prize help line number. Is this type of forgedies are happening are with the avare of the company or not. While purchasing from your company you guys miss using the customers it will loosing the credibility of the company itself. So as soon as possible rectify the complaint and give me the exact reason and judgement to me.

I am a merchant with mid 978553 and currently selling home audio speaker on shopclues having brand obage products. But instead of making some profit i have suffered a huge loss of rs 20, 000/-. Here below are two cases for which i have also raised ticket, but only an automated response i have got but no concrete action has been taken. I has recently tweeted @shopclues, ceo & cbo as well and send msg on facebook messenger as well.

Cases 1 for order id[protected] having ticket 1956048 courier partner which shopclues provides was gati surface.

I received rto for order id no[protected] which arrived back to my warehouse. But out of 2 speakers (Product id[protected] which has dual tower speakers, i have received only 1 speaker. The main speaker unit which has led pannel and other interface ports like bluetooth, usb, fm, mic was missing. On the same time i had 2 parcel arrived as rto and both were same products (Product id[protected]. One was complete the 2nd one was half. Weight difference was big. The complete parcel has a weight of 13kg, but the other parcel when i lifted was very light (Half the weight of 1st). I knew it felt something was not right. I have shared all pics with support team of shopclues, but no one has taken any action. Its been more than 30 days. I have attached here the pics as well. My ticket number for this case is 1956048

Case 2 for order id[protected] having ticket no 1956552. Courier company again gati surface. (Both cases gati is the courier partner... Smells fishy...)

This rto was marked to return to origin on 10th july having sent to godhara gujarat having tracking no[protected] has still not returned to my warehouse.in both cases the courier service is gatisurface. Its bin 30+ days since this material was marked for rto. A sensitive category material for this long in transit is bad for the material as well. Its fully possible that the goods for the 2nd order id also have been lost or stolen.
Atleast someone should tell us about the current status but nobody calls. I have invested lot of time, effort and money. The mental stress is more harmful that comes because a smaller business man loosing money is painful.

I have taken a total loss of 20, 000 plus intrest. (I could have sold to some other retail or online shop or to another shopclues customer if the goods were with me.in 30 days i can get interst of 8.5%

Kindly help me on this in getting compensation from shopclues and gati as its their responsibility to make sure material reaches the end customer or get back safely if it is returned back. They are charging for this service only. What value are they providing?

Also attached are the pics of entire packaging for the missing parcel order id[protected].
Please solve this or i have to take some legal action against shopclues and gati. Will post these details on every social media platform you and your company is active on along with goi consumer grievances department, people should know what i have suffered so they can be much more vigilant. This a huge scam, smells and looks like a scam and in total shambles. I also have my little 1.5 yrs daughter and family to take care of.

I sense it is truly a fraud.

I have received a scratch card from Shopclues, but looks like there its a fraud as the seal from the company says Shopclues. It says I have won a XUV500 as a prize and have to pay 1% of the cost to the company. The letter is drafted with a very poor English and that's when it caught my attention. Reporting this for further investigation as this needs to be stopped. Many people would have been lost it with these fraudsters.

Hi team recently received a letter from shopclues.com claiming that i have been selected in a random lucky draw contest on the occasion of shopclues anniversary celebration winning one lakh prize value in that letter with coupon. Is that fraud or company related thing.

Is there any lucky draw contest planned from company side for 9th anniversary celebration. This will help me to lot to further move if it's fraud.

If it is not related to the company how can any random party get the customer's personal information? It is really dangerous company should strictly took measures for securing customers detail.

Also the thermocol used in packaging was all in one box which had no speaker in it. How come the packaging of one box can be in another box. While both have been packed in same way with same contents. U can see this in the pic. The tape was doubled from the bottom, i only taped it once not twice, u can see this also in the pic. I have raised ticket as well but nothing is happening.. Please help me guys instead of making profit i will be in huge loss. The speakers are with rs 6000/-

2nd case
One of my home theater was marked rto on 10th july. Below are the details of order number.
I have not recieved the rto for order id[protected] till date. Please make sure i receive my goods back on time and this time without anything missing. Yesterday i recieved another return which had one speaker missing. For this i have already raised a ticket as well. It's bin more than 15+ days that this mentioned order was dispatched. I have recieved other returns which were despatched much after this order, so why is this return not still back to me yet? If this time something goes missing i will sue both shopclues and gati for this and file a defamation case. The courier company in both cases is gati. Its their responsibility as well goods reach to the customers or return back to seller if the material is returned. I am afraid this may also get lost and it will make a huge dent in my overall finances. This home theater is 4.1 channel and with 5000/-

Hi. I am getting regular call in 2-3 month intervals about winning lucky draw from shopclues name and for that i have to submit rs 6500/-. I know these are fake. And as i told them to they started using abuse language. I am sharing the no. I. E. [protected], [protected].
I have attached the screenshot of the messages. Kindly do necessary action against them.

We are from dent aids. Please do not sell any of our products in shopclues... As they are the 100% fraud... For no reason they have charged us 4999/- for ams service or growth service, without our permission. Now when we want our money back they are only giving a lot of excuses. 4 months have already passed! We have't got our money. We we try to call them they keep on playing the same tape recorder that sorry we can understand you worries.

I am continuously getting fraud calls and they have been sending me fraud messages that you have won the first price as a car and if you are not willing to have that we can send you 1 lakh cash. When i refused to accept the price they started talking # which was very disappointing. The person is having my full details so i would love to delete my shopcluse account permanently.

I am very much disappointed and i would like to delete all the details from that site and the person calling me is having all the details about me and he had been talking very vulgarly. Please looking into this matter asap.

I got a letter.in that is was written like that i had won scratch card coupon and one lakh prize money on ocassion of celebrating shopclues anniversary in which they selceted me in random lucky draw contest.
They were knowing my phone number
But no messeges came to my phone number
I checked in my shopeclues app also i didnt get any notification regarding to this
So i want to confirm this and they are asking for bank account details
Is this really from shopclues or fake
What should i do now

I bought a camera battery (Order id:[protected]. The battery was dead on arrival and there is no customer care mechanism to return the product. Customer care number is alaways busy and closes at 6pm. Never buy anything from shopclues site. All fraud seller are present in shopclues. Shopclues never do validation for them.. Only one time buyers come to shopclues.
