ShopClues.com — Refund amount not received in my bank account

My order no.[protected] dated on 23 Oct, 2020, but both pieces are damaged n refund in my Cluesbucks but from my side i transfers the Cluesbucks to my bank account, it says that transfer in 09th Nov 2020 but still waiting for my amount/money. i got refund only one piece amount only how about my second piece amount Rs. 201which is Refund I'd: 18068384 dated on 27 October, 2020. I didn't get my refund amount in my bank account of Rs. 201.
