    Dear Sir, I am Ankit Modi. I have launched my complain against Shopclues.com regarding Money Deducted, but Product not received on Dt.15.11.2014 on Consumer Complaint. After few minutes i have received a call from [protected] (Mr.Rahul) by saying that calling from Shopclues.com & asked for Credit Card Details to credit my Rs.119/- in my Credit Card Account for not receiving two products. Then Mr.Rahul has asked for OTP one by one & made transactions of Rs.21070/- By receiving the SMS of deducted amount, i have asked for the same. Then he told, such are the wrong SMS. On asking to Mr.Rahul, he told to call from Delhi. Then I have traced the number, but the number shown from Bihar-Jharkhand. Then i have inquired to my credit card Bank (i.e. Standard Chartered Bank) By inquiring, i come to know that the transactions have been done from my credit card & money deducted mentioned below : Rs.2020/- - Auxicash Billdesk Rs.5050/- - Airtel Billdesk Rs.8000/- - Mobikwik.com Rs.1500/- - Vodaffone Billdesk Rs.2500/- - Xenonvalue Paytm Rs.2000/- - Easy Mobile Recharge I request you to come out me from this fraud & help me to Credit my money in my Credit Card Account. By next time, i will not provide my credit card details to anyone. Kindly acknowledge for the same. No customer care no is working. on email no merely they replied. Since 9 days i am sending mails but only one mails received on 08/11/2014 telling that it will take 48 hrs. But there 48 hrs never ends.""

            I had placed an order for a NY Cap, Order No: 25459807 on 02 Nov 2014 and made a debit payment for the same. I received a text message on the 06th Nov 2014 that my order is shipped by Ecom Express with tracking number[protected]. Since the there is no sign of my order and neither is any one providing me with any information as to where my shipment has reached. Tried tracking my courier but Ecom Express website that shopclues.com has provided for courier tracking does not work. I tried calling their customer care number and made an express enquiry, there I am told by the automated voice response that they cannot find any my order, and that I would be connected to a customer service rep. No customer service rep attended the call. I have already paid for the product and I would want to know when I can expect a delivery! Or else please refund my money.                     Dear Sir, I am Ankit Modi. I had purchased Travel Pillow cost of Rs.40/- vide order no.25236505 from Shopclues.com on 30th October 2014. I have got the message from Shopclues that i will get thePillow maximum till 08.11.2014, but till date i haven't get the same. Shopclues has given shipment details as mentioned below : This order is shipped via Dotzot. The tracking number for this shipment is[protected]. To track this package goto http://dotzot.in/ and enter the tracking number shown above. But the order is not able to track from above details. In addition, before this i had ordered D'Jindals Belt cost of Rs.79/- vide order no.17494929 on 28th July, 2014. The amount had been deducted from my Credit Card, but till date i don't get my Belt. Also my money has not been credited in my Credit Card A/c. So I request you to help me to get my money back (i.e.Total Rs.119/- = Rs.79 + Rs.40) from Shopclues.com because we don't get response from Shopclues.I am so much afraid of Online Purchase by two time fraud.                       I ordered a product from shopclues on 6 November 2014 from shopclues.At first they made a delay in shipment and later when I inquired about the status of my order, they said that my item was shipped and they even confirmed this on mail that they have handed over the product to bluedart courier service.They gave me a fake reference number Which never got activated ([protected]) I came to know This when was tired of checking bluedart website over and over again and later when I contacted bluedart customer care and they said that so such number exists and the Courier was never handed over to bluedart.I would have come to know much later as the people from shopclues were further assuring me that my product would be delivered to me on time and I should wait for a Little bit more(for a shipment which they never sent.).this is a very shameful, no good, fraudulent act by shopclues.One may check the mail date from ShopClues, reference number provided and go on and check bluedart website.no such ref. No. will be found. I have a transcript of all communication proofs, very much frustrated with this website and I want them to pay my hard earned money back, failing to do so I would be forced to take a strong legal action.

                        Hi Team, Whats going on with Shopclues.com ? Is this genuine website ? Thinking that i can order some items, went to the website & ordered cookware products. It was delayed. Anyways, finally it reached to me with a great delay. Now, this is not working on induction. In the website it was mentioned that it was induction cookware. So, i need to return this. And get it worked. For returning, there is some process. For initiating the process, i need to check that order in my account. It is not being displayed. I have raised multiple tickets on this issue. Everytime, i get some ticket is generated. But, none has resolved the issue. Does anyone know the process of doing this ? This is not at all fare to deal with a customer. Do you think we are fools. One guy will call and tell something and will place the call. Another guy cannot confirm that it was related to induction(Eventhough, it was mentioned as induction cookware in website). Who will take care of this ? Is anyone resolving the issue ? Can request my money back by returning the product ? Will i have the perfect cookware which will work for induction if the product is replaced with new product ? When i am not having an option to return the product, what is the alternate option ? Does your IT department intimated on this ? Customer is having a right to ask these questions. I want detail analysis of the full problem & resolution.

                          The same thing I was also facing. I hv also booked a product from shop clue and it was not delivered till now. Bust u must call to their call center as per the given no.[protected]. Let any customer care executive to attend call. U just say u need to talk to Mr Akhilesh Singh. He will only resolve the issue. He has only helped me to kill the issue. Now my item is with courier company and I got the waybill no too.

                            Dear sir, 1) I hv booked an order online of baby daipers through shopclues.com on 25 Oct 14 vide my order no. 24539305. But that order has not been delivered till to date. In spite of making so many calls nd wetting mails no +ve action has been taken till now. Every time they used tell me that their team is working on it and the item will be delivered in 24-48 hrs. 2) in addition on 1st Nov 14 they have given me courier no "89112912" of 'safexpress' company by telling that it will be despatched soon. But I hv find the details online as well as spoken to courier company rep, that no item is handed over to them for despatch and also no details available on their web site. 3) today is 12 nov 14 and still my product has not been delivered. I m quiet surprise tht where the item has gone. 4) after all my hard effort I m frustrated to whom should I talk with to get the item. It is therefore requested that either kindly take the need full step against shop clues that either deliver my product or refund my money back after cancellation of order if not capable to deliver. Their site is showing that the product is not available with the merchant.But in that shopping site, the product is in stock that too from same merchant I.e, HIGH END SALES from delhi. I contacted customer care representatives many times but they say the same answer that is product is out of stock with the merchant.on oct17…i ordered it.payment was done.but no shipment done yet.

                                Hello, i am here want to draw all your viewers attention about the third class shopping site shopclues.com .I had purchased a enviee aa charger and 4 batteries for 280/- around in sunday flea market on 19 oct 2014, the product has been shipped by overnite express and it showed deliver on 24 oct 2014, i did not received the product i dont know to whom the delivery person has delivered the product after a period of 17 days of follow up of my courier from shopclues.com & overnite express, there is no response from none of the both .Nobody entertain me and complete my query.Even the worst thing is that none has provided me pod for the same.I live in connaught place new delhi which is number one place of our country and still there is very bad behaviour from both.
                                After issuing me so many tickets shopclues did not close it no communication no call nothing,
                                Shame on you shopclues.com you should be banned in india for ecommerce

                                        I did not received the order no 23590759 of shopclues. Which is colgate plax 250 ml of rupees 115. In website wrong status is showing that it is delivered. But actually it is not delivered. This was prepaid item.Shopclues.com 's telephonic helpline is always dead.I contacted apprximate more than 10 times, They replied nothing.Now I am very sad because I order this for my mother who is suffering from dental problem. courier serviceman phone called me on 1st nov 2014, he was asking me to come to the office which is 25 kms. from the address where item is supposed to delivered to which shopclues.com took prepaid order.Now I can not purchase it Because they are my holding money for many days and we are waiting and waiting to receive. This is supposed to deliver at 31 oct. For this inconvenience I will never forgive shopclues like this system. I think courierman took this item and signed himself because it was prepaid item. I order this item on 17th oct 2014. please help me do something, . you are my last hope. my mother is suffering from very serious dental problem and doctor suggest her this item.
