Hi,
My name is rohil kumble.
I am a customer with shreenath hyundai - govandi workshop. I am a second owner of a hyundai i10 (Mh-03-bh-7510) with the previous owner also being a customer of this organisation.
On the 14th of june, i had posted an issue on this page & am yet to receive a resolution!!
Sub standard service
1) water spray not fixed
2) horn stopped working - again
3) air pressure in spare tyre not checked – i had to bear the inconvenience of a flat stepney when 1 of my wheels was also flat
Inaccurate billing
1) foam cleaning of the car charged at rs 2100 – commitment of rs 1500
2) front wheel left guard charged at rs 362 – commitment of rs 300
3) front brake pad replacement or cleaning (Both sides) is billed at rs 310 – rate chart shows rs 280
Scam
1) shreenath hyundai is offering false discounts to customers. They are increasing prices of certain items on the bill & then giving out a small discount!
2) shreenath hyundai is siphoning money from each customer in ‘unnoticable’ amounts.
Example above – rs 30 made of the brake pad. Let’s just say they have a 5000 customers, that’s rs 1, 50, 000 made by just making a small adjustment on the bill.

I have spoken to mr prashant kamble, mr ajay mahajan, mr sameer, mr satish & ms pravina from the organisation & sent emails to customer care for a suitable resolution. I have received none so far that match the inconvenience which i am made to bear. A couple of the above employees insist they have done nothing wrong while some have stopped responding to my calls/texts.
Shreenath Hyundai customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hello, I m Ajay Mevalal Nirmal stay in Sion.on last month November 1st week ill book my car on shreenath Hyundai in Thane (west) on urgent base .They said don't worry sir you get your car within 25days maybe any inconvience is their so its maybe taken 3 to 4days more but u get your car.but with in a days but now its almost more then 40days but ill still not get my car delivery.If ill call to inquiry about my car they said sir we will call u back in within a 10 to 15 min they not give me proper answer my quation on phone then I have to go their branch its to fare from my house ill stay in sion and I have to go in thane for inquiry bcuz the not give me proper answer on phone..last 2day before ill get the massege that u have to pay your firt car EMI Amt **** I no that I have to pay but ill did not get my car then ill call MS -Rashmi who book my care .ill said mam when ill get my car delivery then she said its take more some days ill said k atlest give me one date that ill said to my family.then she said sir on 6th nov2016 u get your car then ill said ok.Then in Monday morning ill call to miss Rashmi to inform that ill come to collect my car then she said sorry sir Tuesday it will be not happen to deliver your car bcux their in some issue in RTO work that's way, your car again will be delay I m shock bcuz nxt day I have to pay a my first car EMI amount and she said its delay.then again ill said k..how much more days its will be taken she said sir on this FRIDAY (9th nov 2016) you get your car delivery any how, If any inconvence or problem are happen then don't worry ill give u 100% car delivery on this Friday.Then I m satisfy then ill call in THURSDAY afternoon to inform that tomorrow we r coming to collect our car..that time I m really shock seriously she directly said sir it will be not happen to deliver your car tomorrow as well.what r u doing I m seriously not understand..this is 2nd time she give me a fake update about my car I need some serious action on this time...and ill already pay my first CAR EMI AMT without seeing my car and the said its take more time to deliver your car sir and my second EMI is also coming then what should ill do.And when I said i[censored] not deliver my car so give me my money back ill arrange some other outlet, then they directly said sorry we r not given a money back we r give your car after 8days its too roude behaviour ill never seens in such a company..I NEED UREGNT RLP ON MY THIS MAIL I M VERY DISAPPOINT DO THIS BRANCH REVERT BACK ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IL STILL WAITING.

    Greetings from Shreenath Hyundai Thane!!!

    First of all we would like to Thank You for booking your New Hyundai Xcent from us.

    This is with regards to your mail just received by us.

    As discussed with the undersigned on 08th Nov 2016 at our showroom, we are trying our level best to deliver your vehicle at the earliest. As already informed to you that the delay is due to the RTO. We would also like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

    Further we would like to inform you that you had booked a Hyundai Xcent T-permit vehicle from us on 2nd Nov 2016. The vehicle was available with us in our stockyard, hence the billing of your vehicle was done on 11thNov 2016. We received your last payment on 19th Nov 2016 through cheque which got reflected in our account on 23rd Nov 2016, hence till date only 17 days (seventeen) are over and not 40 days (forty). Immediately after receiving the full payment we sent your docket for registration was a Mumbai one. 24th & 25th Nov 2016 the paperwork was done at the dealership. 26th & 27th Nov 2016 the RTO was closed due to fourth Saturday and Sunday, hence the registration process was started on 28th Nov 2016.

    We have received a mail from our RTO agent (Ghai Auto) informing us that due to the shifting of manual jobs to on-line process there is a delay in getting the registration done. On 13th Dec 2016 the CRTM work will start (10th, 11th & 12th Dec 2016 the RTO is closed due to second Saturday, Sunday and E-id).

    As soon as we receive the Tax receipt & the registration number we will inform you the same.

    We are still trying our level best to get your vehicle registration done at the earliest so that we can deliver your vehicle.

      I have booked Creta Red Passion, 1.6Vtvt on 2/9/2015 with Shreenath Motors New link rd Andheri Mumbai 400053, I was promised delivery within 12 weeks, as of now 15 weeks have passed but not getting any proper reply from the sales team, excuse given is the production for particular model is very low and they do not have any status report on delivery so they can commit on delivery schedule. These facts should be stated while booking the car, and customer should not be misguided while booking the car. Would appreciate your action in the matter and let me know the delivery date.       crooks promised 2 weeks for delivery and took the payment from me no they are saying that they do not have the vehicle. Real crooks they should go behind bars for such unethical activity.

        I had booked a I 20 Sportz Model of mfg year 2014 thru Magmaa Cars on 15th December 2014 by paying Rs.10000.00 as booking amount, As they offered me a discount of Rs. 1, 05, 000.00 on the Vehicle manufactured in 2014 and they informed me that as New I 20 Elite model is launched this Vehicle is lying in their stock. I simutaneuously applied for Laon through ICICI Bank and got that Sanctioned. I was about to pay the balance down Payment to Magmaa Cars, On curiosity I asked for the effective date of Warranty of the Car. For which Mr. Paresh of Magmaa said he had to check up with Shreenath and revert back to me. So I accompanied with Mr. Paresh to Shreenath Hyundai to confirm the same before I release my Final Down Payment. Initially Ms.Swati Dy Sales Manager and her Superior Ms Anjali said that the Warranty would effective from the date of delivery of the vehicle which is also mentioned in their Service Manual Book (which they showed us). To a surprise they mailed us after two days that the Warranty would be effective from the Retail Invoice, For Confirmation they had forwarded us the email sent by Mr. Sourabh M Shahapurkar of Hyundai Motors mentioning this clause. For which also I accepted. But strangely again to my surprise Ms. Swati Informed that the warranty would be available for me from March 2014 as this vehicle was already Invoiced to some other Customer and for some reasons the booking was cancelled. In this situation I was about to loose almost 10 months warranty which was acceptable to me. I communicated to them that if they giving the warranty as per company Rules and from the date of the invoice made on me I would go ahead with the transaction. Almost two months passed and no action of response was received form them So I was Forced to cancel the Booking. Now again strange They had sent a mail that a cancellation amount of Rs. 3000.00 would be deducted from My booking amount. I am penalised for some happenings in their side and miscommunications and not telling all the facts before taking the booking amount is a mere breach of Consumer Rights. Now we request to help me out to take up the matter to the concerend People and get my Booking amount refunded. Thanking You Chandrasekaran C Naidu +91 [protected]

        Damaged ECM box

        They do not know how to service a car. Twice in last 2 years, they have damaged ECM box by causing rust in it. This time I asked them to replace it, but they are as inconsiderate as they can be.

          Twice in 2 years, they have damaged the ECM box by causing rust. This time I asked them to replace it, but they are as inconsiderate as they can be. Terrible experience. They were also creating unnecessary bills, which I managed to avoid but this will end up costing me even more.

            The dealer of Hyundai Cars, at the time of booking the Car, said the following: 1) Car booking during the month of Dec'13, shall be entitled to FREE INSURANCE, but later did not give & said never said anything like this at the time of booking. 2) Rs.2037/-- mentioned on the Price List shall be for 3rd Year Warranty & Road Maintainance Kit (mentioned as RM Kit), but are going back on the same as well. Now, they are saying the following: 1) Car booking was done in 2013 & delivery in 2014 shall be with New Price & without FREE INSURANCE, so have to pay FULL PRICE. 2) 3rd Year Warranty is not included & RM Kit is Rubber Matts for the said amount of Rs.2037/-- KIndly help me out Regards, Shailesh Dudani

              The dealer of Hyundai Cars, at the time of booking the Car, said the following:

              I worked with a a company named Shreenath Motors Pvt. Ltd. in Rajkot, I left that company in Sep_07.

              My PF form was already submited as on 25/06/2008 but amount for the same not received. Kindly look into matter & do the needful.

              Shreenath Motors Pvt. Ltd. — EPF not withdrawl

              I have submited a withdrawl form of EPF by post, which is recived by Mumbai Kandivali office on 17/08/09 , but till date i have not recived any clerification from EPF Kandivali Mumbai .

              Please do needful as soon as possible
              Today is 26th March 2014, till the writing of this comment neither have I received any reply to my above complaint nor any solution to the problem. Either the system is highly inefficient & ineffective or the Dealer has kept everyone in the system so much happy & satisfied that no one has time to listen to complaints against the Dealer.

              In either ways the customer is the end looser & the company too is not bothered about correcting the mistake.

              How more can things go worst in India...Winston Churchill remarks have only proved the visionary as true.

                I gave my I 20 for a second servicing on the 25th August, and here were my complains/request

                1. The fuel gauge of my car does not seem to be working properly. When i fill fuel, the meter sometimes takes upto a day to start showing a full tank. It will go up to half or 3/4th and then stay that way for a while. It will go to full only after a day.
                2. The wheel alignment, the car seems to be drifting a bit and its very unusual for car which is just a year old.
                3. Can my car get auto locked on 20kmp/hr instead of 40 kmp/hr

                Here is what the Shreenath Hyundai service guys did

                1. Checked my fuel gauge.
                2. Did my wheel alignment
                3. Said no it can't get auto locked at 20.

                Here is what happened when i got my car back home.

                1. After checking my fuel gauge, they left something's unchecked, As "Mr Das" said that some clip was left open by mistake, and my whole fuel drained out. There was fuel below my car when i tried to start the car, any kind of spark and it the fuel would have caught fire. I had almost[protected] rs worth of fuel in the car, which was drained, Apart from that I got stuck in the middle of the road in these rains and had to get 300 rs worth of fuel and put it in my car again, with which i managed to reach home, but again lost the whole fuel.
                2. My wheel alignment has gone from bad to worse. When i gave the car there was slight deviation and now its even worse, the steering just wont stay straight.
                3. You had already said no to my 3rd request, so that out of the way.
                4. I paid a bill of 1700rs or so for this "SERVICING", not to forget almost 2500 rs of fuel i lost, plus the risk i was facing sitting in that car with almost 5 lit of fuel below my car. Also just when I had bought my car, there was a major problem with my left tyre, every time it went in to the smallest pot hole, there would be a noise as if my tyre is gonna come out. I had put a complain abt it and they did solve the problem and told me very professionally that there was some problem with the "SETTING" of the tyre. Speaks a lot about how well Hyundai checks their cars before selling it to their customers for almost 6.4 lac of rs.

                Now I have asked for an official letter which describes the mistake committed from your end, why the fuel drained out and why was the problem not resolved from your end after you had the car for almost 2 whole days. I asked for an explanation of the same on paper or A reimbursement of the fuel money. Infact even the labor free service and etc which you gave me is not on a official paper. Instead they are asking me to drop my car they again so they can repair the problem. Please try and explain it to me. The area where your current service station is probably one of the most difficult areas to get to in this season. We come and drop my car off for only its second service, walk through that dirty pot hole road all the way to the main road and catch a ric and come back in that pathetic traffic taking 40 min to reach home. Follow the same routine in the evening to get to your service station pick up the car and get back home, only coming there droping my car, picking it back & coming back home travelling time is about 2 hrs. 1/2 hr each way, not to mention the fuel and ric cost. After doing all and paying you 1700 for the servicing the next day almost[protected] rs of my fuel drains out in the middle of the road in heavy rains, which already agreed by your manager, Mr rodney & Mr Das that it was your mistake. Human error, but one which should not occur in the first place and if it happened it was your fault. Unfortunately for me bombay probably saw the worse 4 days of rains when the fuel drained out. Drenched from head to toe, pushed the car to the side of the road, took a ric, went and got fuel in a plastic bottle, came back home 2 hrs later then what i was expected. Again that fuel drained out too. You guys then sent someone to solve the problem and after having the car for the second time the problem still not resolved. Now i am told to come and drop my car off in that mess again?? You must be kidding me?? is that what you call customer service.

                I forgot to mention, the origilnal problem was with the fuel gauge. When i fill fuel, the fuel gauge takes upto 3 days to reach full.
