I have taken a loan worth rs 40000 fr a tenure of 3 years after 1 year i have repaid the whole amount with interest according to shriram finance still not received my noc certificate always they r telling that u will receive noc in 1 month and they are submitting my ecs chqs and now they r telling still ur outstanding amount is due of rs 100000 what to do i have to all the documents of amt paid in bank

I haven't taken any loan from any bank till date. But I started receiving messages about the instalment to be paid. How unfair is this.
As stated by the message received CDSATTW[protected] is the loan no. Kindly clarify
