I've been contacted to take up pl from shriram city union finance through tieup vendor credit months, after submitting all documents and processing fee since from the day they are not responding for any queries. I tired to calling the number which they gave but all calls where unanswered. Kindly help me to find a solution. I would like to withdrew my application also refund for the amount paid for processing.

I have get loan fot two wheeler at ur finance for honda dio bike. I payed first cash 2000 rs and finished 1 yr due. Because of a accident i can't pay my due for 3 months they ceased my vehicle after when i go to make payment they were not giving a proper response and saying to surrender the r. I’m khaja saleemuddin from hyderabad. I have bought indica vista ap29tv1270 car from renuka. It had finance at sriram finance balanagar. It was cleared 3months back. But still manager of that branch is not giving noc. When contacted he spoke to me very rudely and told. Me to contact ameeerpet branch. Why should we contact some other branch. He should provide noc soon. Kindly arrange the needful...

S been a long time i have mailed you people but the thing is its been not yet resolved the worst service which you people are giving is not at all good.

The employee named prashanth and the manager has spoke with me that the amount will not be debited from account as i paid already the before month in advance but still the amount got deducted from my account and the amount which i paid them in cash has been not returned yet....

As we are a channel partner of shriram city union finance, shriram financier agent (Mr ghanshyam) had done a case by name of customer: zeenat (Jupiter classic model) on 15th october 2017. But rest payment not yet come till now. 1 month passed but we not get a payment.

Who will liable to pay a interest of 1 month.

Kindly do it as soon as possible.

They said me that they will deduct my loan amount from my account on 7th of every month but there was late in deducting the amount... There is another emi for my account so the amount was deducted for that know i[censored] will send ur cheque to my bank there was no sufficient amount in my account then the bouncing charges are too high... Why r u not deducting the amount from my account in time......

I have settled a sme loan in shriram city finance on june 25 they told that u get the clearance certificate in 15 days at ur home still i m not received my clearance certificate while asking about it they r telling that u have to pay 50000 more pls give a suggestion what to do i have taken a loan of 400000 in that they took 20000 fr insurance i have paid 480000 in 11 months and cls my account and now i can't pay a single rupee my position...
