I Deepak Mehta, chartered accountant, loan was disbused on 28/06/2018, still i did not received by email or by post, Loan saction Letter and EMI Schedule nor i received details of disbusement. I am a chartered accountant and rate of interest was charged @19% p.a. which is not acceptable and i want to close the loan

This rajkumar, regards loan payment i need to extend my loan payment from 5 years to 10 years is it possible??
Due to some family issues and business issues now i need to extend my loan payments
Ihave taken loan amount of twnty one lakhs for 60 months and paying emi of 60 thousand (Approamately).
Now i want to reduce my emi by extending mu tenure is it possibe??

I have submitted complaint to Shriram finance representatives and Shriram life insurance department gambling by Shriram group. But still am not received proper investigation and replies from your side.
If you're not get proper action to your group representatives am going to legal process.
And complaint registered to irdai institutions etc.,

Hi this is Mahammad I take loan my mother name Her name Rameja. Now I'm paying 3 EMi I'm all ready manitin in my account sufficient balance. But your not deducted. K some body calling me she is sir you wanna pay the money I told her k medam I'll come and I'll pay the amount. Then, that day only manager(Sunil) called my number. My mother pic the call that guy talking it's very very bad no respect and nothinghe is calling. Because why I'm giving compliment means he is one off the manager. He wanna give respect right and he is talking one the ladies. How can you give that job that fellow. Seriously I'm saying. You don't know who's the perfect person off the manager post. Why I'm saying means I'm also Working team leader. In financial company only. I know how much I wanna give respect one customer. But he don't know how can speak also. Soooo how can you give that job him. If you will this kind off activities means I'll told total every one it's worst company don't take any loan. Because. Road side bigger best more then him. Give that manager post road side man he will handle. Financial company wants customer happy. If you want your customer happy means as sooon as possible solve this complaint.

Though I maintain sufficient balance in my salary account, your staff is saying that my cheque has bounced... Once my cheque passed then why not for the next ? even I maintain sufficient balance... I will produce my account statement for your requirement period... many a times I approached to yourself website but I got nothing solved...so please kindly either provide me your contact number or please solve my issue..

We paid all amount by balaji enterprise who is broker of m/s kamdhenu enterprise. All amount and dues paid in 2015. But m/s kamdhenu enterprises is not responding for closer process and not issuing no objection certificate. Due to they have dispute with balaji enterprise. And i also visit...

I call many time to customer care but they are not responding

Sir, we have 3 commercial vehicle which all are taken finance in your organization, in that 2 vechile finance payment is completed remaining 1 vechile overdue amount is not paid due to some financial problems due date is 20th may overdue amount is 40, 000 which is also final payment, regarding this payment the manager mr praveen is talk to me from his mobile number [protected], we are asking permission to pay the amount within 10 days but he was talked vulgarly and his is not given respect to customers we will not ready to take finance in your organization and will not refer anyone also

I have taken a personal loan in shriram city finance, due to some esc problem the emi amount is not debiting from my a/c.
I have paid last 3 months emi on[protected] to your collection executive,
On asking the cash receipt, i was told by that he will pay the amount in the office then only they can issue the cash receipt.
Its been 15 days i have not yet received the cash receipt & he is not responding to my calls also.

For esc problem i have sent the bank a/c details & also did the signatures (Esc mismatch) in the ameerpet, hyderabad branch, so i request you to update the esc signature & issue the cash receipt of my 3months emi.

I had registered a complaint in www.Shriramcity.in regarding this issue, but nobody responded me yet.
And i also spoked to custmer care they are also not providing correct information regarding this.

Sir i bought a two wheeler 2003.
I have paid the full loan amount.
And received only the rc book document but didn't receive the noc form.
By now when i approach a showroom for exchange of my old bike they are demanding noc document.
When i approached your office, they are saying that you must have received it.
For re-applying of noc you must pay a sum of ₹1000.
I just didn't know what to do.

I paid up / clear my loan in april 2018 but on may 5th they put the 5000 rs, emi cheque in my account an it's clear. When i contact in baroda, gotri branch they told me that they process for my refund but today 20th may and till date they not give me proper answer. Every time they give me same answer ""in process".

When today i call the executive they told me the process is done and after that the manager discussed with the exe.in their discussion the lady exe. Told her manager we forgate or not send a mail for any kind of this and the manager cut the call. After that i try so many time but the operator pickup the call and transfer my call after some one cut the call. 4 to 5 time the cut my call / not received.

I visit 2 times in the office they have no meaner to how to handle and talk with the customer.
They think 5000 is a not big amount as his manager told on phone call.

Sir i got phone call from shriram regarding personal loan you have take insurance policy for 32000/-, i paid amount through mobile banking 32000/-, but for verification of insurance they called me, i told only for personal loan i paid amount he canceled my insurance and ur amount will be refunded to ur account in two days, but still now my amount 32000/-not added. Please make favour to get my amount

I got call from shriram regarding personal loan and they suggested me to apply for a insurance policy to process the personal loan and the insurance process is completed they are not responding to my call and they cheated by wasting my money in investing into policy instead of personal loan processing.
Please help us to close this above mentioned policy and process my cancellation request and take necessary action on the persons who cheated me by the false statements.

Hi, i have taken one two wheeler loan from shriram city, i am paying ontime emi from 9 months, when i have asked them to share the loan schedule sheet of my two wheeler loan they are giving some invalid excuses both customer care and branch office, i called 10 times to customer care they are saying this will be share by branch and when i called branch they are saying this will share by customer care..

They are just throwing bug to each other..

I have honor to request that i have taken two wheeler loan from dehradun ghantaghar branch. I had paid all the installment. But your people taken extra mony from me (3000) staff name is karamveer who is a tl in above said branch. Future i have a stong trust that thay have done the same with so many others honorable customers. When i told him he used abusive language with me and his behavior was very very pathetic.
