I had obtained motorcycle of Hero Honda (Splendor) loan from Shriram City Union Finance Company Limited. I have all the installments and dues towards me. I have demanded NOC for the said loan several times through telephone and email. But no response has been given to me. The loan was taken from Kurukshetra and its branch is situated at Ambala Cantt and Head Office is at Chennai. The agreement No. was 405. In the agreement my old phone No. [protected] was mentioned. By the said phone Number my can can be searched as per procedure of the said company as when I contacted the said company they asked me about my phone mentioned in the agreement or agreement number.
Please look into the matter.

This is makesh from pondicherry. I had taken finance for Whirlpool Fridge, for that i take loan in Shriram City Union Finance. I had given 8 cheques and 6 cheques are paid. For the last two cheque ipaid prepayment for the both cheques before the date mentioned in the cheque. But my cheque is not returned. They told you can collect every month only. I followed same way for 7 th cheque and i got it. But the last cheque (8) is not given by finance company and they submit the cheque in the bank and cheque has been bounced.

Please take necessary action to finance company.

Please read the below scenario and let me know - WHO TAKES THE RESPONSIBLE ?? I am very much upset of this.

* I obtained a consumer durable loan from your esteemed organization in the month of March 2009. The money was not recovered from me for three months. After a long try it was deducted. File attached - File name "Jun-12", and "Jun-13'

* On October 15, 2009, I went for pre-closure, since my bank advised to withdrew all old cheque leaves, since my name was not printed on it. Also emailed the situation and I went to Thirumalpilllai Road and pre-closed the same and obtained NOC - File attached - File Name "Oct-15", and "NOC_Bill"

* I requested Mr. Ravikumar who was an Asst Law Officer, to return back my cheque leaves. He promised me that the cheque would not be presented since i have closed the loan.

* On October 16, 19 and 20, I have emailed to vssr <[protected]@shriramcity.in>, [protected]@schits.com, [protected]@shriramcity.in for returning my cheque. Whereas i have not yet received any replay/email from your side. File Attached - File Name "Oct-20"

* On 08-Jan-2010, I came to know from my bank statement, a cheque instrument# 120228 has been send from you for clearance. where it got dis-honor. File Attached - File name "Statement"

* Kindly let me know, how can it be done, even after payed all my dues/loan and even obtained NOC from you.

* On 09-Jan-2010, I went to Thirumalpillai T.Nagar office for clarification. Where I got NO Solution from them and Mr. Ravikumar was not able to solve and he was escalating to the higher official and just came with a reply - "SORRY" from him.

* Also Mr. Ravikumar was not able to solve and he is not allowing to meet the higher official.

* With your fault - the cheque got dis-honour and I am facing the below consequence.

1) Its a great insult on my credit - This is the first cheque gets dis-honour because of your lethargic accounts
2) If a cheque gets dis-honour - I may not get any loan from any of the Instituiton
3) I may not get further cheque book from my Bank.
4) My entire credit ranking got spoiled, only because of your poor accounts.

Kindly let me know-

1) Who would be taking the responsible for this?
2) How will you reverse the money(Fine) for the dis-honored cheque

I am totally upset and depressed of your behavior.

I've taken a loan of RS 51, 000 from SHRIRAM CITY UNION FINANCE LTD in Visakhapatnam on 25/02/2008 for purcsasing a laptop. I've submitted xerox copies for proof of residence and bank statement and signed photographs of me. They took 9 checks with out payee a/c no. for RS 4250 each and down time payment of RS13500 was made on 25/02/2008.Loan was suppose to end in december 2008. I faced inconvienence beacuse of the follwing factors.

1) No terms and condtions told to me.
2) No loan documents are signed by me.
3) No loan account no. given to me.
4) No branch office was given to me, no communication address / contact no. given to me.
5) No communication from them after 25/02/2008
6) checks were drawn irregularly from my bank account so some checks were bounced.
7) some times two checks drawn on the same day.
8) I made my last payment in december through a collection agent.
9) Still two payments were left to be paid because check bounces.
10) No communication from them after december and I was left with two more payments to close the loan. On 13/08/2009, I got a demand letter from them to pay RS.9832 + check bouncing charges + interest for 8 months.( total = RS 14000)
11)lot of time wasted
12) lot of mental tension.

It is on 13/08/2009 I came to know about the loan a/c no# and branch office for my account.

I approched Manager at the above said office to make my last two payments for RS 8500. I've agreed to pay RS 10, 000. They refused to take the money and demanded to pay RS 14000 other wise they will file a case and I've to pay the case filing charges as well. So I want you respond to me at the earliest and close my loan account as soon as possible.

I'm willing to pay RS 11000 instead of Rs 8500. Please take action against the company for fraud and cheating. My time is wasted, I could not concentrate on My Exams starting 17/08/2009 which is a huge loss to me.

This is suresh. I have taken finance for some product in SHRIRAM CITY UNION FINANCE LIMITED Mylapore in 2006. I had some due balance and one check was got bounced, so i went to Mylapore
office and i asked the total balance(including fine) to one of the staff and paid full amount. I asked to
return my cheques, she said cheques is in bank we wont return but we ask to stop cheques. But
other two cheques are also bounced. So i closed the account. It happens in the year 2006, but they are
sending legal notice to me at the end of the year 2008. It means after TWO YEARS. In the middle of this
period they didnt called me or mailed me. I went to office and asked they said i hav one DUE Balance.

I accepted to pay the due but why i hav to pay the interest. This is what i asked to the Manager and the
staff. He is not at all giving respect to me. He said we wil send after 10 years also you hav to pay.
And he didnt treat me as a customer, he treated like enemy. He is not eligible for this post.

Finally I paid all the amount.
