I have taken motor cycle loan from shri ram finance from kurukshetra branch in the year 2016 and already paid all installment in the year 2017. I want to take noc from your company but i have not remember my loan a/c no. Due to which i am not able to get the noc. Please help me. My contact no. The employee of shriram city finance, branch chiplun, mr. Vaibhav ramchandra shinde, taken the amount 16500 rs, for the two wheeler loan sanction process & to provide the two wheeler from anather showroom (Dont know, he actually provides or not) on 7 april 2019.

He not yet provides any details of it or not yet contacted. Hence i told to cancel the procedure and return my amounts to me. But since last one month, he is not returning me. After the lots of follow-ups he given the cheques of 16500, which is also got bounce on 7th may 2019.

Peple having the trust with the genuin shriram city fianance, but such a useless & fake employee like vaibhav ramchandra shinde, the business goes impacted. I request you to take the strict action agaist, this chiplun brance employee. There is no need of such a fake employee to shriram finance. Dont know, hoe many employee got victim's with him. Pls help me in this matter.

Am santhosh kumar and we are very upset with your finance and am writing here to notify the worse behavior of your finance cheyyar branch manager mr. Mohan. My fiance ms. Vinitha applied for loan in cheyyar branch via neelamanikandan (Field officer) and he intimated us to come on sunday to sign in the documents to proceed with loan process. Neelamanikandan is not answering our calls properly on sunday and he is very attitude with us in speaking also. We gave advance to the car owner 50000 as your field officer promised us that you pay the advance we process the loan now i need proper justification for everything from your side. Then went to finance on that day evening by 5:00pm, manager was sleeping on that time when we entered then we went and asked about the procedure to sign in the documents, he not even told us to sit what we are your customers he don't know a simple manners this is what you thought them in training.. He is speaking unwantedly with us you take loan in chola finance for your xylo then why now you are coming to our finance. This is none of his business i think its our wish to take any loan from any finance if we don't have any correct documents you have all rights to raise questions towards us.. My fiance is working in dlf it park, porur how come you don't provide loan for an it employee with all the proper documentation.. You have to take necessary steps towards this matter.. And my fiance father was the district incharge for driver's association we create this has a big issue if you are not dismissing him or else he has to apologise us... We attached the track of our cars we had so far in finances just check with it if we delayed in paying the amount in anyone you put up a question to me.. This is the respect you show to your customer we suggest my friends/colleagues not to take any loans from your finance.

Worst i have ever seen in LOAN industry, very poor staffs and manager. Durga prasad and saravanan, very poor people who can do ## works to collect money even for the late for 15 days. They created my whole life into worst, they are life suckers. There is no grievance cell there. So please take LOAN not even we can complaint them for emergency. I go to office, relative houses everywhere to talk about you bad to get the money. they are very poor in handing customers. used abusive words to all customers. management wont take any actions against them. for them money money money !!! i said take my house also back but they didnt leave us.

We have taken two wheeler from sarathy bikes from arakkonam show room, initially we payed emi for 3 months but till now our bike registration was not done so, we returned the bike to show room initial stage itself. So, many times we claimed our issue but nobody addressed, so, please sort out the issue.

I want to inform you that the emloyee aman singh parihar from ambikapur location is doing fraud and defaultary regarding document and all. And also doing signature and editing on that even on the part of guarantor and all the signature is done by him in a guarantor form. So request you that kindly investigate and take action to him. He is showing himself a branch manager as he is working as product executive in a company. It is a request that please check the document of him before disbursment.

My name is bandaru sai santosh, i have taken personal loan from your company, my first emi is due on 5/3/2019 and it is debited successfully but for my second emi which is on 5/4/2019 and it is not debited yet also i have credited enough amount before emi, now i have got a message about my emi is check bounced, i consulted your branch office for the concerned issue but no one is giving the clarification about the emi and they even not responding to me since so many many times i have been called to them but there is no reply from ur company.
If any charges will apply to me i won't bear it.

My name is Femina Joseph, I had take two wheeler loan in march 2015 and it was in ECS basis so it was getting deduced every month. In the final month of the payment that is on march 2017(2years), my account was freezed so money was getting deducted from my account so that month's emi, i was not able to clear. I was getting several calls from Shriram to pay the last EMI. I asked the representative to come in the month of April 2017 so that i can clear the amount with penalty. A representative called "reddy" from Shriram finance came to my shop and he had all my loan details so i paid the money to him but he did not give me the bill. After that i stopped getting calls from Shriram asking me to pay the money and the representative promised me to give the NOC also within 45 days. I did not received any NOC after that. An year later i was contacted by Shriram city to pay the EMI for the march 2017 with the penalty and i told them that i had already paid that money but they are asking me money again.

I have taken a loan for my bike they have given a emi structure of rupees 3663/- for 11months but they are deducting rupess 3700 every month i had raised a complaint to them but they are refusing to repay the additional money which they have taken how they can steal their customer money like this,

I have taken this loan from your cochin branch. There were some emi pendings last year,, i asked loan top up to ur branch people but they didn’t provide due to this pending reason and confirmed with me that i[censored] clear the pendings and continue without pendings for few month, then will provide top up. So after 2 months i cleared the whole emi pendings and continue without failure. Last month i ask for a topup as they agreed earlier. But they simply telling cant give topup and telling abt the policies.

It’s a clear cheating to a customer.

I have taken a loan worth rs 40000 fr a tenure of 3 years after 1 year i have repaid the whole amount with interest according to shriram finance still not received my noc certificate always they r telling that u will receive noc in 1 month and they are submitting my ecs chqs and now they r telling still ur outstanding amount is due of rs 100000 what to do i have to all the documents of amt paid in bank

Hello sir i m avneesh singh chauhan from tehsil bhogaon city mainpuri uttar pradesh my complaint is for a shriram finance company worker his name is aditya chaunhan from mainpuri he is using a abusing laguage to my brother and me also for a installment sir actually there is bank holiday last five days thats why i m not submitted installment but aditya chauhan is using a bad words and abusing to my brother and i also have recording to his call. My family is regular customer for your finance company but this is first time issue he is using very very abusing language..

At the starting period of loan you said to me that to paid 15 instalment of Rs3072 but now you said to pay about 16 instalment .without any information, how can you chage my instalment???? this is not fair! when i go to your wardha branch, ur branch manager not intrested to discuss about my problem and not giving any cooperation to me so kindly request you to rechange my instalment 16 to 15
