I had purchased a machine A10165 from the shop m/s WHITE PLANET. 1737.A-E. Palarivatom Ernakulam as per invoice number: PLCR/1919 dated 21/3/2009 for an amount of Rs 24900/-. On 23/3/2009 they delivered charging Rs 250/-. On 11/4/2009 an engineer from RBS home appliances pvt.Ltd installed the machine and also gave the demonstration for using the machine. As per the information from the shop I had searched for OPERATION MANUAL inside the machine, but found it missing. This has been noted in the JOB CARD No.193315 and also the engineer attended know this. Because this I had a doubt whether the machine was used or not , and when I asked the engineer about this he guaranteed me nothing will go wrong. A four member family with two adults and two children, we have to use the machine maximum twice a week, not only that we are not using the machine for washing white and light coloured clothes (not getting sufficient brightness).

Within two months that is on 7/6/2009 the machine found not working and from our call the engineer visited on 9/6/2009 and cleared the complaint (noted in the JOB CARD 194099). Again within 35 days the machine showed an another complaint. On 15/7/2009, the engineer cleared that also (noted in the JOB CARD 220369). All this complaints were attended by the engineers from RBS home appliances pvt.Ltd.

Now on 20/2/2012 the machine showed a complaint. As per the information from our side an engineer from BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing pvt.Ltd attended the complaint. He gave me a quotation for Rs 7630/- for changing drum assembly, shock absorber, bearings etc. As the warranty from the company has been finished, the burden from this complaint will have to be suffered by me but now I am helpless.

In the JOB CARD 194099 on 9/6/2009 the engineer noted a complaint about belt drive and the complaint on 20/2/2012 have got any connections? I also doubt about this. From the date of purchase till the date of the last complaint using the machine twice a week it will be around 300 times that is 600 hours. The machine with the cost of Rs 24900/- will lasts for this 600 hours usage only? On what basis the company is giving two years warranty? To a customer like me by giving two years warranty that is 208 times or 416 hours guarantee, is the company is cheating us? Instead of machine if at all I am using man power for washing clothes for this 300 times I will have to spent only Rs 9000/-.

From all this doubts and questions of me if at all you find any solution to solve my problem, please do it fast. I hope you will do the good.

I have two complaints against siemens

1) purchased Washing machine model # X4230 front loading 5.5 k on 01/01/2012 . A few days it was working fine. then we started to experience electrical shock from the machine. due to the same we were not able to utilise the machine for the past one and half month. we ad complaint to siemens and they just said it was fault of electrical lines in the home. we had even checked that and found that there is no fault in the electrical system at home. we had complaint the same to siemens custome rteam and have not received aby respoinse from them

2) have not received the warranty documents till date( almost three months from the date of purchase) despite many complaints.

Service Engineer Remarks : M/C Checked, informed as it cannot be dismantled. Reason not clear from the service Engineer.

We called the many times to the dealer and inturn the service engineer also who tells that they are not able to repair it as they are afraid of dismantling it as it may cause other problems.
It has been for repair with the sevice centre for more than 5 months and few days back they returned it back without doing anything after many phone calls.
Does this mean that its just use and throw? Or is the service engineer not efficient?

Even though the warranty period is over we would to get this W/M repaired.
Initially, almost after a month or 2 of the warranty period we got this W/M repaired for drum leakage and it was done with Rs3000 cost.

We kindly request your help in looking on this matter and do the needful to get my W/M repaired at the earliest.

I bought a siemens washing machines from vivek enterprises, trichy on 2008, but their services are very poor & too costly compared to buy a new machine. They are killing the poor customers. beware of siemens....

Siemens Information Systems Ltd. is SAP Authorized education Partners and they assure students to provide 100% placement assistance after SAP Certification. but i don't think after spending 3.5 lakh for a 25 days training , if students gets only one small level indian company in 3 months for the interview - that we don't call 100 % placement assistance. I am feeling like Cheated. please help.

I purchased a fully automatic Siemens washing machine model A07-16 from Vasanth and Co Chennai 3.5 years back(date of purchase 1.1.08)
The machine was making loud noise The service person from (BSH home appliances) who attended the complaint told us that the entire Tank assembly to be replaced and the cost is Rs 7050 which is around 40% of the cost of a new washing machine
I need to mention here that during the warranty period itself the same problem occured and they replaced the same free of cost
I feel that there is a big deficiency in the design of the tank assembly and that is why it has to be replaced often
Time Siemens should recall their washing machines and stop selling in India

My ATM card has been demage so i want new one.

so, kindly give me appropriate suggestion how can i get it ?

the seimens service engineer after inspection of the fridge informed that within 5 to 7 days the service fridge can be provided and the fridge will be picked up for service 0n[protected]
however even after 17 days the service fridge is not provided nor the piece attended to nor taken for repair
and no reply about when will this be done is given by the call center.

My Siemans washing machine not working

Complaint lodged a month back for a dryer within warranty period but absolutely poor after sales service.for an expensive model,sorry to say but speaks very poorly of Siemens as a company .Been given a run around by the service centre promising to have it repaired but no one answers call .
Apparently the service centre head in Mumbai too important a person to be disturbed by consumers who were fools to buy the Siemens Dryer.Mr Siemens or whoever please note the consumer is King and take care before you are overthrown by your competitors.

we bought Siemens-WM A 0716 on jan 2008 for rs at around 21000rs
they said no problems would occour for minimum period of 7 years
but as on july 2011 a problem occueured and they said
drum should be replaced and it will cost around 7000rs
for 3 years o[censored]sage it cost me 1/3 of the price for the replacement
the product and its spare are too costly but it is not worthenough for its price
i will recommed not to buy this product and it is of poor perfomances

I have purchased Siemens make Washing Machine (front loading) in 2008. Recently its front door got broken during opening the door. Complaint was immediately lodged in the so called Service Centre. They intimated that it will be attended in the evening but no body turned up.
Next day when I called up again, the operator on my request connected me to the technical person Mr. Ronald. He told that he will be attending but did'nt tell the time. When I requested for the expected time of their arrival so that I can make my self available at home (as both o[censored]s self & wife are working), the concerned fellow disconnected the telephone.
The request was again made to Ms Vanita, the in charge of the service center. She kept on argueing at the highest level with a high tone. when she was intimated that we both are working and it is not possible to be there at home for the whole day, she very rudely intimated time of 4'clock. But again the same scene, no body turned up.
In this situation I really don't know what is to be done with such people who rudely behaves with the customers.
I am still waiting for them at home as their telephone is also continuously engaged for last 2 hours.
I can only say ' This is Pathetic'

I am from Bombay and I have a Siemens D12 washer dryer machine. The dryer is not working, and I am trying to contact siemens customer service in Mumbai since a week now on their numbers 67518000 and 67518080. However only a recorded message keeps coming and after 3 days of constantly calling and holding on, no representative has answered. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced. How can one get in touch with Siemens appliance service? The website only gives 1 number, and NO email, NO online feedback, NO fax number, and NO contact address. It seems like NOBODY is in their alleged call centre and Siemens do not want to even hear from consumers after they sell their machine. Please can someone help me to contact Siemens??? I am going to try newspapers as only other option.

I am SUJA.We bought a Siemens Washing Machine from GIRIYAS, Coimbatore in April 2001. The models name was WM 2020. There was a 2 year warranty on this machine. At the time of purchase the Siemens Washing Machine was more expensive than other brands such as LG Samsung etc
Even then we bought the Siemens washing machine because of the words which could be seen for any SIEMENS product. The words are given below.

For 5 years there was no trouble and then there was a problem in closing the door. Then we changed the locking system and then it worked fine for another three years. Later it started leaking and we called for the service person to check it out. He responded only after calling him for more than 20 times and after contacting the Chennai service centre. He later came for checking up where he failed to make a thorough check. But in his service note he entered that as if he has been checking it for 1 hour. He then told us that we have to change the Drum assembly shaft and told that it has to come from Germany. Then again we waited for nearly one and a half months and finally he arrived with the Drum assembly shaft which costed around Rs.4000. While fitting it he didn’t have any tools or so. He took it to some workshops nearby and then he fitted. Again he told that gasket needs to be replaced and we purchased that also for another Rs.2000. then he told that the shock absorber need to be changed and this we purchased for another Rs.1000+service(?) charges Rs.500. after that it started running but with some unusual noise and the water not getting drained properly. We made him a complaint about the problem and we called him two times for which he did not respond. Then one day while the machine was washing suddenly there was a smoke coming after which we immediately switched off the machine and called him. Even then the smoke didn’t seize. Hence we opened the machine. We were really shocked to see the flames of fire. Both o[censored]s are working if this happened when both o[censored]s are at the office what would have happened? After two days and again calling him for a number of times he came and this time he said that the motor need to be changed. The cost of the motor would be around Rs.5000.
We are now stuck with a washing machine which does not work. Now the problem is if for the first time he came he would have told that the repairing charges would be around Rs.7500 we would have decided to purchase a new washing machine. We do not know whether he hided the truth or he was not aware of proper trouble shooting it was we who spent our hard earned money without any fruit.
Now what we have decided is that let them refund the amount we have spent and let them take all the spares also.
Keeping such poor service and ill design machine, I would request please stop selling such machine and making life hell of the customer. I thing company without proper service setup and spares stock should be banned in INDIA

Siemens,Delhi Claims that after SAP certification from their institute you will get placed with top notch companies however reality is that they manage to place only a handful of guys with prior SAP experience.

When you go for enrolling yourself they boast that the moment you get certified you will have plenty of jobs, sadly hardly anyone manages to get any job

Staff at Siemens Greater Kailash can put any government office to shame, They always claim to be busy without work when you will speak about the placements that they were assuring you moments before joining but the moment a new bakra would come they start with the shameful act again.

Guys go to NIIT if you want SAP certification coz they would assure you jobs...Siemens is just a bloated good for nothing name...Dont make the same mistake that we have made

Till now i did not get any amount credited to my bank account.

SIEMENS DISHWASHER Complaints - MOTOR JAMMED SPARES NOT AVAILABLE
Dear Sir,
I bought SIEMENS make Dishwasher DW-1250 on 19th January 2006 from VIVEKS, VADAPALANI for Rs. 20,500/-. I am residing at Virugambakkam. After sales service for this product is done by BSH Appliances co. The Dishwasher was not working from October 2010. Getting the service department over phone is difficult. Even after the complaint is lodged, the service technicians would come only after persistant follow-up with the people attending the phone calls, which is the most difficult part. BSH SERVICE PEOPLE came and took the DISHWASHER for Repair on 3rd November 2010. It has been 3 Months and they have still not responded. Everytime we call them we get the Reply as SPARES NOT AVAILABLE, which is strange when we are talking about a Reputed Brand like SIEMENS. Now 3 months is gone, the problem is yet to be resolved. Whenever we call the phone keeps ringing, and u don't get a response. I feel that a product like SIEMENS is worthless as far as the service is concerned. I would request the poor consumers not to go for the brand like SIEMENS, instead go for some product which has some good service reputation.

Worst service for Siemens in India
My name is Madanagopal. Residing at No. 5. AKC Coloney CAK road Karur 639001 India. Siemens service in India, is the worst one you can ever get.I dint know whom to contact to talk about this.
I bought Washing machine WM-2020. I called siemens service centre @ [protected] and [protected]. They have booked the complaint by one lady namely SARANYA by order No.0916 on 9th Nov 2010 and she said the service person, would come and nobody turned up.I waited for nearly 70 Days..In the mean time i have contact SARANYA nearly ten times every time she replied highly irritating answer by saying we will send service person, thats all. Till now my problem was not solved.(20.1.2011)

we purchased USG machine( Accuson X 300 premium edition) from siemens India through there representative Mr Rajkumar (mobile no. -[protected]) with 100% advanced payment. they delivered the machine in the month of September 2010. but the promised probe and there attachment was not given and on repeated reminders promised to replace or arrange some alternative. and even there seniors attended the calls and promised to find solution within 24-48 hrs. months has passed and nothing has been done and even Mr Rajkumar who was the person involved in whole deal is not answering calls for last one month. we are loosing lot of ptient and can't provide them the service o[censored]ltrasound properly.
by doing so siemens India playing against the norms of delivery of services and deserve punishment accordingly.
