I mentioned fix of My Combi Oven on July fourteenth 2021 In Khar West Mumbai. The maintenance is as yet unfinished after experts visiting multiple times. Didn't work. Part required has at last come Saturday Sept twelfth and I was educated that an expert will call me Monday Sept thirteenth to affirm arrangement. Nobody called me from Siemens. I called client care and was given a region chief to talk with that educated me that the part requested is flawed and could should be requested once more? I realize the pandemic has created numerous setbacks and issues on strategies and we should be comprehension of this however this is entirely a sensible time period. Indeed, even Audi sent for my parts from Germany since they weren't available and they showed up in 14 days...vehicle fixed in 3. Siemens has another issue.

I don't comprehend organizations like this that treat clients so ineffectively and work with practically no reasoning or legitimate framework set up. Its really inadequacy as there is no lucidity of data. Its a disgrace in light of the fact that the items are so great however won't ever wish anybody experience this aggravation and misuse of clients investment.

    I'm dinesh from chengalpattu I protest into chengalpattu to tambaram transport number 500. Everyday I make a trip chengalpattu to ambattur chennai. Chengalpattu to tambaram transport administration exceptionally most terrible. No legitimate timing. Morning and evening and afterward night. Morning time 8clk to 9clk transport start time not legitimate timing. Driver and contactor exceptionally most awful response. Then, at that point, evening tambaram 2pm to 4pm no transport public exceptionally miserable this course. Tambaram Night 8.45 to 9.30 no transport administration. Tambaram transport stop ladys Night no wellbeing. Tambaram to chengalpattu course open ladys and kid holding up transport stop no assistance. This grievance last 4years same issue. 😔 😔 kindly orchestrate appropriate time sir. My solicitation for Every 15min once transport start. Day to day this course abruptly transport start proceeds with individually 4 or 5 transport returning to back to exhaust transport is running. One transport passanger count 10 individuals. After 1hr ladys free ticket weighty crowed 1hr no transport extremely most awful govt staff this course anybody question not appropriate response tambaram rail route station side transport declaration individual terrible name. I ask when come in cpt transport he is no reaction terrible words. Public very name for cpt to Tbm transport administration. Much thanks Sir 🙏🏻

            I am Sanjay from Mulund. We have bought a complete package of Siemens appliance including Washing Machine, dryer, fridge, steam oven, dishwasher and Chimney of Siemens in about May 2019.

            Suddenly our Washing machine got stuck completely and we complained on 22nd April, 2022. The person came on the same day and informed us that it's PCB display is gone and it's power module and Operating Modules needs to be replaced.

            As a result we agreed to a cost of Rs.15000 and we paid Rs.5000 as an advance.

            We were told that within 3 to 4 days but no one turned up even after a week and after vigorous follow up we were first told that it will take more than a month since the parts are not available.

            When we expressed our concerns and urgencies, in 2 days the display was arranged and on 4th May evening they tried to fit the display ( Here i question your service levels and authenticity of information as we had a feeling that without checking the details the customers are being taken for granted and given an ad hic date to avoid daily follow ups) But after fitting the display they realized that other parts are required as the power was getting stuck at another part. (Here I question your team's root cause analysis ability or lack of proper diagnosis at the first time)

            on 8th May ( after 16 days of complaint) they Came to replace total 3 parts and were there at our house for more than 3 hours and they tried a lot to fit the parts. They claimed that they have fitted all the 3 parts but the machine is not starting. They were too much confused and there were many phone calls but still they couldn't figure out the actual problem and finally they told us that they will need a senior person to understand the issue. ( here I question the technical compatibility of your service people).

            Now they have asked us to call the office and let them take it further.

            Then after escalating the matter to their so called senior person Mr.Achyut Suryawanshi he kept on promising is that it will be done as they are yet to find the real root cause. Finally on 15th may they thought that the machine can not be repaired at our end so they picked up the machine to their workshop. I requested Mr.Achut Suryawanshi to write me and email with all the details. He said he will send an email on some time. Today after hundreds of follow ups and reminders not a single mail have come from him and he keeps on promising us. Also after 10days he informed us that the parts have come and they will update us on 26th May. When spoke strongly and told them that we will take up the matter to your higher authorities he instantly messaged is that he is arranging a standby machine by 26th May. This means that they are still not confident that when our machine will be replaced. For such a prestigious company such unprofessional people and the approach is like a virus. It a team leader is like that how can you expect professionalism from their subordinates?

            My simple submission is that if you guys are not able to repair my machine then please replace it with a new machine. I am very sure that they goofed up somewhere and now to hide that they are creating this story of fault finding. They literally opened every part of the machine and now I am not confident if the machine will work efficiently or not.

            I hope this message will go to the top management and the needful will be done PROFESSIONALLY.

              Hello this is Piyush Agarwal, resident of New Alipore, Kolkata. More than six months back i was delivered a wrong product, to which (i) I made multiple service request, (ii) had a talk with the customer care, (iii) had a talk with Kolkata sales head ( who is currently ignoring my communications), etc but none of the aforementioned could solve my problem. Kindly look into this issue at the earliest as i have already lost a lot of time behind all the aforementioned communications. Also, i am highly disappointed with the customer care service of the brand. Please help me so that I don’t lose my faith in the brand

                I had ordered a shaking kit and descaling powder - 5 bottles for my washing machine on 5th January, 2020 which i still haven't received and i had paid in cash Rs.5050/-

                The product information was given by a siemens technician who had come for repair of my washing machine and he only made the bill and receipt and took cash from me - his name is KIRAN - his number is [protected] ...

                I have the receipt with me but no product has been delivered to me till date and its past 2 years now

                If i do not get the product delivered or my money back ... I am going to file an FIR against the siemens company and even that agent KIRAN and also I will be filing a complain in the Consumer Rights Act and the consequences will be heavy ...

                Highly dissappointed with Siemens and its services.

                  We have a Siemens close dryer Model No: WT45W460IN, Iq 700 heat pump tumble dryer 9 Kg.. Which we bought in the year 2017.
                  It was not working since last few months . We had lodged several complaint, the last complaint was made on 10th January 2022. Technicians came on 12th January 2022 but it remains unsolved.They have informed us that the complaint has been escalated to the factory, as they are unable to diagnose the problem of the machine.
                  Since then no further action has been taken till date despite of our several phone calls.
                  Please look into the matter and repair the machine at your earliest convenience.

                    Bought Siemens front load on 2015. Now since 2021 the machine is making loud noise getting unbearable. First we thought it’s overloading or some hook is stuck. But we found it comes every 4-5 days. Got it checked. Technician took visiting charges and said drum casting is broken. Replace entire drum and shocker for 15, 000 rupees or else machine will stop on its own. How can any machine casting break. We don’t even overload or over use it. Although the machine motor parts is under warranty still we are supposed to pay. What fishy thing is going on. I won’t buy Siemens again. Been an expensive experience. Please advice.

                        Dear Sir/Madame, My dishwasher stopped working 3 days after it worked for 4 years of repairs by SIEMENS Technician and it was during the guarantee period by changing the water level sensor from the left side of the Machine. This time I got a technician in Mumbai from GLOBAL SERVICESon the first day he said the CONTROL/MOTHER board costing Rs. 7800/- is defective and needs to be changed and on requesting for some reduction they said we will give SIEMENS discount of 10%. Today the same tech. came and after changing the board the problem the problem was not solved and then he changed the water sensor (its a small board with just one component). I think its the same one which was changed 4 years back, I ask the technician to connect the water sensor and put my old control board and try it out but he refused saying the sensor will be destroyed. Now the machine is working but not sure whether the CONTROL BOARD for which I had to pay Rs. 7000/- is defective or not. I have paid for the control board and Rs.500/- for the water sensor.                             I am facing a lot issue both mentally and physically by Siemens India service centre.

                            The technician which they snet for top end machine is not well trained one or know about this machine even though I mentioned to sent senior technician since it’s top end machine. He just calling a senior guy and repair the machine buy getting advise from him., A simple example is my machine is running only at 1000 rpm instead of 1400 rpm. The technician said the board is locked and I need to replace the board (I have replaced this board recently the technician did not install the board properly). So I have replaced the board and paid for this again. The same issue occurred after few months when company technician came that guy has changed the setting to run at 1400 rpm. Which indicate the issue is not in board it’s due to lack of knowledge of that old service technician. Due to that I have paid again.

                            I have already spent around 35 K. I have faced issue again and they said now drum is damaged and they offered me to upgrade to new machine with 25% discount from MRP (showroom is already giving 20% discount from mrp). I told them I already spent 35 k I can’t able to pay again 60k to buy new machine so I requested them to repair n I told them I will pay for it. They agreed.

                            They said with in a week they will replace the drum after a week when I call them they said the part is not available. They requested for another week. After five weeks like this they said part has arrived but technician is not available and then they requested for another week. But they said same for another 3 weeks.

                            After nearly 2 months now they are saying we can’t able to repair your machine and requested me to upgrade to new machine which highly un ethical. They agreed to repair my machine but after two month they are asking me to upgrade.

                            The reason they are saying my machine has crossed the safety and economical repair terms.

                            My machine is only 8 years old currently most of the manufacturer are giving 10 years warranty.

                            Moreover they did not said about this when I initially repair my machine or when I purchased.

                            The original reason is they are not sure about the exact issue. If the technician could not able to identify the exact issue then who is responsible for that.

                            i can’t able buy nee machine since I have already spent 35k.

                              Regd no [protected].I purchased Siemens dishwasher in 2014..in 2016 the heating element was failed (in 2 years of purchase) and I paid 10, 020 for it..Now beading and again heating element failure ..I got call from customer care and they quoted 10k and informed me that it’s a old model and beading is not available..In 7 yrs the products spare parts are not available, quoting high amount, They are not ready to give compensation or even exchange offer..I bought a Siemens product, hoping the service will be good and spare parts will be provided for atleast 10yrs..This is disappointing..I request for a reasonable concession for the repair(can’t pay another 10k again ) and also the company should arrange for that spare part(beading)which they are saying not available.

                                I have a Siemens washer dryer, purchased on 21/04/2018 and model number WD15G460IN
                                I placed a complaint with customer support in October (complaint #[protected] about the dryer not functioning after finishing the wash cycle and the water pipe logo blinks during the last 15 mins of the cycle.
                                It took them more than week to send a technician after multiple reminders.
                                1. Technician named Saddam arrives and opens the machine, sits with it for 3 hours and makes a zillion calls. He does not communicate anything to us no matter how many times we asked him the issue. Eventually he says the power module needs to be changed and it will work and leaves.
                                2. Mr. Saddam arrives after a few days at 7pm, changes the power module which costs about 6500/- and again no communication, wastes a lot of time and leaves my house at 8:30pm saying he did not get the ‘wall magnet’ along with the module and hence he problem persists. He said he will come and fix it the next day, all this while I have guests at home, Diwali week and me sending the laundry outside and spending 1000, s of rupees per day to get my clothes washed.
                                3. Saddam disappeared and no followup. I called customer service and they said they will escalate the issue also shared a number of Mr. Ankur Raina (Area manager of the service centre) he refused my calls and asked me to speak to his colleague Mr. Yogesh Salunkhe (Area manager Central)
                                4. After a lot of calls, requesting, yelling and screaming, he sends a Senior technician called Mr. Milind S. Technician says Mr. Saddam was wrong Power module had no issues and it was an issue with the Dryer motor and Blower which needs to be changed. He also said he will replace the Power module with the old one as it had no issue.
                                5. Mr. Milind comes with the new blower and Draining module which costed me Rs. 14, 000/- and replaced the power module with the original one. He started the machine and dryer for about 2 minutes and asked me to run a cycle and nothing would happen. He left, I started the machine and half way through the cycle my main electric power tripped. I called Mr. Milind, he comes the next day and says its due to me running the machine on an extension board (which I was running for the past 8 months). He claimed the replaced blower and Draining module are updated versions and hence won't run on the extension board.
                                6. I changed the setup and connected the machine directly to the power source and tried again. It completed the wash as usual and when the dryer started the main tripped again. Now again when complained to Mr. Milind, he comes after 2 days and stated the Blower shot and was replaced again, after starting the wash cycle it was fine and the dryer gave an error E56, now this was a new error, and he says its an issue with the Power module which he stated was fine on day 1 and needs to be changed. he said the dryer motor is conflicting with the power module, which I think is an issue with the so called upgraded version if any as initially the power module had no issues and was verified by the Senior technician.
                                Now I am being asked to pay another 6.5K for this which makes no sense at all. I can buy a new washing machine with 5 years warranty in that cost. He is not even sure that it will resolve the problem, after a month of this issue.
                                Starting the machine for less than 5 mins does not mean the issue is resolved, we need to run a cycle to check if the issue is resolved. The technician starts a machine and leaves after a few minutes with fake promises and we as customers have to pay the price. This is unfair if you have incompetent technicians who can't understand the issue, are not able to resolve the issue. Why should I spend 25000/- for an and old machine when I can get better machines at this rate and better service from other company. After changing all these components there is no guarantee that if an issue occurs within a week or 10 days they will do anything about it, instead ask me to pay more for changing the components which I cannot verify.
                                Siemens you need to find in-house technicians and stop Outsourcing. The technicians make fun of junior techs and their incompetence, then you can understand the standard of service.
                                This issues has to be resolved ASAP.

                                  Its giving trouble for last couple of months. Inefficient engineers failed to rectify the issues twice in last 1 month. Last complaint raised on 25/10/21 vide No. [protected] not yet attended.

                                    I am writing this to whoever can help me out of this situation after exhausting almost all contact numbers I could get my hands on for Siemens India customer service.

                                    I had ordered for a new washing machine drum from Siemens in March costing Rs.14, 000/-(includes 1 year warranty) which was delivered and fitted by Mr.Parvez, It turned out to be faulty and I raised a complaint for it to Siemens call center which was heard by a deaf team.

                                    After raising thousands of complaints all I receive is the complaint number with no response and the complaint number is being closed without my knowledge.
                                    The latest complaint number is - [protected] (which is my 1000th complaint number for the same issue)

                                    I have had a dead washing machine with me since March which is mere trash after spending Rs.14, 000/- and trusting Siemens for original parts.

                                    Highly disappointed!
