We are having a bad experience with simplilearn. Its been going on since feb 2022. My wife was looking to get AWS certification and upon reviewing different options online, we agreed to take some trial classes from simplilearn as they offer free cancellation within 7 days period. My wife was frequently in touch with their customer support member (Aakash pradhan) through email and phone. He made sure that if she doesn’t like the class then she can cancel it within 7 days. So on 23 Feb 2022, my wife registered on their website for the course and gave the card details. She attended the first class on 26th Feb and it was awful. The teacher was not professional and teaching stuff from the middle of the course. So my wife didn’t like it and decidedly to cancel the course. On the very next morning ie 27 Feb, she called the customer support Aakash Pradhan to cancel the course and not to proceed further. Aakash confirmed over the call that he has raised a ticket for cancellation. Later after few days, on 2nd March my wife was still getting emails and messages to join the class and continue with the course, for which my wife talked to the Aakash as well as another customer support member and told them that she doesn’t want to pursue and not to deduct any kind of payment. Also she told them that ticket was already raised. After that she did not open or use the services of the account and did not get any emails from them.
Now 4th April was the first instalment due date and she got a call from the bank that she hasn’t paid the payment for the course yet. She called the simplilearn team and Aakash pradhan right away and asked them about it but she did not get any response.

I am requesting simplilearn team to resolve this issue and generate the refund as soon as possible.

    I received a call on 15/02/22 and what the customer representative wanted to offer was giving other courses to take. Despite telling them about my loss. They are only interested in MONEY and SALES! IAM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN ANY PROGRAM WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION and would like to have my money back. I lost my father and I need all the money I can get. GIVE SPLIT THE GO AHEAD as they only need to get authorization from simplilearn so they can either process the refund directly on their end, or from their side. That is all I am asking for. DO NOT FORCE ANY PROGRAM DOWN MY THROAT.

      Hii Simlilearn team,
      I am trying to reach you but there is no response.i want to cancel the course.i want to stop EMI.i don't want a refund.
      already i talked with customer support 15 times but not responding.
      I am expressing my feeling that my family's financial problem is going to get worse day by day. I can not continue this course . I wanna cancel my course enrolled for data science and loan emi. I can not pay EMI due to my family issue but there is no proper guide, someone is telling you to contact the finance team, the finance team is telling me to contact the Institute. I am again requesting and begging please cancel my course enrolled for data science and loan emi . I can not pay. This is not a forceful course that you have to do anyhow whether you are dying or living. Please try to understand my situation . Once again I request and beg to the team please cancel the course enrolled by me and do asap. Simply you are giving a response in email. This is not the solution . Please, I wanna talk to a higher authority manager . Problems never come by informing you, it happens all of sudden. But the entire team is saying we don't have a refund policy. i am not asking for any refund, i wanna cancel my application for Data science and loan emi. I can not continue due to my financial problem.

        I called Punita from Simplilearn to enroll myself for AWS Certified Solutions Architect program but she somehow convince me to join "Cloud Architect with 2 Exam Voucher" program and said Simplilearn assures money back guarantee, I can try and cancel if I did not like it.
        The services of Simplilearn are horrible. They never refund money. You can never judge any class in 7 days. I had enrolled for weekend classes. When I realised that it is not worth it, I requested Simplilearn to deduct Rs.18200 for AWS Certified Solutions Architect course, which is still incomplete and refund the rest amount out of Rs.50000 that I have paid for "Cloud Architect with 2 exam voucher" program. They did not honor the request. We are batch on almost 40 students and none o[censored]s are happy about the services. There were 10 slots scheduled for solutions architect associate (AWS) course but the course remained incomplete. They committed to add two more classes but but never happened. Self study with Udemy is a far better option than wasting money enrolling for courses in Simplilearn.

          I am no longer interested in this program and would like to have my money back. I lost my father and I need all the money I can get. I was told I could pay monthly but Giftson from Simplilearn never told me that the whole amount will be held on my credit card. Also Split it never indicated such. I paid through a link he sent me. I reached out and split end only needs to get authorization from simplilearn so they can either process the refund directly on their end, or from their side.
          "However, we do need permission from the Simplilearn team before initiating any refunds as we do not hold any funds on our side, we simply split the payment into monthly installments." - that was the message I got from splitit . Please refund my money back. I am no longer interested.

          Simplilearn team do you give us permission to issue a refund on this plan? If so, is it a partial refund or full the full payment?

            I was made to make the payment on an urgent basis as I wanted to take the course on specific dates(16-17th April) since I had some priority work planned on the subsequent weekends.
            I was assured that my slot would be blocked if I did the payment, but after making the payment its 5 days and there is no response from the representative despite me asking for the batch confirmation repeatedly.
            I do not have any details when the course would be scheduled and appalled by the response from a company of such repute.

            I am asking for the refund now.

              The reason is my mother's surgery.
              We don't have the money for that.
              We are working hard to get out of this predicament.In order to get out of this financial situation I can't give time to the course so I have to cancel my course and EMI.

                Hi I have enrolled for CSM course and paid for the course. Sales team keep telling me you will get a link for weekend classes on 9&10th April but it never happened. They are unprofessional and their escalation matrix - their managers are simply unprofessional. Their customer care is just there to raise a ticket. They don't know nothing but course schedule, they can't even give you any email or contact person number.
                I have wasted my time and money. They are harrasing me by not providing any link to classes.
                Please stay away from this Institute. You are simply wasting your money.

                    I had enrolled for CSPO course in Simplilearn Institute.
                    Course was supposed to start from 05 Mar 2022. But one day before (04 Mar 2022) the course was cancelled by the institute and new dates were proposed. I had reached out to the particular person and informed them about my unavailability on the proposed dates and to take my name out of the course. On 04 Mar 2022, Simplilearn representative for the cancelled course had mailed me regarding confirmation of the same and refund being initiated. It has been more than a month and I haven't received my refund. I have not been given any details (refund ID or ticket No for the issues raised with numerous employees at Simplilearn) or updates regarding the refund process inspite of repeated reminders.

                    Kindly support to take immediate action.

                      I am Shristi Priya. I have done a course from simplilearn i.e PGP in cloud-computing from Caltech.
                      I have joined this course with a hope of achieving a new target. Initially simplilearn conveyed and convinced me how this course will be beneficial even though I am not from an IT background. They have mislead us by giving wrong information. I have hard earned money. They
                      I have a 2 year small kid and I am working in academics as a cloud instructor. I have worked hard and pushed myself by managing both personal and professional life and getting time to study. I joined in hope that I will be able to move from academics to industry, and be able to explore more. They have assured me placement as well.

                      I regret to inform you that I have not got any opportunity till date. Every company is asking for some industrial experience in cloud, which I don't have.Even if in interview i mention that i have done PGP in cloud computing from Caltech, does not give much weightage.

                      Moreover, the first part of course which was detailed was Microsoft Azure which even does not have 20% market share. But I think the first course should be AWS as per the market demand.

                      This course I did has not given any opportunity to me till now.

                        2. My Full Access is supposed to be 365 days but it just shows 256 remaining. Reduce my course validity by 3 months.

                          I had paid, enrolled and completed a course from simplilearn (CompTIA Sec+) where the exam voucher was included. I was initially not able to book/ receive a voucher and had contacted the team through many emails but found no response. Finally through my representatives help I was able to get through and received a code. 3 months later now when I went to book for my exam, the voucher is not valid. I tried to contact the same exam support group many times and received no response from them. I had already paid for the exam and now I cant even book for it.

                            Hi, I am mahesh one of the student of simplilearn online coaching. I started my course on 5th of march and attended 2 classes and not understood with faculty teachin.So, raised for refund request and Mr.Bishal Chaakraborthy who misguided in refund policy as he suggested me to take another freshers batch for satisfaction.but, i asked him that if i am not understood faculty teaching that i can get refund. But, he said yes and he told me to confirm in mail that i am moving to another batch and i mention in mail that i should get refund also if that batch also i wish to cancel.but, he din't replied to that mail.
                            after i attended another batch on 19th of march as per his suggetions and i decided to cancel the course and tried to contact the person bishal.first time he received call and informed me that he will help me to get refund.after one day i am trying to call him his not responding my calls and mails. so, i decided to escalate this matter untill i get my refund. i hope i will get jusitce here. please find the attachment for your reference.

                              There is no response to the calls, emails even from Point of Contact. Raised multiple tickets no use. Course content is not that useful. Wasted my money. I need to cancel my course so I will stop paying my EMI. The same course you will give to some other people for $799 but I am paying $1249. Why there is a huge difference!!!

                              The website shows a 100% Money back guarantee with no questions asked. But there are hidden terms and conditions to avail that money back. Once paid is paid, no one will contact or attend to our queries.

                                Simply Learn sales executive – Bishal Chakraborty has promised me for refund if online training course provided by them is not satisfactory. ‘
                                I have reported to the my dissatisfaction to Bishal after my first training class, however now they are denying for refund even after multiple follow ups

                                  I have taken this course in oct 2021, classes started in Jan 2022 and still there is no frequency of the classes. Plus, I raised this issue within 7 days of registration still no response yet. I cannot pay off my emis due to financial constraints at home, when I joined I was staying in my own house, we moved to rent house .Please refund as I cannot pay emi.

                                    I have been promised so many things from the sales person that called me that damn day. Stay away from this course if you can call it this way. Save your money and your time. They promise you tools premium access, knowledge etc etc. I have spent 1800 euro and for the final projects we have to spend other money in order to complete facebook advertising, google advertising, test a/b. So after that I have spent all those money I still have to afford the cost of advertising. The course is a total fraud and I am checking with my lawyer what I can do. I have recorded the sales call so I think it will be troubles for them. Looking forward to report to justice.

                                      Tried to contact Simplilearn but no response over call, Email and Message. I was unable to complete the course due to Covid-19 situation and wanted to complete the course now as conditions are quite better now. But Unable to get response from Simplilearn. I feel it is totally unprofessional.

                                        I had enrolled for PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner 2017 along with certification, i had paid 38000 rupees for the overall course and certification. Now they are telling that i had only enrolled for PRINCE2® Foundation course and Practitioner live classes and it doesn't include Practitioner certification. I had opened a ticket with the team and they are asking to contact saptarshi.[protected]@simplilearn.net and this person is not answering my calls or replying to emails Overall post enrolment service assist has become very bad, no proper responses to the queries, when i called their customer service number, as soon as i inform about my issue, the call disconnects
