Refund issue and unauthorized voucher creation

Hi,

I have been connecting with customer care for the refund as i didn't give any exam whereas the fraud team deliberately they bought the exam voucher without any concern of the user and telling refund not possible as voucher already purchased.

All fraud team are sitting there and making business....

Refund not initiated for double transaction

I enrolled myself for course on Simplilearn in the month of December. Converting fees into Debit EMI transaction but first transaction was failed due to which I had to initiate another one.

About Refund

I have joined masters program on 22/06/21.I made the payment from propelld loan with their guidance(application id: 49317).I have raised request for refund within a week and it has approved(ticket: 13870).I entire amount should be refunded to propelld team within 10 days after approval of refund. I don't know why Simplilearn is paying it in EMI's(which is not expected). "Even they are not paying EMI's on time and also they have STOPPED PAYING...

I had taken a PMP exam voucher on 29-Dec-21 based on the call received from the marketing team - Nagaraj & Premjith. Can't play downloaded videos without a initial internet connection

I downloaded exel course videos in my smartphone which has not any sim card...
Whitout an internet connection Whenever i play the video it shows a pop-up dialogue 'something wents wrong' but when it is connected to the network the video plays simply as it plays.
My problem is, that i haven't always an internet connection at all. So I am unable to watch downloaded videos in the absence of internet connection....

Hello, I have refunded the course within one day. My simplilearn invoice also shows refund completed status. I have also generated the refund ticket vide ticket no. 01062718. I have also got the mail of refund completed. However, my 2 EMIs got deducted.

Not stopping my emi even requesting many times to Simplilearn and disconnecting the phone

I have taken the the course from Simplilearn and due to financial issues I am not able to carry forward the course.I am continuously requesting them to stop my emi for the course and the customer service representative cuts the phone, not listening a word and they are not stopping my emis and forcefully taking money from account....

Practice lab access

I'm currently enrolled in the Big Data Hadoop and Spark Developer course. When I click on the Practice Labs tab I see the following message at the bottom "We are preparing the lab for you. It may take a while". It has been showing this message for a couple of days now. How long does it usually take to launch the lab? And if it should've been launched already what could be the issue?...

Hello Team, please cancel my emi loan amount . I have not taken course, not submitted the projects, nothing I have done. My financial condition is very bad now .
