I had joined the PG program for digital marketing, the contents / course where not as projected ! requested for a course swap to master program with the gap amount refund! After a lot of difficulty the swap was made, but no support on the refund /gap amount involved in the course swap ( master program was lesser than the PG) my genuine request was to support the gap refund. Till now no support
100+ communications 50+ tickets & several calls the concerns involved are agreeing to the issues & reasons caused, but not supporting on the refunds in the name of policies it is been denied., The policies have not been during the Tenure period & their has been no digital/ physical form of acceptance over the policies from my side.
The main reason for course swap was projections given by sales vs reality was different.
Horrible experience! Worst support team
Each time they take 3-4 weeks to pass the same reply with different word formations! Huge Time waste, money, energy and peace of mind been affected.

      Hello sir I am one of the victims of simplilearn e learning platform fraud. I contacted them to enquire about the course on 4th of may which is a full stack java developer course with 100% placement job guarantee program. The actual program started on 16 th of may and the introduction was on 11th of may. After listening to the first online class on 16 th may I found that all the promises made by simplilearn are false and there are so many bells and whistles in course and it is not on par with the course amount of Rs:95000. It hardly worth around Rs:3000 if you consider the self study material given. I haven't downloaded and watched a single thing from the portal after the first class on 16th may and initiated a refund ticket on next day itself after finding about their debt trap strategy. They persued me to take a loan from liquiloans for Rs:95000. I found that liquiloans and simplilearn are in cohoots with each other, feeling cheated I asked for a full refund but they are insisting me to take different courses for approximately same amount. That is they are not ready to provide the refund. They are showing me a clause about their refund policy that they cannot initiate refund after 7 days of their portal activation that is 4th of may which is not communicated properly while enquiring. Note that actual class or program starts on 16th of may. Which is a clearly fraudulent behaviour from simplilearn team. Just there is no way I can opt out from this platform once you are in this program if the program is not on par with the standard that they have promised. I felt cheated and tried to initiate a refund by stating the problems with their program. Please help me solve this issue. I have provided the screenshots of exact conversation/mails that happened with simplilearn team. PLEASE HELP ME AND PLEASE REGULATE OR PUNISH THESE KINDS OF ONLINE FRAUDS FROM E LEARNING PLATFORMS. THANK YOU.

        I have been asking for a valid voucher for the prince 2 foundation exam for which i have enrolled however, simplilearn people just asking me everytime to wait for 24 hrs or 48hrs and even than they are not coming back. instead i have been following it up. i have taken off from my work and thought of preparing for the exam and get the certification done however because of the poor service and professionalism i am not been utilise the time and when asking for refund no one is responding

          First i register java developer course in online..after that i got call from sales executive kedarnath parida from simplilearn. He told all details and course discount and all.. after that i told him I'm not interested now whenever I want i will contact you. But kedarnath parida told i will check your loan eligibility and took my documents and OTP. And without my information he applied loan..
          If we call them after mail regarding emi they told if you want to cancel it you have to cancel it before 7 days only... After that i visit simplilearn head office Bengaluru March on 15 and kedarnath parida told me i raised ur refund ticket and after 45 days you got ur Refund amount. And that's why i paid my 2 months emi. Wheather i didn't attend one single class..after 45 days i contact customer care they told no refund request rise from kedarnath parida.after that i raised multiple tickets from customer care but no response and they will disconnected my calls..

          I got emi calls from profilld daily.

          Please refund my money back and stop future emi. It's my humble request..

              I want to cancel my emi for the certification course that i bought from Simplilearn on Jan 2022 and its started from 1 march 2022 but i don't want to continue further, i already discontinued from March 2022 and already paid one emi but i did not use the course and called Simplilearn to cancel my emi but they are not cancelling it, as a student i am not able to pay futher emi but they are not cancelling my emi and neither coordinating with the third party load provider.
              And their consultant who was my coordinator not taking my calls and messages and not replying to my issue continuouslyt rying to reach.
              I sent mails many times to both parties Simplilearn and Liquiloans regarding stop emis but communication is is very difficult.

              But Simplilearn not understand my concern .It is not able to solve my problem. I request many times to stop my emis i am unable to pay also I sent mail to Liquiloans regarding this but both not solve my problem .Forcing me like pay emis after telling stop my emis i am unable to pay .So they have policies to listen customers problem and solve their problem.But communication is difficult.
              And before passing loan their consultant did not give any information regarding loan.Just he suggest me and also done procedure regarding fee.But after that he is not responding to my call and messages.
              I am not satisfied with class, their team and policies. And after purchasing course I realise its my bad luck and it's reviews also not good.And also I did not join class since month and I am trying to contact with them to stop my emis.This procedure is very frustrating.

              Today again i sent mail to Liquiloans and today also i got response from Liquiloans. I am attaching their response means Liquiloans took initiative but Simplilearn not taking initiative also their consultant not taking my calls and answering to messages. So conversation is very difficult. I am trying to stop my emis since month and also i did not join class. Its so frustrating. So bad experince.
              And below i attached mail image i got from Liquiloans means it contact with Simplilearn but Simplilearn not showing Liquiloans contacted to Simplilearn.
              So again i request to Simplilearn please take positive action and stop my emis. Let know the Liquiloans do a procedure to stop my emis.

              I received mail from Simplilearn but as usual they sent same mail they are not able to solving my problem. They told in mail our refund policy in 7 days after joining of course but how do we know before joining course how's the course or all things related course.And after that I am unable to pay emis. I am not satisfied with their answer with that class . Suddenly i stop the class so .And Simplilearn their terms and conditions also apply on student forcefully if they don't want to do this. So please solve my problem and stop emis. Days are going also my time are wasting here very poor policies of Simplilearn.

              on Tue, 24 may, 2022 i got response to my mail from Simplilearn. I am attaching copy of it . They are not able to stop my emis after requesting many times and . But i cant pay emis i told them many times .I don't want course extension. Just i want to stop my emis and cancel course.
              They are only interested in MONEY . Don't force me to your course. Their consultant suggest me about loan without told terms and conditions, That time he called me again and again for procedure after completion of procedure he do not answering me . Totally cheated and only interesting in money .No any concern related student. And also i dont have any contact details of Siplilearn and Liquiloans. Communication is very difficult. So how where i tell you my problem.
              So i don't want to join course and stop my emis. And also i discontinued their class.

                  CASE ID[protected]:First of all you are saying that Simplilearn is good at resolving customer complaints but i must say they are pathetic and they will torture you to the extent that you will loose your calm. They don't even have the guts to reply in a yes or no.
                  I was really ready for any kind of reply at first but after seeing there cx service i am really disappointed and i will not consider going forward with them no matter what. PLEASE GIVE MY REFUND. What kind of guys you are after so many days you are not able to resolve a single query. Not expected from a big company like yours. I just wanted to continue with this program after paying the full amount at once as right now i have some financial issues and cannot pay the Emis on time. you guys are really inhuman. At the time of buying the course you are the best but once it is bought i can say you are the worst as after waiting for more than a week and still getting no response unfortunately i was compelled to say this.

                    I want to cancel my emi for the certification course that i bought from Simplilearn on November 2021 but i don't want to continue further, i already discontinued from February 2022 and already paid few emi but i did not use the course and called Simplilearn to cancel my emi but they are not cancelling it, as a student i am not able to pay futher emi but they are not cancelling my emi and neither coordinating with the third party load provider that is with propelled company, it's continuously charging fine on my account and it has already charged more than 4000 rs of fine till now on my bank account and it's in in negative, i have requested to cancel the loan from both ends that is from propelled and Simplilearn both but they are not addressing the concern and putting pressure on me a Student, i feel harrassment due to this, please help me in the emi cancellation, i have not used there course for more than 2 months and already paid few installments but now I have requested them multiple time but they are not cancelling the emi, i cannot bear any fine or loss, please cancel my emi asap, and when i call Simplilearn they just show me the company policy which is totally monopoly of the company, please cancel the emi, i am too frustrated other wise I have to take any drastic step.

                        Hi I'm Ratnesh i had enrolled for the business analyst course but the experience was very bad I couldn't join or attend any of my live classes even after continuous requests for guidance and help to Mr. Sagar Gowda(Bangalore head office) who was the person to enrol me for the course did not answer any of my calls but after calling from different number he answered and assured me that he will cancel my course stop the EMI and refund my money i had paid so far. But for past 3 days he is not at all answering my calls nor replying to my messages

                          i Have enrolled my self on a business anlytics proggramme at the time of enrollment the counselor told me to u can cancel anytime didnt even mentioned about the policy, though at the time of enrollement i was very happy that i will learn and enhance my skills but after enrollment i was strugging with booking classes i wanted an assistance i texted her every day but i got respone till now i havent attend even one single live class no one tried to connect after such a bad experiece i though i should cancel the course but the simplilearn is coming with policies and not even cancelling my subscription

                            I have enrolled for Data science masters (order id CSTM_DKW4QBCYLN6) course but due to some personal issues I cancelled the course in same day. Refund is also approved from Simplilearn. But the loan disbursed by Liquiloans is still showing active.

                            Liquiloans is saying they have to receive communication from Simplilearn on cancellation confirmation otherwise money will be deducted. Its been more than one week and there is no response for tickets from Simplilearn.

                              We are having a bad experience with simplilearn. Its been going on since feb 2022. My wife was looking to get AWS certification and upon reviewing different options online, we agreed to take some trial classes from simplilearn as they offer free cancellation within 7 days period. My wife was frequently in touch with their customer support member (Aakash pradhan) through email and phone. He made sure that if she doesn’t like the class then she can cancel it within 7 days. So on 23 Feb 2022, my wife registered on their website for the course and gave the card details. She attended the first class on 26th Feb and it was awful. The teacher was not professional and teaching stuff from the middle of the course. So my wife didn’t like it and decidedly to cancel the course. On the very next morning ie 27 Feb, she called the customer support Aakash Pradhan to cancel the course and not to proceed further. Aakash confirmed over the call that he has raised a ticket for cancellation. Later after few days, on 2nd March my wife was still getting emails and messages to join the class and continue with the course, for which my wife talked to the Aakash as well as another customer support member and told them that she doesn’t want to pursue and not to deduct any kind of payment. Also she told them that ticket was already raised. After that she did not open or use the services of the account and did not get any emails from them.
                              Now 4th April was the first instalment due date and she got a call from the bank that she hasn’t paid the payment for the course yet. She called the simplilearn team and Aakash pradhan right away and asked them about it but she did not get any response.

                              I am requesting simplilearn team to resolve this issue and generate the refund as soon as possible.

                                I received a call on 15/02/22 and what the customer representative wanted to offer was giving other courses to take. Despite telling them about my loss. They are only interested in MONEY and SALES! IAM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN ANY PROGRAM WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION and would like to have my money back. I lost my father and I need all the money I can get. GIVE SPLIT THE GO AHEAD as they only need to get authorization from simplilearn so they can either process the refund directly on their end, or from their side. That is all I am asking for. DO NOT FORCE ANY PROGRAM DOWN MY THROAT.

                                  Hii Simlilearn team,
                                  I am trying to reach you but there is no response.i want to cancel the course.i want to stop EMI.i don't want a refund.
                                  already i talked with customer support 15 times but not responding.
                                  I am expressing my feeling that my family's financial problem is going to get worse day by day. I can not continue this course . I wanna cancel my course enrolled for data science and loan emi. I can not pay EMI due to my family issue but there is no proper guide, someone is telling you to contact the finance team, the finance team is telling me to contact the Institute. I am again requesting and begging please cancel my course enrolled for data science and loan emi . I can not pay. This is not a forceful course that you have to do anyhow whether you are dying or living. Please try to understand my situation . Once again I request and beg to the team please cancel the course enrolled by me and do asap. Simply you are giving a response in email. This is not the solution . Please, I wanna talk to a higher authority manager . Problems never come by informing you, it happens all of sudden. But the entire team is saying we don't have a refund policy. i am not asking for any refund, i wanna cancel my application for Data science and loan emi. I can not continue due to my financial problem.

                                    I called Punita from Simplilearn to enroll myself for AWS Certified Solutions Architect program but she somehow convince me to join "Cloud Architect with 2 Exam Voucher" program and said Simplilearn assures money back guarantee, I can try and cancel if I did not like it.
                                    The services of Simplilearn are horrible. They never refund money. You can never judge any class in 7 days. I had enrolled for weekend classes. When I realised that it is not worth it, I requested Simplilearn to deduct Rs.18200 for AWS Certified Solutions Architect course, which is still incomplete and refund the rest amount out of Rs.50000 that I have paid for "Cloud Architect with 2 exam voucher" program. They did not honor the request. We are batch on almost 40 students and none o[censored]s are happy about the services. There were 10 slots scheduled for solutions architect associate (AWS) course but the course remained incomplete. They committed to add two more classes but but never happened. Self study with Udemy is a far better option than wasting money enrolling for courses in Simplilearn.

                                      I am no longer interested in this program and would like to have my money back. I lost my father and I need all the money I can get. I was told I could pay monthly but Giftson from Simplilearn never told me that the whole amount will be held on my credit card. Also Split it never indicated such. I paid through a link he sent me. I reached out and split end only needs to get authorization from simplilearn so they can either process the refund directly on their end, or from their side.
                                      "However, we do need permission from the Simplilearn team before initiating any refunds as we do not hold any funds on our side, we simply split the payment into monthly installments." - that was the message I got from splitit . Please refund my money back. I am no longer interested.

                                      Simplilearn team do you give us permission to issue a refund on this plan? If so, is it a partial refund or full the full payment?

                                        I was made to make the payment on an urgent basis as I wanted to take the course on specific dates(16-17th April) since I had some priority work planned on the subsequent weekends.
                                        I was assured that my slot would be blocked if I did the payment, but after making the payment its 5 days and there is no response from the representative despite me asking for the batch confirmation repeatedly.
                                        I do not have any details when the course would be scheduled and appalled by the response from a company of such repute.

                                        I am asking for the refund now.
