I have purchased the full pack including all the news chaneels and the star sports channels in march2019, but after showing three days, they have stopped the ndtv news channels and the star sports channels. The siti cable providing this services through chowdhary cable, liluah, howrah (West bengal).
Requested your goodself to see the matter so that they can provide the all channels and also the charges to be adjust for which already the have received.

    Local tv cable providers under siti cable net work are not providing free news channels, on insisting, they are connecting only one or two news channels of our choice, that means still they have control over the channels like earlier

    Inspite of your guidelines, these local tv cable providers are too harsh, may be they are not benefiting much with your latest transition, hence they are careless and blaming government for all this mess

      I have recharge cable in 15/03/19, after 4 days all subscribed channel is off
      i have do complaint in siti costumer care, they give me 24 hour for problem resolve but till time problem not resolve,
      i have a call them after 26 hour, but they are generate a new complain no. and again give me 24 hour, i have demand my money back but they are ignore

          This is to inform you that, the siti cable employees are not at all responding to our problem even though after making 100s of phone calls from 4 days. They are saying that, we will come 10am or 3pm, but they are not coming to resolve the issue from 4 days. When i call employee and he says that, connection will be restored within 1 hr, when i called him for 2nd time, again he will says that, connection will be restored with in 1 hr or 2hrs. This is happening from past 4 days. I dont know what happening from your side. I never seen this type of worst service. On[protected] the employee came to our house and collected rs.450/-, it proves that you people are in first for collecting money but not to service. Please find the details below.

            The signal levels are not coming properly in kanuru the other networks are very fast but your is very slow
            Plz take immediate action about your signal levels anyway i need to watch tv every day plz take a fast action on this particular complaint, so make the server fast and the signal levels a bit high it is showing 0 percent signal

              I am a poor siti networks customer acquired by local cable operator.in our area after 6.30pm alot of disturbance in services i have complained to my loc he suggested me to buy a new set top box 1500 actual cost is only 1200 sold me. After that my cable performance worsened since last three days i. E 15 march, total cable is shut down except consistent 200 error on screen.

              I have called more than dozen to customer care no response or no solution to it.

              I am utterly cheated by local cable operators and siti networks nexus.

              I want to return my set-top box and refund.

              Siti cable is not attend properly they dont resovle my complain not given answer properly.today i paid 360 rs for my package acitivation but they do not activate my package.
              Sir my name peeyush m frm knp I'll recharge my box 16 march. With rs 252.64 bit after recharge his deactive my account. I complain siti app 5 time. But hi is no action.                 My credentials are mentioned below.
                I am a siticable subscriber for the last 10 yrs in delhi but for the last 30 days i have been trying to subscribe my selected channels and till date i have not been able to subscribe it. I have called the siti care several times, either they are not trained properly or they are trying to fool us. The lco is also trying to fool us by forcefully increasinge my ncf as according to the lco, whichever channel/package i select will be over and above the fixed 100 fta channels, which i dont understand. As per trai, only 26 dd channels are mandatory and when i am paying ncf of rs 130 for 100 channels then why am i not allowed to subscribe the remaining 74 channels of my choice??? They are charging extra ncf from everybody and looting the innocent public by several hundred crores... Its an organised scam.
                I have also emailed my complain [ copy of the same is attached herewith] to siti nodal officers but they even didn't bother to revert, such is the pathetic condition. These scamstars are even taking the regulator for a ride because the regulator is not strong enough to safeguard the interest of the consumer.
                Kindly do something.

                  I am from hyderabad, i recharged for amount 186.73 (Channel activation) for wrong card number ([protected]). The same i informed to siti cable customer care then she said drop a mail this type of issues can not be solved by us. I also drop mail reg this issue but still now no update from them. I asked her refund my amount or recharge that amount to my card ([protected]).

                  Please let me know how to get my amount.

                    Am recharged with lco that pack is my siti 399 ap ts. Am pay to lco 470 rupees for this pack. But gemini tv hd gemini musichd, gemini movieshd, maa movies hd channels not activated. Am contact local cabel operator but he was give proper answer. Solve this problem otherwise am going to another dth service. Siti service is worst and waste. Nobody know how to recharge ala carte and broadcaster packs they only recharge dpo packs.

                      Our local cable operator is not proving us any HD channels however we have subscribed for the same after the implementation of the new TRAI rules.                         Sir my situ cable operators after so many requests they never respond after that i try to going toward siti site for manual selection but siti site doesn't allow me to select free to air channel after selecting boucket n alacarte channel they automatically add 100 channel and increased network capacity fee... They first give 100 channel then add ur selected channel... Instead of 25 mandatory channel they add 100... It's a fraud take strict action against this i am from indore airport road

                            They deactivated my account and said no payment has been done . my TV settop box is displaying 140 error

                            National geographic, stargold, mtv, bollywood etc, news 18 india mp, and wb are missing .. please help
                            My cable TV operator was not giving channels and not taking option forms.and he was giving free channels on thire optionnot our options.and he was damanding 250 for minimum channels.this was happening in particularly in our area only so plz take necessary action.for channels selection up to March 31he was not agree to government decision.

                              Our channel provider is not giving option to select channel pack and he keep saying, it will be done sooner. It's been a month and right now, he has given some basic channels and we are end up paying 300 Rs. Per month and we don't have any choice to select channels.

                                  I made the payment of rs 350.46 on 27/02/2019 for the ala carte channels, this should be valid till 27/03/19. But suddenly on 6/03/19 my channels are stopped. It is now showing “140 – no account balance”. I had a conversation many times with siti customer care centre but i am not at all satisfied as they are just giving me same answer to just wait for 24 hours and if not solved in 24hours then wait for another 24hrs. And let me tell you that almost 5 days have been passed out no action has been taken by siti team.

                                    They gave connection and setup box, charged rs. 2100.
                                    They are not giving further service and if we ask to take setup box back, just refunding 800.
                                    Local cable operator behave very rude and change many statements on same topic. Even we proove their mistakes they will never accept. Also for any small and critical problems, they never answer calls, we need to walkin to their office.

                                      Siti cable (Vc no. [protected]-6, chip id - [protected]) is not providing services since last 4 days. I made the payment in advance on 8th march19 via cheque no. 000094 & 000095 of andhra bank but still i am awaiting signals in my set top box.

                                      This is not the first incident of default in services from siti cable in fact we are not getting desired channels since 14th feb. As siti was showing only ""free to air channel" & despite repeated request no body paid attention to it. We were asked to pay full amount during the duration after 14th feb while only free to air channels were shown. I. E from 14th feb till 6th march, which we paid but from 7th march nothing is available for watching.

                                      14th feb till 6th march - only free to air channels were available while payment was made for whole package
                                      7th march - all telecast on my card was stopped by siti network.
                                      8th march - i made monthly payment of rs. 356 in advance
                                      8th march till writing this mail - awaiting signals on my set top box.

                                      Please take necessary action against siti so that they start cable tv at the earliest and help us to get compensation for the loss of time.

                                        We paid the amount through the online and we got the connection but after 2 days the channels got disconnected and status is in deactivate. I raised n no. Of complaints with local vendor and even with customer care. Now customer care are asking me who asked me do pay the amount. It will take 24 hrs to activate but it took more 2 days done no response and customer care people are asking did we ask you pay the amount through online.in these cases why do there provide ads on the channel subscription and you did there keep the online payment option before paying through online i checked with lco and even with customer care.

                                        Would you be able to take action from your end or shall i go a head for court.

                                        After payment most of the paid channels are not providing to me and customer care is not picking the phone and LCO is not interested as the payment was done online. Is it digital India?
