From past 15days i am not able to get cable. I paid online though my bank rs.179.60 to sitinetwork which my cable operator did not like since i had made direct payment and earlier he was taking money and would charge rs.600 for the same service where i was not getting even the channels. It seems i made a mistake because after that my cable operator has cut my cable tv i don't get to see any tv. I am calling customer service from past 15days the answer i get is call your cable operator. Now should i pay my cable operator the money again or pay him rs. 600 for the same service.

My card no is[protected]. Is this the service you are providing and is this the way you should treat your customers.

I am really frustrated by your service. On one hand customer service is not attending to my requests on other hand cable tv person is harassing me.
Please let me know what should i do

    I have already a siti digital set top box and also noc. I came from another area and now shifted d111, bbc sarani, bidhannagar, durgapur, west bengal. But local cable person named tapan visited two days and told us tomorrow he will again came and connect line. Now one month expire and that person not received any phone call. Already he collect my original noc paper. Request siti cable please ask your local dealership to attend and connect the line immediately. My address is given and contact no is [protected]/[protected]

      Siti website is showing error whenever i try to log in and i am not able to select the channels. Now i have to select channels through my lco who asks for extra money and i am forced to give it. Its helpline number is also not working. My lco wouldn't help me in any way. Please help me. I would be very grateful if my problem would be solved and siti website would work again.

        I am a siti cable operator last 22 years. I am a victim of siti cable malpractice.
        In recharge system. Last three months we are loosing customers and money.
        According to new tariff system. Actually we are paying three time and more amount per customer according by the new law please take as a complaint of
        A indian citizen 'please take strict action against this 'loot'. There was a report in malayalam leading newspaper malayala manoramma. Tomorow i am going to launch a written complaint to district collecter of ernakulam and by mail i am going to launch a complaint to minister of it department

          I am using siti broadband over one year and faced many problrm regarding service speed of internet is good. My internet was down from more than 5 days and i had registered complaint but there is nobody to response from their side. When you call in call center they will say that our team will contact you in short time but no one calls you. I was able to manage the number of technical head in nagpur his response was even more surprising, when i told him that my business is impacting because my internet is down he told me that he is not responsible for my business loss you should use alternate solution for this. And he didn`t even know what the problem was.

          Very very pathetic service from siti

            For Last 4 weeks I am unable to login to my account and Modify my package I selected Earlier.
            It was A good Step By Siti Digital to give customer Access But Now It is showing Error 1005 System under maintenance
            For 2 weeks

            Kindly Solve The website problem ...We Dont want to depend upon Cable operator just Because behaviour of Most of Cable operator is Not Good ..

            And if i speak to agent his response is very bad, arrogant and behavior is very rude.

            Same i registered complaint in siti cable but still there is no action.
            Jo kaam karne ne ke liye rehete he worker phone kya toa kvi recieve nehi karte he...paisa leke jate he recharge ka Jo pack reheta he adha channel chodte he...office pe bole apne area ka Jo manager he usko bolo...if the company very good then plz take action him immidiate only...at-berhampur, odisha..

              The package for my tv changed automatically. I had subscribed to siti cabel just one month back and suddenly the package got changed to hd and now i am unable to get the channels that i was using.
              The local team is unable to help and is saying nothing can be done...
              I have call recordings and screenshots as proof for the sub standard service.
              Request to kindly look into the matter on priority.

                Unable to login for change package, error display.
                cable operators are restricting the consumers, liabilities, for example we have the option to select our desired channels by paying the amount for the selected packages.But now they have blocked the provision and we have to choose the package what they offer. site :www.sitinetworks.com. simply displaying error unable log in.

                Siti Consumer Corner not works.i can not buy channels. the app and website both are not working. how can i book my channels.

While i called the call center they gave anothwr no i. E. [protected]. They didnt pick up calls. After again calling tollfree no initially they refuse to give me complain no. Atlast they given no 5362652. Please look after the matter and take promt action

                    Sir/madam, i had recharge my setup box on 18th march, online through siti cable
                    Website, i had recharge for one months
                    But my services had been stopped from 6th april before due date... I have complained alot to siti customer care but no action have taken yet. They are making number of excuses and i am getting only dates... I don't know why the are doing so and what is the problem with me. Neither
                    The siti cable team solving my problem and nor arranging call to their seniors.

                    I am unable to login for last 2 weeks. It says site under maintenance. Last time i logged in the total price for my package showed 295. But the lco is demanding Rs. 350. I was out of town for 2 days and now i learnt that my mother had already paid the amount. Its just cheating nothing else.

                      I m unable to watch tv as it is showing 200: contact your cable operator in every minute.. Maximum time i m unable to watch tv as it is showing maximum time that contact your cable operator... It is taking 130+selective channels price for 30days but i can only watch for 10-15days due to that problem of contact your cable operator.. It is not showing channels at all for days...

                        online recharge not working from 3 weeks

                        Online recharge not working in website resulted in disconnection of cable.

                        We tried calling siticable customer care they said server is down and asked us try after 2 or 3 days.

                        Website is still down not allowing anybody to recharge online its down from 3 weeks no w causing too much inconvenience to all customers....

                        I have reacharged my setup box on 24th march thorough online, to my surprise they deactivated setbox on 10th april and asking me to provide transaction details to confirm payment, from 10 april onwards i have been trying to contact customer care to know reason behind deactivation, every time got to hear from them to wait 2 to 4 hrs. Poor customer service response and issue is not been addressed even after four days.
                        I request every one not take siti cable subscription.

                            My cable tv is showning error 200 since last week and i have registered 7 complaints and whenever i register a complaint on helpline number they say that problem will be resolved with in 24 hours and the local cable operator never picks up our mobile phone we have four set up box installed in our house and all are not working this is the way they work the company is not creditable for anything they say u can contact your local cable operater and he does’nt bother to pick up our phones. We have purchased set top box of the company name siti cable and so siti cable is reponsible and creditable for every inconvenience caused to us. This is my last complaint i would now be complaining it in consumer court.

                                My name is uthappa h. R, residing in mysore, karnataka.

                                Address: #70, 5th cross, mahalakshmi layout, hebbal industrial area, near cipet college, mysore - 570016.

                                On the 9th of april 2019, i realised that my cable tv is not showing star and sony channels and other channels were available.

                                I called my cable operator at 7.45 pm and 7.51 pm to address the issue and the call was not answered.

                                And the next day on the 10th of april, at 11.07 am i could connect to the operator who said that he will come to solve the issue in the next 10 mins, since his office is hardly 300 metres from my residence.

                                Then, i waited and gave him time, i called him again at 2.15 pm to ask him to resolve my problem and this time he said he'll come in 30 mins and that he is in my area itself and in very close proximity.

                                I called him again at 3.44 pm and said the same thing, 'i'll come in 10-20 mins.'

                                Called again at 5.58 pm and the same response.

                                Then, the next few calls were unanswered - 6.29 pm, 7.07 pm, 7.15 pm, 7.22 pm, & 7.26 pm.

                                It is frustrating to have been waiting for any clear response regarding if there was any cable issues in the area or if he's having many customers to deal with, but his response was always that he's on his way.

                                I called siti customer care for help and he said that my subscription bill is due since feb. But i haven't kept any due with the cable operator.

                                I called the nodal officer for siti cable, mysore mr. Balaraj ([protected]). Initially he wouldn't answer but after persistently calling, he gave me the number of the owner of the cable operator for my area mr. Harish of janani enterprises, metagalli, mysore ([protected]).

                                The cable operator janani enterprises owned by mr. Harish offers 5 customer care numbers and only one number works which kept answering that he's on the way.

                                I called mr. Harish at 8.03 pm and explained the problem and he said that he'll send his personell immediately. Since i didn't see anyone coming and that he had said that he was sending the person immediately, i called him once again at 8.26 pm. This time he said that he'll definitely send his person in the morning next day, which is 11th april, 2019.

                                It is 11.57 am, 11th april, 2019 at the time of writing this complaint and i have received no response.

                                Inspite of not having been able to use my cable tv for 3 days, i have also had to wait patiently for a clear response and action. Now, all the channels are not working. I have decided to complain against these apathetic companies - siti cable and janani enterprises, mysore.

                                I want to opt out of this subscription and not want to pay them their fees.

                                The above complaint has been resolved by means of the Cable Operator's owner assuring to not let the same issue happen again. Once I called the Owner of the Cable Operator telling that I have registered a complaint on the Consumer forum and that I will not be paying his fees for this month, he immediately arrived at my residence and did all the necessary work and also assuring that he will never give me the opportunity to complaint over the same issue again. The Nodal Officer too had taken notice of the situation despite not answering the call and directed the Cable Operator to resolve the issue promptly. I would like to thank everyone working hard behind the scenes getting the message across to the concerned persons. It gives a great deal of strength knowing that there is a platform to raise a voice against people who might otherwise be operating with deceitfulness, apathy and bullyism.

                                  In spite of paying in advance the cable tv charges for april2019, my tv is now blank since morning today. Any communication to m/s siti cable remained unanswered. We shall request you to please take up the matter with the concerned service provider. Since no service has been provided for the day, we demand a refund of one day.

                                  I have subscribed some additional channel today vide reference number "Rs.2.36 has been debited from your A/c XX8927 via Kotak PG on 23-MAR-19 vide Ref No. [protected] . To report fraud or raise dispute, click kotak.com/fraud". However, the same not credited of my account till now. Please vet the same meticulously at the earliest.

                                    I am unable to login in the siti cable network which is happening for quite sometime. An error message showing "error! -1005 - system is under maintenance. Please contact your local cable operator." is always being shown whenever i try to login. Thus the change of channel choices that i am to subscribe for this month is getting interrupted.
                                    By what time can i expect this issue to get resolved?

                                    I choose my package and recharge from online but recently from 4 days it shows system under maintenance and their are no notification for how many days it should be going on, even I try to call customer care number [protected] but call not done.its a simple harasment to the customer.
                                    Still the SITI Cable subscriber login issue not resolved. Due to that not able to pay the bill and TV channel is down.

                                    Very pathetic service in Kolkata Lake Gardens. Local operators are switched off their's phone to avoid customers calls.

                                      I have been trying to login to the website / app to make payments for subscriptions fees but nothing is opening. It says the site is under maintenance since last 2 to 3 weeks. What is going on? I have raised many complaints thru e-mail pointing out the same, but with no response. Can you even try to look whats going on? Surely, the main website can not be down for weeks causing so much of inconvenience to the customers.
