Last few months siti cable stoped their online recharge system which was available in option name as subscriber corner, then any subscriber can't log in their account and can't recharge online at self.

But now log in process started but subscriber's can't select the channels and pay online.

So request you to please start again 'pay online' facilitie as per trai new rules.

For freedom of choosen channels/packes.
Siti Cable customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Online recharge not working in website resulted in disconnection of cable.

We tried calling siticable customer care they said server is down and asked us try after 2 or 3 days.

Website is still down not allowing anybody to recharge online its down from 3 weeks no w causing too much inconvenience to all customers.

    Dear sir

    Since more than a month my cable is off because recharge is not possible due to non-working of website and app and i have already mentioned in the mails to siti cable.

    The lco is not supporting and instead he told me to get my concern resolved online only. He even asked me to pay for the month feb-mar'19 which i already paid through siti website, yet he was considering it as due.

    In response to my mail dated 19th apr'19, i received a call from siti cable executive on 22nd apr'19.
    He assured me that he will send the lco and that he cannot charge money which has been paid online.

    But, no one appeared till date.
    Siti Cable customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Dear concerned,

      This is regarding my siti cable tv subscription. I have 2 connections. I am a customer from kochi, kerala.

      I have chosen 81 channels (55 fta channels +25 mandatory dd channels + 1 paid channel) channels of which 80 are free to air channels and 1 channel is paid.

      Based on the trai rules we were informed of, since the number of channels is within 100 which i have the freedom to select, i should pay only the ncf of rs.153.52 (Incl gst) plus the paid channel cost of rs.22.42 (Incl gst) which totals to rs.175.94/-

      As per the latest rules this seems to be the correct amount as per our understanding. Only if one opts for more than 100 channels, the additional ncf of rs.23.6/- needs to be paid. This is also what we were given to understand by the local cable operator.

      But siticable is now asking us to pay the additional ncf of rs.23.6 also... So we ended up paying rs.198/- for this month, that is siticable has also collected the the additional ncf payment though i have opted only for 81 channels.

      On raising this issue with one of the siticable staff, she said this is the method they employ for all their subscribers. However, as per my understanding this is wrong.

      Please address this issue with siti cable networks. They are cheating customers.

        Please provide me with rang channel. This channel was being shown before but now it is not coming. I complained about this to our local subscribers but i have not received any response. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. Please see to the matter on an urgent basis. I used to watch all my entertainment programmes in this channel. But now the channel is ony going. This is highly unacceptable and not done. This invited the wrath of many of my family members. How can one channel which was airing suddenly be stopped? You subscribers are also not saying anything. They seem to be extremely incapable and lazy. I really have to say that this is the worst cable service i have received so far.
        Please make the necessary amendments and get my channel back.

          I was a service holder of your cable tv my service provider is misra communication, 50 bl ghosh road, kolkata 700057

          I was a service holder of your cable i was active my package on[protected] but next month i was not communicate to them for renewal for package due to my financial problems but today i. E 8-5-2019 goto their office and ask for renew my package after start they sales me for mony i. E 265×2=530 for two month i was asking them for explanation but they told me this is our roul

          As my best known as per rule of trai customers only paid amount when he want to active his package

          I want my refund i. E. 265 as soon as possible other wise i will go to the proper channel

            The siticable online recharge is not working. If we ask lco (Siti cable local cable operater) to do recharge they ask extra money. Please provide transparency like tata sky, sun direct online recharge then we can choose channels online we pay money to selected channels. So sir take action on siti cable they are not providing coustomer online reacharge. Till now the site customer online recharge not working.
            Siti Cable customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Sitting cable app and websites are blocking consumers for online payment and forcing the consumers to pay through loco. Planning to move for any other service provider.

                As the new rule come, my tv channels stopped showing in feb. I called the lco, they took money from me for the new package.. But its been 3 months they didn't start my package. I called them constantly but either they didn't received my calls or they said that my set top box has a problem. Its really frustrating. I even complained in their office but they never took any actions. I want a clarifying answer. If resolve my issue. Or clearly say me to change to another network.

                  We are paying the money for cable on or before 28th in every month but they activating the set-up box smart card in between 1 to 3 on each month. We unable to watch paid channels on those one or two days in each month because of inactivity of set-up box. So tell us what's the use with trai. Village people won't know about new trai rules, how it affects the cable bill and the cable operators are operating the set-up box on every first week of the every month. If they paid money in between the month then they should wait upto the first week of the next month.

                  If we paid money on 25 TH of the last month also we need to wait for activation of set-up box and mostly we won't get paid channels in every month for 8hr to 24hr in every month

                    I am sachin garg, my vc number is [protected] in north west delhi -86,
                    I have registered my account in siti cable portal and recharged in feb 2019
                    I have 3 connection in my home
                    Issue:-
                    1) siti cable has blocked the customer's to recharge his account online and make dependency on lco (Cable operator) (His dalal).
                    2) his dalal, lco (Cable operators) is charging extra money to recharge customer account, such as for fee channel pack price is 153 rs in online but cable operator charging 190 rs
                    3) lco (Cable operator) is not proving alcart channel, they are just proving channels pack
                    4) siti cable website is down form last 2.5 months
                    5) i have complained against lco (Cable operator) many times but did not take any action by siti cable.
                    6) now when i went to cable operator office he is demanding 500 rs extra at first time. I do not think why?

                    Now i have planned to move on dish tv or tata sky or any other brand.

                    Stb no. 1208C[protected]. After informing my cable operator several times that my connection is showing 140: card not authorized though i paid my subscription in advance. This is not the first time. I am not getting proper service.
                    I am facing discontinued if net fir last 2 months. The local service provider us totally hopeless, don't pick up the phone, lied every time. Really hopeless service.
                    siti cable not providing customers to pay online recharge but lco can recharge online buy taking extra money its really cheating why lco can do online recharge but customers cannot do online recharge...plz take an action .

                        It is to inform you that i had recharged through online via siti cable website with rs. 379.90 on[protected] with 30 days validity but very unfortunately after 3 days means 27th feb evening i have noticed no channel was playing on my tv. Then after logging in siti cable i found there was no pack activated in my profile.

                        So, 28th feb morning i was forced to do the recharge again with rs. 303.26 but but again after 2 days no channel was playing on my tv. Then i contact with cable operator and told the total thing but he told to me that he don't know anything about online payment and say so rudely "you are anything to do as you like".

                        I have also email to siti cable customer care and corresponding nodal officer. But till now they are nothing to do. Kindly help me.

                        I have attached my payment receipt and mail sending copy.

                        I have sony brodque channel package but they did not give me the channel. And now i have paid my pre-paid bill there after they disconnected my connection. My service is disconnected last 2 days. Even they did not give my connection.

                        Siti cable is a cheap cable network. In a week only one or two days working in mangali( Hisar) and toll free no. Complaint also don't solved. So u are directed to keep an strictly action otherwise cm windows and legally step will be occurred.
                        I'm not getting the cable paid the amount of 330 rs after 1 week also.cable network operators not respondingif we called them also not giving the correct information.irresponciple answers.not lifting the phones also

                          I recharge my set up box setup box 17 march 19 for 1 month but after 9 or 10 days this account show deactivation. I complaint this 15 or 20 times by telephone. But no positive response i get from siti network. So please rectify help to rectify problem as soon as possible.

                          Siti Cable is charging for a period when they have not provided me services. Most of channels were not coming. Every time they are changing recharge process without any notification. Pathetic services. Worst Call center.
                          Mr.madhu i very irresponsible person to provide to citi network.we r also complaint in local HO . he ie managing them, payment will taken early but hi did not work.so meny trouble in our location.we struggle to watch cable.

                            Siti cable clearly violating trai guidelines of letting customer select their channels transparently. Online channel choice and recharge option got closed. Lco forcing to get the money directly for recharging. Upon calling customer care, they are telling that siti cable has discontinued the online channel choice and recharge option. Portal says online option suspended due to pending reconcilation between lco and customer. How come customer of all india has pending issues with their respective lco. This is really pathetic and unethical along with clear violation of trai guidelines.

                              Hi sir,
                              We are using siti cable at our residence at jaypee greens sector 128 and paying subscription every month online in advance but during this month the online payment option was not working as website was not working and we were asked to pay rs.300 to local cable operator and we paid it to local cable guy but today our services stopped and we were told that you have not paid subscription
                              When we checked with cable operators they told us that we may have adjusted this money against previous months subscription which we never missed to pay
                              Can some body please look into this fraud game

                                There app is not working neither there website is working. The lco is not picking up phone and siti customer care is not helping as well. What am i supposed to do? Paying 300+ instead of 200 inr as earlier and still getting this pathetic serviceservice, thanks to trai india.
                                I need to check and edit package as well as need to make payments also.
                                So please do something for that... Or else just revert back to earlier way. Let us live, and do not try to do anything good for us (For yourself in fact)

                                  Im a customer of siticable since 2017.. I recharge my account through online inthe months of march 2019 and selected my package as permy own choice.. But now online service is not available. Whenever i try to log in its come with an error n instruct to contact lco. I recharged weith rs 560 but i didn get d channel of my choice n operstor refused to do so saying that siti cable does not allow those option.. Its clear violation of trai instruction. Pls do the needful.

                                    Siti cable is not providing the amount to local cable operator after recharge, hence local cable operator is charging the same amount again from subscriber.

                                    Post recharge rs. 130 should have been provided to local cable operator by siti cable which they are not doing. I have done two recharges via siti cable's portal from which they were supposed to provide rs. 260 to local cable operator.

                                      Need to shift my cable connection n block (Abul fazal enclave, jamia nagar, new delhi 110025) to i block (Same address)

                                      As try to many times with local cable office and siti care to start connection but they are not responce proper and i suffer from long time to start connection.

                                      So please help to start my connection or get back your setup box and return my amount which was pay agains connection some of two thousand.

                                        Last month i recharge set top box online throught ur site.. But this month due to site maintains unable recharge.. I call so many time to the local cable operators to recharge my set top box but they refuse to rcharge.. They are discont my set top connection. From last i call siti cable toll free number the siti cable operator call me i raised the complain but they donit do it still... I am unable to watch this from last 20 days please help me out

                                        They all are not responding..if they are not repond to the customer then they take their set top box and give my money back
                                        I am unable to open subscriber corner from last 2 week it is showing under maintenance and I was unable to do the payment and my setup box is showing deactivated. Please help me on this. Local cable operator is very rude and refuses to help me on this as I have done online payment earlier.
