1. a car with a price tag of Rs21 Lakhs has a starter motor fault
2. The drive shaft of the same car worns out withing 40 thousand kilometres

I owned Skoda Fabia. 6 month before EPC pump was damage therefore I was forced to replace it even though there was no other internal damage which could point to this part demage. I paid 32000 for replacing the pump.
Now after 6 months oil pipe which is connected to stireeing pump was damage and company again forcing me to replace. On top of this, for past 3 weeks my car is waiting for part delivery. I sent 2-3 followup...

I purchased a Fabia 1.2 diesel in 1st December 2011 and the car seams to have spent more time at the service center than with me. I have driven about 11200 km. Within 2 month i have the following problems:

Its very sad to write on this forum and complain about the unprofessional attitude of SKODA Group. After becoming a customer of Skoda its a complete terrible time I have faced so far. I had booked a Skoda Rapid elegance 1.6 TDI (white colour) on 30 Nov 2011 dealer "Krishna auto sales" at their Bathinda, Punjab, India office named 'Mr Sukhpal Singh' .
I was promised a tentative delivery of the car within a period of four weeks from date of booking.
Since then I have recieved no communication regarding the car. I have repeatedly contacted my sales...

Skoda is a car that you should never even think of buying ...all this German technology is just a catch phrase .sometimes i feel this is actually being shipped out of china . it is bad in terms of body work (rattling noise ) worst than 20 year old taxi and they are not able to fix it even after attending it 2 times
And service guys are out to rip you ( skoda genuine parts sold outside for 21 K is charged at 40 at the service station...

i had given my Skoda for service and they charged for the Oil change but i found Oil has not been chaged or changed with old Oil as after 3400 kms of running i had to change again the Oil.
in Pune Please avoid Asset Auto for Car service as they are not doing anything and charging the customers which can lead to your own safety. as Skoda being a performance car it can fail on High speeds due to laps or negligence performed during service....

Dear Sir,

I had purchased Skoda Laura from JMD auto Navi-Mumbai and got it delivered on 16th Dec 2011.On 1100kms of car driven,clutch assembly has been failed and was asked to replace same and forced to pay for same while the car is still under warranty and at JMD service center in Andheri East.

My Skoda Fabia MH 12 FY 169 was damanged in floods in my society parking on 11th Oct. The car was delivered to Asset Auto service centre, Wagholi on 13th on my own expense as they dont have any pick-up assistance. Bought a SKODA laura l&k from jai motors Delhi. It was garaged the next day because of electronics. Dealership/service centre could not 'repair' the defect. Car was garaged for 15 days on the pretext that 'skoda engineers are coming from aurangabad' etc. Committed that i could hire a taxi @ 2000/-day,. luckily i hired the taxi for just 3 days and have sent them a claim. For 3 months measely 4800/- has not been paid...

Hi all,

I have bought a new Skoda Fabia in April 2011.
It was alright for couple of months and there was this problem with not starting. There is no obvious reasons. I took it to skoda service and they had it for a week and assured me the problem was rectified. After a month the same problem cropped up. Till today the problem is still there and every time I got into my car I pray that it will start. Hope Skoda knows...
