I had purchased and got delivery of a new Skoda Superb on 10/05/2011 from the below mentioned Skoda Auto Dealer which cost me 23 lakhs on road :

JMD Auto, Prithvi Park, Showroom number 8,9 & 10, Sector-30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400702. ph:[protected].

From the time I bought the car, I have been having the following problems. I have currently done only about 14000 kms in the car:

1. Suspension problem - Very bumpy ride and hard landing and loud noise even on very small road cuts / joints. (Even local taxis that I travel in, on the same road pass through very smoothly on these roads). For the first month, it was very smooth and I did not even know while passing on even big potholes!! For a car of this segment this is just not acceptable after paying so much money.

2. Twice in the last 7 months the car has a very lound rattling noise from the rear wheels while on drive with heavy wobbling of the car. ( This can be a seriuous life threatening defect for self and other on road, if the driver is not able to control the car)

3. The car has some rubbing noise and it creates heavy cabin noise while on drive and gives a very poor driving experience.

4. The a/c has a major problem and is not cooling enough.

5. Everytime I pass through road humps there is something touching inside the car and it gives a noise.

6. Rattling nosie from the rear when on drive.

I had given the car for getting these rectified on 4 occassions at Autobahn Skoda, a skoda auto workshop, in the last 2 months and I will now be giving it again for the 5th. These problems has just not got resolved and has only worsened. Moreover, during these visits they have handled the car so poorly and the workshop has completely dirtied my interior and are now demanding Rs. 3000/- for removing the black stains that they have made in the car.

Even after all these visits the problems still persists and i is only getting worser.

SINCE THIS IS A HIGH END MODEL OF SKODA , I FEEL I DONT HAVE TO BE EVEN THINKING OF SUCH PROBLEM . PL HELP ME GETTING MY CAR REPLACED SINCE I FEEL I HAVE BEEN DELIVERED A DEFECTIVE CAR!!!

SKODA SUPERB CAR — DEFECTIVE CAR

I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW SUPERB CAR WOTH RS 24 LACK AND BEFORE THE FIRST SERVISE IT IS CONSUMING ENGINE OIL APPROX 4 LTS. WHICH MEANS DEFECT IN ENGINE. I HAVEEN BEEN SENDING MAILS TO SCODA INDIA BUT RECIEVEING NO POSITIVE REPONSE FROM THEIR END. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND THE CAR IS LYING AT CONTINENTAL SCODA DELHI AND I HAVE NO IDEA OF THE STATUS OF THE CAR AND PEOPLE AT SCODA ARE NOT EVEN TELLING ME WHAT THEY AR DOING TO MY CAR. I WANT SCODA TO GET ME A NEW CAR BECAUSE MY CAR HAS BEEN BEEN RUNNING WITHOUT ENGINE OIL WHICH MUST HAVE EFFECTED THE LIFE OF MY CAR.

    This is with regard to the above subject. We had purchased Skoda Octavia Rider (DL3CAY2752) from M/s Continental Auto Services, Mathura Road, New Delhi on 31.08.2007. This was under a “company scheme” that 6 services shall be rendered free of cost to the customer if the vehicle is purchased on or before 31.08.2007. So, we purchased the vehicle under this scheme to avail this benefit. Thereafter, we availed 5 free services from M/s Continental Auto, but at the time of 6th free service (31.08.2010), the dealership of M/s Continental Auto was cancelled. At that time, we contacted the customer care, Skoda but there was no satisfactory response. Now, our car is having a starting problem since it is not serviced for such a long time (>1 year). We are following up on this issue since 31.08.2010 but no action is taken by Skoda. The current refernce with Skoda Auto is Concern No.SPL4391 dt.11/24/2011.

      My Skoda Fabia MH 12 FY 169 was damanged in floods in my society parking on 11th Oct. The car was delivered to Asset Auto service centre, Wagholi on 13th on my own expense as they dont have any pick-up assistance. When I went to check with them after a week, they had no clue about the car and no on had even looked at it to assess the damage. It was kept in their service centre, full of water for one week, and after my visit, did they open the job card. In this entire duration I was speaking to their Manager and Serive Manager, and their service advisors who kept telling me that they are working on the car and have intitated survey work. In reality they were lying as they had not even looked at the car.
      Since then I have been repeatedly chasing them for updates, they never respond, nor do they pick-up their phones and have no ownership of the car lying with them. 3 weeks back after getting totally frustrated I went to their place and met their service manager. Then I got the update that the car had been surveyed and they will start the repair work in 2-3 days and they will call me back and confirm. When I asked them how much time they will take, they said it should take 1 week.
      After a week I have gone mad chasing them for update and their is no response. I have never seen a company that is no unresponsive. It is impossible to connect. I called their showroom and the numbers they gave, no one picks it up.On the internet their numbers are wrong and discontinued. I am not able to understand why their is so much of a problem.
      The amount of phones and attempts I have made is unbelievable and I am still not aware of what they are doing with the car.
      Can someone help me to get Skoda to repair and deliver the car.

        While one is forced to go through the horrible service performance of Skoda dealers on service (parts are never available, even for small complaints you have to leave the car for many days), parts (like horn, bulbs, battery) goign down so frequently, but the latest act by Giriraj Motors Service Manager - Satbir beats all the boundaries and records.

        My car (Laura) went for 45km service and battery complaint on 8th Nov. they did not have the battery. When my driver went to collect the car on 9th Nov'11 and after inspecting had doubts about the battery replacement and engine oil and asked the service manager about these visible issues, the Service G.M. (Some Satbir) abused and slapped my driver in presence of many people.

        I think Giriraj Motors has employed hooligans and local goons to scare the customers. I strongly advise readers to stay away from Skoda (very poor spares and service network) in general and Giriraj Motors in particular.

          My car SKODA-FABIA HR 26 AH 7798 ,purchased in my name RAMESH KUMAR was given for 30000 Kms servicing in WORKSHOP of M/S GIRIRAJ MOTORS at Gurgaon .Also reqested to Change rear left tail light & to fix the mechenical brake noise.
          No call was received at the given time.After confirming by call, when reached at workshop,non of the above poblems fixed & given very unsatisfactory answers.Lots of tme consumed in fanilising the Bills.Servicing also done very ORDINARY Worst than even MARUTI. Maruti SERVICING is Exellent.

          Mr RRbuilder, Call to owner of this workshop, ask manager to fix a meeting with owner of this showroom. Don't compromise with these guys. Otherwise you can post complaint and reviews on social media. Try to content with seniors through twitter/linkedin.

            Bought a SKODA laura l&k from jai motors Delhi. It was garaged the next day because of electronics. Dealership/service centre could not 'repair' the defect. Car was garaged for 15 days on the pretext that 'skoda engineers are coming from aurangabad' etc. Committed that i could hire a taxi @ 2000/-day,. luckily i hired the taxi for just 3 days and have sent them a claim. For 3 months measely 4800/- has not been paid on a 21 lakh rs car garaged for 15 days!Dearship is JAI MOTORS IN DELHI. The questions to be asked are:
            1 They have this fancy sounding CRM deptt-many people employed but so poor when they face 'moment of truth'
            2 Skoda has stuffed the car with electronics but it is a problem-every other day some defect comes up and dealership is unable to handle because it is electronics"
            3For a measely 4800/- if i go to the consumer court, i could get huge damages-the CRM deptt does not understand
            4 Every time i narrate this to my friends, skoda looses apotential customer. Maybe tthey have alreadt lost 10 + because of jai motors and poor service
            And the co website has nothing to capture this extream frustration of a customer

              At the outset, I express my sincere confidence in your pedestal to take my call further alongwith with several fellow sufferers collectively under the “United by Skoda” cause, started recently. The opinions of Skoda customers across the country indicate that Skoda probably has highest number of complaints – production, quality, spares, service, repairs, faulty replacements, fake parts, car-withholding etc. amongst its counterparts. As probably a confirmation, “United by Skoda” has found a base of over 900 documented complaints, communication with 310 Complainants with over 65 committed individuals & 4 legal suite references across different cities, probably largest for any automobile company in India; which have been simply suppressed even as customers have been crying hoarse.

              A glance at Customers’ Correspondence at forums like http://www.consumercomplaints.in/?search=skoda repeats that Skoda shows little mercy towards addressing their basic value proposition rights against its unfair business practices. Most voice that Skoda seems hands-in-gloves with its Dealerships & Authorized Workshops with a free-hand to exploit customers and fleece them mercilessly. These voices also cumulatively translate into a staggering Multi-Crore Figure of ambiguities dished out to both complaining & silent customers alike across our country. To cite an instance of a highly surprising discovery, an email from Skoda itself states that though it cancelled a particular dealership on x date, its public notice was put after complete 1 month. Can’t believe that Skoda was actually waiting for its customers to suffer and be fooled in this period?

              Hence after duly losing my money, peace, self-respect and worth with Skoda, I want to raise some concerns with Skoda via your esteemed pedestal. Skoda may try to oppress a single voice but I am sure that the impactful voice of public at large will receive the deserved focus on the aspects queried as follows:-

              SKODA AS A BUY:

              · Lowest availability of spares, which are priced unbelievably high anyways. This usually results in cars being lying unattended in workshops for months, and there have been instances when fake parts have been deployed by Skoda ASCs themselves.
              · Recurrent production faults & short-lived sensors, with tiring discovery procedure and highly expensive replacement cost. For example, Skoda’s Air-Conditioning is highly unreliable with frequent failures in almost every 1 amongst 3 cars.
              · Severely high-priced and under-delivered, and ultimately comes to cost higher than its much better competitors due to high maintenance, low reliability, frequent repairs and costly replacements.
              · Choice of worst Authorized Workshops & Dealers due to their prospective compliance with companies opaque terms & policies. The company makes no intervention over its highly variable ASC’s conduct, operations & even billing; leave aside an audit or standardization control.
              · Most oppressive customer-handling, with several instances when car has been held hostage for years; as a proof of which over 7 Consumer Court Cases are in visible across country apart from several unknown ones.

              MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS STRATEGY:

              · Initially, commit a small amount for overall well-being of a car, then take it hostage and alongside inflate the estimate doubly.
              · If the owner agrees, his perfectly working parts are taken out and replaced unnecessarily, thus fleecing him of much more amount than informed.
              · If the owner objects, he is threatened that there won’t be any assurance of car’s performance if the said parts are not replaced now.
              · If the owner temporarily delays the matter, they create a small fault in the car and return it. After a few days the said fault is aggravated and the owner has to return to the workshop.
              · Cosmetic damages are intentionally done during the repairs so that the car has to return to them once again, lest it is needed for any cover-ups.
              · In short, it’s a win-win situation for Skoda Centers any which way, which seems to be educated as a Code of Conduct to its highly unethical Dealerships and Authorized Centers as well.

              QUESTIONS AT LARGE:

              · Is Skoda offloading their international stock of poor-quality automobiles in India
              · Is Skoda essentially propagated the agenda o[censored]nbelievably expensive spares to encourage Grey-Market
              · Is Skoda intentionally maintained a low-availability of spares to push Customers in purchasing them
              · Is Skoda chosen worst agencies as their Authorized Service Agencies in India due to low running costs
              · Is Skoda actually following the policy of fleecing us due to low awareness and customer rights in India
              · Is Skoda using the Time-Limitation, Giving-Up & Mute-Protest of its customers to its advantage
              · Why should one buy a Skoda when he would end up paying much more than a Mercedes or BMW or Toyota or other Auto-Co. product, courtesy the joint cost factor of time, money, convenience & brand image.

              The mentioned matter is based on common experiences o[censored]s several customers, because it would not be practical for us to expect you to go through each of our individual correspondence and experience details with Skoda. As an aggrieved customer, I believe that your platform would help us put these questions to the appropriate levels.

                Good morning...
                I am the registered owner of Skoda make Fabia with Reg no. Ap 31 Ax 3949. on 19th of sep i had taken my vehicle for service. I had explained all the problems i was facing with vehicle to Your csr Mr Raj kumar he had taken utmost care in handling the issue and satisfied with his responce but,Trail of vehicle was taken by one mechanic and job was assigned to other mechanic with this all my explanation of defects had gone into vain. job assigned mechanic attended my vehicle even with out taking trail run of vehicle, he had attended my vehicle as per the job card he only replaced part of the vehicle as per the job card. vehicle was delivered to me on 22nd (yesterday ). Present condition of the vehicle is very bad and its pick up is gone .

                My vehicle used to run very good before giving to showroom for repair now i am just feeling i am driving a bulluckcot after service in Mahaveer skoda showroom.

                  Hi all,

                  I have bought a new Skoda Fabia in April 2011.
                  It was alright for couple of months and there was this problem with not starting. There is no obvious reasons. I took it to skoda service and they had it for a week and assured me the problem was rectified. After a month the same problem cropped up. Till today the problem is still there and every time I got into my car I pray that it will start. Hope Skoda knows about electronics.

                  from last two months i am facing problems in my new brand skoda fabia car realated t battery

                  issue and starting problema. day befor yeasterday the concern servic e person wemt my home

                  with my which i leave at there service centre in anger for what i facing the problems.i will not

                  recomend any of realative and friends to go for skoda.If a face the same again i want my car replaced otherwise i went to consumer court.

                    This is regarding my car no. DL-2FGG-0039 which was serviced on 21 july 2011 in wazirpur fahrenheit automobiles branch, Delhi. At that time, car was showing some airbag fault which hadbeen mentioned in the job card . Unfortunately my car had a major accident on highway on 26 july 2011. The accident was a major one as it is evident from condition of the car. Car was badly hit from the front and rear pillar but no airbag was opened. But according to me or anyone who has seen the photograph of the accidental car, in this accident all the airbags should have been opened as the car was hit from front as well as sideways directly on to the pillars. I have purchased a luxury car for my father for its safety features but in this accident apart from physical injuries he suffered from slip disc & various joint pains and now he is completely on bed rest.

                    When I asked for the reason of not opening of airbag , a form was filled and after so many days an unsatisfactory response has come that
                    Because car was hit in a way that sensors did not detect the impact and that's why airbags didn't get opened.

                    It is very disgusting that in a major accident like this, it's major safety features didn't work.
                    More over a customer doesn't get proper response from the service centre. I left my car in Fahrenheit on 26 July 2011 and today on 15 September 2011 after about one & half month later I got that unsatisfactory response.

                    I don't know why the company people always try to cheat customers.
                    Please do take some action in this regard

                      My father aged 70 placed an order and paid 1K to secure his new car due Aug. He had a call a couple of months later to say the colour he chose had been changed slightly threrefore his order date would be 6 months from the time he was informed of the colour change new date now November. Not only is he really dissapointed nobody has been that apologetic, offered any interest on the 1K they were so keen to take or taken the time to understand that due to the delay he is havig to pay for work on his current car to keep it on the road for the extra months. Would should i take this complaint to

                        Workers don't know about any details and even one of them had broken the handle spring of the door and the part was fixed after one month. The battery is china made cheap quality i think as it worked only 15 months and the company is not replacing it also as the there is no guarantee or warranty said by Mr. Ajay Gupta technical head and sales head who convinced me for the car Mr. Salim.
                        I cooperated so much as when my car had an accident and one of the door has to be replaced then i had to wait for one and a half month and i was fed by the excuses made by the persons concerned as they commited for maximum 20 days.
                        Please do something as i am very much dissapointed by them even i have decided to sell this car as soon as possible as here in Kanpur people like me are helpless as we own a lower segment car and not elite customers of skoda.

                          Magic Car!!
                          One fine day when I thought I was almost done with my share of my Skoda's (Laura AT) car disasters, my driving seat simply retracted back, making me stretch towards the brake slipping beneath the seat belt to save myself and a few innocent lives on the street. First I pinched myself to make sure I was awake, later I looked around if I there was a ghost haunt anywhere closeby. It took me a minute to realise that the Skoda had struck yet again for the fifth time. Taking things in a stride is my genetic makeup but Skoda can test my limits. The car seat kept on moving back and forth unpredictably throughout my drive from Mumbai to Pune almost every 5-10 minutes.
                          When I called the Skoda service in Pune, they said the car could not be attended for 1 week due to too many service calls! So one week I decided to enjoy this frantically unpredictable Russian roulette. If you see its benefits on the longer drives - this seat prevents you from dozing off by not only constantly shaking you but also challenging you each time to reach out to the car controls. Depending on whether you are tall or short the seat can either ram you into the steering & dashboard or pull you far away from the brake and accelerator leaving you with only steering to control. Believe me it can be more interesting than a roller coaster! "Skoda service" seems to be very cool about this. The customers should be actually thankful that Skoda does not demand the ticket money for this Roller coaster. For those who like to go beyond roller coaster - for the real thrill of looking at death in its face, Guys, Skoda is the answers to your prayers!
                          Finally I pulled on a week for the Skoda service to replace an oxidised contact in the memory switch of the seat for a bomb as usual. So far the ghost has left my driver’s seat but my 5 year old daughter still remains excited often expecting the seat to move. She actually believes that our car is a magic one! Kudos to Skoda!!

                          I also have the same issue with the car, my car is skoda laura, 2007 model.
                          this scared the [censored] of me while driving on the highway...

                          i felt i was being jammed against the steering wheel ...

                            1. Within 1 month of buying the car ,a tyre got burst from the side, and the Skoda accepting the poor quality of the tyre replaced it.
                            2. I got my car’s second service (Free) done at Raipur within the stipulated time , and to my surprise I was charged for the same and told that the free service is done only where you buy your vehicle.
                            3. When I went for my third service ,I was told that none of the earlier service was entered in the log book . This again was strange as I still have the bills for the amount paid on service.
                            4. There was a slight vibration in the vehicle right from the beginning and I discussed it earlier ( in 2008 only )with service engineer and he also took it lightly and said that it was a small issue and would get rectified by proper tuning only . I also did not take it very seriously and later I had to get the engine head replaced by paying Rs.50000 ( thanks for the extended warranty given, otherwise it was costing more than 1.5 lacs ). Perhaps I would not have paid this amount also ,if your ‘highly qualified’ service engineer would have identified this problem within the warranty period . And I seriously doubt this was intentional and I was not told so as to not give a bad signal about the quality/maintenance ,as I was about to buy a new Fabia for my brother also which I later did buy.
                            5. Recently two front tyres (make- Matador) got burst from the side ,at the speed of 40 -45 kmph, and I am very fortunate to be alive and writing this mail to you .And if you believe I am not driving your ‘Superior engineered and high quality product’ anymore as I don’t know what will be the next surprise.

                            All the above does not seem true for a product like Skoda , it seems I am speaking about some down market brand.
                            I hope all the above opens your/Skoda’s eyes to see what is happening ,and I am also very sure this is something you are well aware of ,but by virtue of your role you have to pretend ignorant.
                            My concern now is not with what I have suffered earlier ,but about the tyres.

                            Please rest assured,this time I am not going to let it go and would take it to the highest possible escalation level (even legal /media if required).

                              On 04 Aug 2011, my vehicle, Sokda Superb MH-12 GR 6111, Chasis No TMBBBK3T9AA303262, was sent at the authorized Service Centre (AssetAuto India Pvt Ltd, Pune) for repair of rear rt side corner dent & tail light rt side replacement. I was assured the vehicle will be repaired and delivered to me by 12 Aug 2011. After due date when contacted they informed me the vehicle will now be delivered on 16 Aug 2011, when no communication received, I again contacted, this time it was promised the vehicle will be delivered on 17 Aug 2011. When approached Mr Ganesh informed the vehicle is ready and he will revert to me regarding exact bill remittance, when no reply received, after 3 hours, this time Mr Shivaji took my call and assured me the vehicle will be delivered at my residence and I should pay the bill in cash to the Service Centre Driver. After numerous follow up either the staffs of Service Centre are not coming on line or give vague and false assurance, in a nutshell, till date the vehicle is not handed over to me.

                              I had very bad experience in past too, to rectify and set right my car stereo it took approx 20 days, even after rectifying they conveniently forget to fix a socket, which they later did when I pointed out this.

                              It hurts me to note, in this highly competitive market, the lackadaisical attitude & unprofessional approach of the company's representatives in attending & sorting out the complaints of customers. This does not only speak poorly of them but also raises question mark on the internationally renowned company like "Skoda ".

                              Since, I had very bad service related experience after purchase, I would like to change my present Service Centre, to a more professional one.

                              Trust they will take remedial measure to curb this nuisance.

                                I am an owner of 2008 Skoda Superb. In June 2011, I got a complete service done for the car from Skoda dealer in Gurgaon: Giriraj Motors.
                                It included all Oil Change, general service, and also replaced the Coolant Reservoir with a new one.
                                2 days after the service, the car's system started giving the message for low coolant level. I contacted a local mechanic and he put in 2 full bottles of coolant.
                                However, few days later it again started giving the same coolant issue.
                                I took it to another Skoda Dealer: Fahrenheit Motors and told him the issue. The Skoda representative over there, Mr. Hemant, told me he will charge an initial Rs. 1250 just to look at the car and will charge separately for parts, oil etc.; and that I will have to wait for 1 hour for it.
                                As I had no other choice, I agreed to demand. All they did was to bring 1 mechanic who found that the issue maybe because of a loose connection while fixing the Coolant Reservoir.
                                Still they are not sure if the issue is resolved, and I might have to come again and shell out more money.
                                And for this small thing they charged me Rs. 1250 + service tax.
                                Because of this blunder done by Giriraj Motors, I had to shell out so much money with the Fahrenheit Motors and local mechanics.
                                The Skoda service centers provide the worst service at exorbitant prices and without much result.

                                  I have recently had a terrible experience with Skoda which has costed me a lot of money, harassment and still an unreliable Skoda Superb car. Astonishingly, The Skoda Company is hands-in-gloves with its Dealerships & Authorized Workshops, who are given a free-hand to exploit customers and fleece them mercilessly by Skoda itself.

                                  I empathize with the similar exploitation inflicted on you by Skoda and hence urge you to not let it just be at the hands of foreign companies, who think of India as a dumping ground and Indian Customers a bunc of weak, uneducated .

                                  I am creating a forum of 100 similar sufferers who can together jointly address our issues with Skoda to apt regulatory, media, public and rating agencies till we get a resolution.

                                  Await your revert and support to reclaim what is rightfully ours.

                                    I am Gopi Krishna, me and our family, die hard fans of SKODA cars and the quality of product. But soon we realized that after sales and services are so pathetic. I am working in SIEMENS and found of quality German products.

                                    I am living in Mumbai and my car(Skoda octavia) get serviced at Mahavir auto(Hyderabad) on 13th of July 2011.They kept my car in showroom for 3 days and the service is for timing belt change. Usually this replacement of timing belt will take for one day. The service adviser Mr.Gangadhar had informed us the alternator pulley also need to be changed and same will be done third party vendor through Mahavir auto. The total charges of service cost went up to Rs 25,000.00.The cost is not a problem and charges are as per cost sheet, but the actual problem started after receiving the car.

                                    1. Some peculiar sound coming when A/C switched ON. Means faulty alternator wheel is replaced with faulty wheel.
                                    2. Interiors cloth teared and came out of all door panels due to wash.
                                    3. Geneshji idol is missing from Dash board. When i complaint to service adviser he told me that in wash section other religion people are working so they might have dislodged gaheshji idol and thrown into drainage.(We hurt a lot)
                                    4.Roof cloth is came out next day and hanging due to roof wash and for repairing same will be cost me Rs 14000.00 now.
                                    5. Cigaratte/Gloove box is broken. I immediately brought to notice of service adviser and get replaced with black colour instead of silver colour.
                                    6. Cup handler is not functioning properly. Now it is always open.
                                    7. Central locking system was not working properly for one door before service. But after service central locking system is not working for three doors. Service adviser told us to replace three door locks and will be cost around 6,000.00 each.
                                    8. Reported when an applied break at speed above 80 km/h car steering was whubbling.He told me that after wheel alignment it will be rectified. But not resolved after alignment of wheel.

                                    I noticed that, this service of Skoda dealers is so horrible across India and now a days that soon Skoda fate will be as happened what happened to FIAT.Now, I am seriously thinking to change my car and ready to say GOODBYE to Skoda.

                                      u r absolutely right. i hv bought laura from arshia motors faridabad and they took 6 months to get my registered at gurgaon. all talk big and do nothing.

                                      one should not buy skoda. service is pathetic. i have been twice to jai auto and twice to nawab motors noida. the attitude is bad, they think we are fools.

                                      car / SKODA — non caring attitude of manufacturer and dealer

                                      My car SCODA octavia brought during Jun 2010 suddenly caught fire in the middle of road on 2.7.2011 . The passengers had great difficulty to come out as the fire from bonnet was fast and made the front door locks clog and difficult to open . With help of nearby people sthe fire was put down . Later SCODA and gurudev motors - dealer could not give solid and belivable reason for fire and wriggled out of their responsibility. So I had to bear the repairs. The beauty is vehicle had returned from service on[protected] so during service the have done something which caused a fire on running about 30 kms .

                                      My car was back after repair - after 4 months vehicle was delivered after a payment of nearly 4 lakhs - insurance has sanctioned only 1 lakh . After all this vehicle warned of some malfunction vehicle went to workshop 4 times and still there and as usual I do not know when the vehicle will be back in good conditions .

                                      In this conditions the company is sending me a mail with warm greeting and happy motoring - but they will l have to show me a strong concrete wall so that I can bang my head for deciding to buy this useless vehicle from a worst supplier and dealer I have come across in my 25 years of vehicle ownership

                                      For most of my mails to scoda and gurudev I do not get any response and also I am unable to talk to anyone except for the service in charge in Trichy - who is totally helpless .
                                      Kindly avoid both scoda and gurudev also not Volswagan is a group company of scoda

                                        I am writing this letter to you with the utmost disappointment and I have been regretting consistently for the contemptible treatment by Gurudev motors Service Centre, Guindy Chennai. I have bought Skoda, Superb Car in February 2011,Reg No:HR26-BG 7569 Ever since I started using this car, I was not much happy with the air conditioning system of it. Many times I happened to sweat inside the car and my friends were also felt the suffocation. Thus, I had decided to provide the car to the service center to inquire about the problem. Earlier, the service center authorities wanted the car to be in their custody for 10 days and they had informed me that compressor should have to be changed. I have granted them for the finest service to be done and I was eagerly expecting the salubrious air conditioning system on return. However, failing all my expectation, the AC inside the car had so salutary feature. My happiness and joy for having such a prestigious car has been discouraged. Many times I have been self humiliating myself for such worthless service by the center. Later, I wanted to ensure a thorough and careful service to be done on AC system in my Car. I gave the car for the second time to the same service center. The authorities had inspected the car and they told me that the compressor should be changed again. I was clueless to figure out what might be happening with the car, but, with the positive notes, I had to accept to change the compressor again. But, on that day, I was treated disgracefully and sordidly by the service center authorities. They kept me waited for more than three hours and they never replied me properly for any question. No one in the center was capable of showing hospitality and to my wonder I could not see any kindness among them. In particular the person who known to be Murali was very rough and ruthless in attending a customer. His nonchalance towards the customer queries and the service center’s inhospitable environment did not qualify the outfit to be an esteemed car service center. However, despite all the humiliation and disgracefulness, the problem in the car is yet not rectified and the function of the AC is still unimpressive. There is another problem with the car that I have changed 3 tubeless tyres within 20000 km for which I feel unnecessary and not a reputed sophistication for such a prestigious car.

                                        Hence, I kindly report you that the fervency about my Skoda, Superb has been sapped. I was also disrespectfully treated by the Service center people and at the same cost my work is also not done. I require your earnest consideration and to requesting you to militate action against erring employees in the center.
