Dear Sir,
I purchased a Skoda Fabia diesel in the month of Feb 2008 from Autograph India, Mumbai.
While I was returning from Pune via the expressway, just before the expressway ended the right side front tyre burst of my brand new Skoda Fabia, bearing registration no MH -02-JP-3879, which I purchased on the month of February 2008 and is drive approx. 3500 kms. Thinking it to be a puncher, I changed the tyre with the stepny and the next day send the car to Reliable Tyres (an authorized dealers of tyres) to repair the puncher. On examination by them, I was informed that the tyre has bursted. On checking the other 4 tyres, I was informed that air bubbles have appeared on all the tyres. They authority told me that all the tyres were of substandard quality and that I should not drive this car on the highway or expressway going forward.
I then immediately contacted Autograph India, Andheri East, Mumbai., and sent the car to their workshop for inspection. The works Manager of Autograph and their warranty person opened all the tyres, photographed them and agreed that the tyres were of defective nature. They then forwarded this complaint to the Skoda India office in Aurangabad on Tuesday 6th May 2008, and we have also forwarded the complainant through the customer care no, which has been duly acknowledged by sms bearing ticket no. 06E100608.
Further, I contacted Mr. Shashant in their warranty section and appraised him of the same.
Sir, I feel that my complaint is going to in a back office file and Skoda will not change my tyres.
Am totally pissed off as the way Skoda India is taking this complaint lightly as they have put my life in jeopardy every time I drove my car on the highway or expressway.
I thank god for saving my life and making sure that my tyre did not burst a minute earlier, as I dont know what would have happened and which Hospital I would be in.
Am looking for support from your end and I hope Skoda India change all my tyres and also the tyres of other Fabio's which may have defective or substandard tyres installed in them, so that there is no tyre burst's in the future and no one fall pray to an accident or is injurded seriously.

I have a Skoda Laura and and my Music System and my AC Knob is not working for the past 9 months
I made a complaint to Skoda India, Aurangabad more than 3 times and I even emailed them but till this date there has been no positive response and they have not been following up the matter
I even wanted to complaint to Skoda Czech Republic about the problem and how and lightly Skoda India is taking the matter but to my bad Luck that Skoda Website doesnt have a email address to complaint to Skoda HQ's
If anyone has a Email address so that I can address my complaint to Skoda Czech Republic pls inform me as Skoda India is not willing to take the matter forward.
