i faced major issues with the car airconditioning of my skoda lura ( may 2006 model) for 7 mnths through the summer of 2007.. the servcie centres kept on playing hide and seek game and my car had to go through umpteen times to the servcie centres before skoda finally had the air conditioning fixed.. it is already winter now and i have no ide if it works actually.
another preculiar problem i have fced is that the tyres bulge out for the laura afterv some time...i understand that this seems to be problem faced by many skoda laura customers.. aparrtently the wieght of the car and the tyres are out of synch./.. would like to hear if others have faced similar issues

this is reg the bad experience i had purchasing new FABIA.
I booked a FABIA under the name Mr. Pramod Kr. Gupta on 03.02.2008 thru Oberoi Motors, Dehradun. i had even given a booking amount of
Rs. 10000.00 as i was confirmed a delivery by 12.02.2008 for Satin Grey in Classic.
i again visited the showroom on 06.02.2008 when i was reassured the delivery by 12.02.08.
Yesterday i asked my ICICI loan agent to reconfirm the delivery, when we were on a conference call. Mr. Amit the sales executive at Oberoi Motors asks the agent to misguide us and ask us to pay another Rs. 100000.00 as down payment and once the payment is done then they will take another 15-20 days for the delivery and 12.02.08 was confirmed just to get the car booked still if the customer is in hurry then convince him to buy white color in ambiente which is available, this was all that i was hearing.
i was really shocked to hear this from a company that is has just started to grow on customer confidence.
when i contact other dealers in Delhi or haryana, none is willing to offer the car for other state as a pact between all the dealers.
Because of this monopoly we customers are being taken for granted and are cheated which is bringing a bad repute to the SKODA.
finally i have planned to drop the idea of buying any Skoda car,if this is the servise before sales then what it would be after.
Thank god you chose the right path

There is a weight and abnormal tire wear out problem in the Laura as rightly pointed out by you. Any amount of Wheel Alignment or Balancing wont help. The tyres on this car dont go more than 40000km whereas on other car you can get up to 65000 with normal driving and following tire rotation and alignment schedules. Some how this car is a BIG LIABILITY and I hate myself for buying it. Toyota and Honda are better options.

    A BIG "THANK YOU" to everyone who put their complaints up on this board! You have saved me a headache and numerous fights I would have had with Skoda Dealers at Tafe Bangalore.

    I had stopped by last year to pay and pick a Skoda Octavia off the store and was about to make the full payment right away till my parents and I heard the store salesman utter these scary/warning words "We are NOT responsible for the car after we sell it". For a second it seemed like we were making a mistake with our money since they were quite wishy-washy about the post-sales service. We put our check book back in and walked out right after we heard the salesman.

    A few days back, my parents were mentioning about getting a new car and I thought since the new Laura Ambiente is in my range, I should give it a try. But, I AM WRONG.

    A BIG BIG BIG THANKS to everyone for helping me out with decision making! Thanks!!

    superb the premium vehchile from skoda have worst service as far as warranty and parts are concern, i have a superb three years old and hardy driven 20000km coz of small parts problem and frequent repairs and dealers are helpless, only reply parts are not avialable.

    god know what happen to them who buys the new version on 20009 feb lunch of new superb.
    worst service and attandance, these people have taken us on ride after selling the vehchile.

    msut be donre somthing with vinayaka skoda also which is new service centre in bangalore and have no ethics and commitment.
    Skoda's service is the worst in this industry.I have a Laura bought in Trivandrum, Kerala.This dealer has managers who has no clue about what is happening in there service dept.I called and complained to Skoda twice. Even they did not have the common decency to call me back to resolve the problem.
    So anybody thinking of buying a Skoda please think twice..
    I totally agree with all of you, i also own a Laura which is giving me head ache all the time and those Idoits at skoda(Marikar) Trivandrum have absolutly no idea of wat they are doing, i also own a fabia and the story with that is also not any different, i feel killing myself for committing the same mistake twice.i ve done about 32k kms and already the suspension is done with it and to change it 35k, that is like almost a rupee/km just for the suspension alone, after paying 18lakh for the car.This is just one of the issue with one of the skoda car i am writing, the problems go on and on.and ya calling their customer care doesnt help neither does going there directly .i am taking up this matter leagally,
    I Agree with you completely, no doubt the build quality of the car n its components is beautiful, yet after sales service is an utter pain ! I have tried Autobahn and JMD Auto workshops for servicing my skoda, yet its horrible the aftersales.

    Am really keen on owning a Fabia and a VW Jetta, yet after my experience with my Octavia, I may never buy/ recommend a skoda to anybody.

    Each time my car visits the service centre, comes back lookin older ~ parts missing~ new scratches~ unprofessional service from the dealer ~ more like the garage next door :(
    I totally agree with all. Service is very bad in Hyderabad as well.
    I bought car (OCTAVIA) recently and started giving problem after 1 month. They are saying it woiuld cost more than 1 lakh 35 thousands. This is very bad. I will have to go to CONSUMER COURT.

    Please suggest whether do we get justice from there.
    I bought Laura Ambiete on July 16, 2008. The car was running well but the airconditioning was extremely poor. A complaint was launchesd with Delhi and Aurangabad. Car was taken in by Continental Motors(please do not ever buy a car from here) and was returned saying it is working fine by Skoda standards.

    We offered to return the car at a discount and lo and behold the summer of 2009 was aleady on us. The car was not cooling at all in Delhi heat. Skoda finally agreed to replace the Compressor, condenser unit and the blower unit. Continental took the car in on June 20, 2008 for FOUR days. The car has yet not been returned. It is still being repaired.

    We have Mr. Yar Sayeed at[protected] to attend to customer complaints. He promises to call back but never does. Just now (five minutes ago) I called him to say that the car is with you for a month now and when can I have it back. He presumably is shocked that the car is still not returned. He has promised to call me back in 20 minutes. The call will never come.

    Finally I have decided to go to the courts to recover a working car and to claim damges for 30 days of travelling in taxis. Mental agony is not included.

    Please stay away fro this car specially Continental!
    Potential Skoda Buyers Bewarned.

    Skoda India and their dealers DO NOT CARE a damn about their customers.

    I bought a Fabia in June 09, and regret every moment. My complaint was badly handled right from the lady who is their "After Sales" contact person on their mail.

    After that I got a "survey" call wherein I explained everything again, I got a Complaint number, and thought that luck has smiled at last. But after 3 weeks, the complaint number has effected nothing.

    Complete insensitivity to the customer. I think Skoda is pulling a fast one on Indian consumers.

    The car is not made for Indians at all - they just force it down our throats. The levers are all designed for LHD cars, The bonnet can be opened only by the co-driver. Insensitivity at its best.

    Fabia problems :

    The window mechanism button console can be picked out by a 10 year old. Skoda dealer confirmend that this is the problem with EVERY FABIA, and Skoda is aware.

    Bonnet opening lever can be pulled out by a 7 year old. Skoda dealer says that the snap fit does not snap fit sometimes! Sorry ! nothing can be done about it.

    Snap fit fastners of the break light mounted on the rear windscreen are broken when the car is delivered.

    My Skoda India experience I can understand why Skoda is an unpreferred brand in Europe.

    Dear Sir

    I, Anupal Singh r/o house no 209 sector 9-C Chandigarh (India)

    had purchased a Laura Candy White in my wife’s name (Harsimranjit Kaur ) with Vin No TMBBEE1Z39A150373 on[protected] from your dealership Krishna Auto Sales at Chandigarh. The car has been driven for only 4272 Kms & mostly to the workshop for the perpetual problem of emission of white smoke on starting the car, with foul smell as well as no pickup and low average.



    I apprised M/s Krishna Auto Sales Chandigarh, on 08/08/09 about the said problems, who agreed to look into the problem and assured that the problem would be rectified.



    I must compliment the staff at Krishna Auto Sales Chandigarh for going out of their way to redress my problem. They have been very courteous “but I am Sorry to say that people at Head Office at Aurangabad are not at all interested in rectifying the problem, rather their attitude is callous and high handed .”



    The hit and trial method adopted from day one leads me to believe that you yourselves are not sure what and how to arrive at the final diagnosis, short of changing and replacing the parts and then eventually sending software to clear the defect “have done nothing.”



    Sir not only have I suffered mental harassment and huge financial losses, but have also been told in no uncertain terms by Mr. S.K Aggarwal that the defective car sold to me by your ESTEEMED COMPANY will not be replaced rather it may take 2 Year for it to be repaired and the losses incurred by buyers like me are of no consequences to the company. Further when I requested him to furnish me with the details of the MD Telephone No., Email Address, He categorically told me that as he was the sole in charge …………HIS WORD STANDS FINAL.





    So where do I go from here ?????????????

    This is a foolish comment. My three years old Octavia was a terrific car and I just sold it reccently for a decent price
    Very poor system of handling customer & customer complaints.The fly wheel is wornout.Skoda say you have over driven the vehicle while my car ia warranty.They partially attended Ac problem under warranty but Fly wheel is over driven.If you ask technical report then service manager says We have been asked not to show you or give the report of Skoda .It is ridiculous. HR 26 AP 7065

    I dont know how to speak tio skoda people because no body pick up phone at Auranga bad.

    Dear Sir,
    Myself Rupesh Vijayvargiya residing at Bhopal, I have purchased the Fabia classic from your Dealer –Sagar Automobiles –Bhopal on 15th sep 09, after an hour the horn of the vehicle was not working and when I showed the vehicle to the service engineer he told me that the part needs to be replaced with new one now after that almost a month has been past but not getting proper response whenever I enquired I was told that the part was in transit and will be delivered in a day or two.

    Kindly look into this on priority.

    GUys DONT BUY skoda, if you have any intention of seeing you not scribbling on this platform. And the reason for this is TRASH*TRASH + CRAP Service center. the company Krishna Auots especially jalandhar, is full of the dumbest technical staff, i ve seen in my life. Even a courier delivery guy can do better job on your car than these company people.

    i have a supreb and its just an excellent product but if you have any problem, you are gonna kill yourself for buying, after your unfruitful visits to the company...
    Imagine when i have to tell the problem, the part, the replacement and the procedure of the Gear Tiptronic.
    Man!! they asking Rs 27000 for a part, which i can get (same VW Passat part) online for Rs 1, 250 . wont you feel like killing self.

    I don t know why they charged me even for the check up of vehicle, when i had to tell them the part that could be faulty without opening, AND THEY COULD NOT FIIND fault EVEN AFTER OPEING THE TIPTRONIC COVER!!!

    GUYs don't buy it, Cars are fabulous but SERViCE SUCKS.

    YOU will thank me later on for advice. i Know
    Skoda company slogan should be changed to "Buy Skoda, Buy Troubles". No accountability, No consumer reddressel system. No body to litsen to your complaints.

    Skoda service staff is cooperative outside the service centre, pay tothem and get the vehicle serviced at your house or provide them neutral workshop. The ony solution and you als get stolen/removed working part s of other Skoda owners.

    I would like to inform you, that given the condition of the replacement vehicle I have been given, I am unable to undertake long distance outstation travel which has started to impair my professional life.

    As you are aware, and for the sake of putting this on record, the Laura I purchased about 12 months ago, continues to have the problems mentioned in my mail below to you.

    Since this last email of November 16, the car has been sent to the Skoda workshop a number of times.
    On one of these occassions, I am told that the entire engine block of the car was replaced to take care of this problem of excess oil consumption.
    However, even this dramatic step did not yield result and the car continued to have the same problem through till the end of February 2010.
    The car was sent back to the workshop yet again on March 2, 2010 and continues to be in your possession as of the time of writing this email.

    I am now informed by the workshop that Skoda plans on changing a few parts, which step ‘should’ solve this problem.

    I want to place on record that in the last 9 months, the car has spent almost 45-50 days in your workshop for this same reason, and Skoda has been unable to resolve the issue of excess oil consumption. While it is hoped that your latest measures will indeed resolve this issue, I am afraid that I have very little faith – since so many steps and examinations in the last 9 months have not yielded any result. I fear that this may well be another ‘trial’ of sorts that is being undertaken and that the problem will re-exhibit itself in the coming days once the car is handed back to me.

    My request at this time is that IF this problem re-occurs in the coming days after this latest effort from your side, then Skoda should finally see fit to replace the current vehicle with a new Laura vehicle, or return the purchase price of the car to me.

    You and the company would appreciate that I have been more than patient in letting you resolve the issue till now, and that I have suffered a lot of pain & inconvenience from the overall downtime that comes from such frequent, and often long downtimes in the workshop.

    I would like to hear your thoughts on this matter, and I would urge you to please respond to me by return email such that I have your response on record.

    My work & business are suffering due to this incessant downtime of the vehicle. And I am of the opinion that once the warranty on this vehicle runs out both Skoda India and Autobahn would have washed their hands off this very serious issue.

    As you are well aware Sir, engine oil, or the lack thereof in the car is a potential threat to the long term life of the engine itself. I trust that you will look into this matter and revert to me within this working week.

    In all honesty, I am in no mood – after 6 months – to listen to excuses and requests for more time. I think Skoda should be replacing this vehicle as it is obviously defective if the company and the service center can not diagnose the problem with the vehicle.

    I would also request you to send me the name and contact e-mail id’s of the head of Skoda in india as well as the head of after sales service at the company.

    i purchased laura on 16-07-08.till today i have repaired my car from krishna auto sales chandigarh.my name is s.k.jain add. s.c.f-8 sector 22d chandigarh. my car reg.no.is ch 04 e 0666.my tyres are ruined because of bad rear shockers.they people say we can only change shockers if they are leak only. even if they are weak or ruined the tyres.what is the benifit of getting car service regularly from company if vechicle under warranty can not be repaired.kindly look into the matter and respond me or ask krishna auto to give me in writing so that i can proceed leagly.any other information pl. mail me or contact me -[protected]
    i have purchased a skoda laura... i have repaired my car from kc motors jammu... my car reg. no Jk02 AK 0039... i m having problems with my car... they said that the car is perfect .. but i m getting the ENGINE check light again & again. plz tell me what to do leaglly.
    i am owing a skoda laura car and is still in the work shop of the authorised work shop of skoda. I have put the laura to the work shop atlest a month ago for routine A.C. check as summer going on, because of the negligency at the work shop level now the car is not getting started. Authorised work shop of skoda has gone against the policy of the company, they have sent the parts of my car to out sider for the sake of rectification of problem without my consent even. The management is not serious regarding the issue created by the local level by any of the foreman of the company. I request all of you to send me any support in the terms of complain or any thing that will be help full to me to go for criminal as well as civil - consumer litigation so that no body from now onwards get suffered like us from service of skoda
    i own a superb 2.6 diesel of 2006 run upto 1 lakh km. since i bought it i had problms with d tyre, which were of 3rd class quality provided by the dealer. i changed it by myself at 5 thousand km only..then had problems with the brake pads then with the total brake system... i changed that also... my cars booster of the brake had to be changed within 30000 km...my car whenever went for the servecing all te logo's were removed and and informed me that there were no logo and u have to put new 1ce...i did work of timing belt...upto nw i servecied my car soo many times that the total bill uptill nw must be more than 10 lakhs only of servicing... i took my car from pune maharashta...therefore whoever reads this take in mind that DONT EVER BUT A SKODA>>>
    The Skoda Service is definately the worst. I am using a Laura L & K Automatic. 2006 Model. Everytime it goes for repair, they charge me a bomb. Its like servicing a BMW 7 Series after 4 Years. My average bill is 20K. The AC in Laura is really Sad. Spare parts are really really steep. I would never advise anyone to go for any Skoda car again. All said and done, The car is of Superb build quality, only service in Bangalore is terrible.

    I have been using a Skoda Laura for the last therr years. I like the vehicle so much but now I am trying to sell it because of the utter lack of service from their dealer in Trivandrum, M/s Marikkar Motors. I thought that it was a problem with our local dealer. But now after reading all this I undrestand that this a general problem with everyone,

    The only advice I can give is " Never buy a SKODA, at least in India"
    Since last one month I have been chasing with you people for the repairing of my car, and it seems that you people are doing a favor in convincing the dealer to get the job done no paying Rs.17, 000.00, But for you kind attention I would like to make it clear that the customer using car like skoda does not run behind 17000, but as I have paid Rs.73000.00 for the same job I don’t want to pay anymore for the same job, .

    And the fault is all your as the car has traveled hardly 6500 Kms since changing of Condenser and Compressor. And amazingly neither you nor your dealer has replied us any of our email regarding my car. And we strongly feel that it must be your policy not to answer or not to attend any customer complaint.

    Attached is the entire story you will enjoy as a supplier to go through, and I hope you will understand the reason behind my daily efforts.

    I am a proud owner of SKODA- FABIA CLASSIC Model, purchased from Torque Auto Ltd., Baroda, India. Mr Car Registration Number is GJ-23 M 8177.

    My Car Fan has some manufacturing problem, this is the FOURTH TIME it has stopped working. The FAN has been replaced three times already in last ONE YEAR.

    Now, recurrence of such problem is difficult to tackle as it consumes lot of time, money & energy. It is also very difficult to drive a car without Air-condition.

    I want a permanent solution for my this problem & if you can not do anything on this kindly replace this car and give me a new fresh car.


    I sincerely, request you once again to take up my this job on TOP PRIORITY BASIS and
    do the needful at the earliest.

    Every dealer of skoda seems to be hand picked by them to give the most horrible service, as I thought only the chennai dealer was bad. What is skoda India doing.? Training their sales and service people on how to irritate people to the maximum that they never ever come back to buy another skoda. Or are they trying to get rid o[censored]nsold stocks from the original skoda from czech to Indian customers. They treat customers who pay in several Lakhs to buy these cars as dirt. Is there no remedy to this, why should so many skoda owners suffer in India
    I have purchased my Skoda Fabia elegance 1.2 car on 17.01.2011 ( chassis no AG018248)

    (1) After one year recently one of the tyre was inflated and while replacing the same with stepney we found that the same is non alloy base !

    (2)The car is very personal to me and was used by me and my wife only, during one of my recent long trip, my family members started complaining to me that they are not able to here the sound system clearly in the back seat. When cross checked with the dealer they claimed only front speaker is standard !

    But the catalogue handed over to me during purchase claims 4 speakers.

    I have been asked by number of colleague is your vehicle is of ABS, then why Skoda such a big company cant even give a small sticker for the same. ( now i am doubting is it there or not ?)

    Inspite of repeated mails and calls NO SINGLE REPLY FORM SKODA

    please do not buy skoda cars i[censored] do this mistake ur going to suffer a lot because i owned a laura landk on 7oct2011 in amritsar punjab from day one the problem was in dashboard after 41/2month the problem starts in a/c and now the nose from doors i want to say in skoda u ll not find any happiness only sad days ll strat because now i am getting problem in brake pad i ll say how much im speeding in 5 months dashboard =9500, a/c=
    60000to80000, doors=10000, brakepads =16000 now u all decided to buy this car ur pocket ll lose 115000 in 5months only so going sell this

      Yes, the AC problem is pathetic, you have to keep changing the controls to avoid the screen getting condensed. Most people do not know there are four major flaws with all Laura's:

      1. The hose pipe touches the fan near the bonnet, causing a harsh sound. This causes both the fan and the hose pipe to wear out prematurely. If you notice the problem the service engineers wil put two wiring harnesses from the local market that are used to tie computer cables. They will charge you Rs.500 for service and Rs.150/- for each harness (they cost Rs.2 in the market). However the problem will not be sorted until you go to a good garage and ask them toe tie thin ropes (suthli's). This is a manufacturing defect in all Laura's.
      2. The headlight cleaner that pop's out after five windscreen washes, has a body coloured cover which falls off on the driver side. The replacement cover costs Rs.500 and and extra Rs.300 for the paint since it only comes in black.
      3. The ac control has to be directed to the feet to avoid the screen from getting condensed. This causes the passengers in the rear to become very uncomfortable.
      4. The tyres in the Laura develop a bubble after 4-6 months o[censored]sage, the only remedy is replacement of all tyres, which costs around Rs.29,000/-

      Apart from the above standard problems the fuel lock release switch is also problematic, with most cars facing that problem. After about a years usage the lid refuses to open, Skoda engineers will surely replace something and give you a huge bill, but the problem never completely goes away.

      Our company has 20 Skoda octavias and 9 Lauras, including one of the origianl imported Lauras with 8 airbags. The quality of Skoda has really suffered, with even the Octavias giving a ton of problems. I spoke to 5 people in Skoda Ahmednagar and they didnt even bother to reply to our directors. This after buying 29 cars, I can imagine what an individual owner goes through.

      If you have to go for a diesel go for a Optra Magnum. Chevrolet is trying hard to please its customers and the price is low too. Our company scrapped the idea of buying a superb after seeing the host of problems. We are not even buying the Passat which has been offered to us in a loyalty scheme, since it is the same family and shares the same parts and manufacturing facitilty.


      Moral of the story...Old Octy's rock, new ones suck. Laura is a defective car, not meant for keeps. Our company has already sold 7 of the 9 Lauras.

      I own Skoda Laura and I purchased this car in July 2007. I have some problem with the car and not getting any solution.

      From the day first A/c not working. Laura A/c is worst in this segment.

      I sent the car for the service at M/s Giriraj Auto ( Gurgaon ) India and they told there was some loose connection in some blower pipe and it is been fixed.

      After few days I feel same problem and I sent my driver again to Giriraj Auto and they told they don’t have service capacity today come again after few days.

      Then I sent after 3 weeks and they told before sending my car I have to book it in advance for the repair then only they can take the car for repair.

      Today same thing happened once again. I request to Giriraj Motors ( Mr. Irfan ) and he told there is no engineer today to fix this problem. I got surprised that city like Gurgaon they don’t have manpower to repair the vehicles. I believe Gurgaon has the maximum Skoda cars in India.

      Giriraj Motors told me that they can’t do any thing..If I am not happy with the service then I can talk to Skoda customer care in India. I ask them to give me any senior officials contact number or email id they refused to give me . They told it is not possible.

      Then I called up to Customer care and Ms Nikita took my call and assured me for the good service. I told her madam I know nothing is going to happen if possible give me some senior person contact no or email id bcz I want to get it repair today itself. I am going out of town for a week. I cannot drive the car for a week with AC problem. Since from few days cooling is very bad.

      After that I called up Mr. Srinivas ( Skoda Auto India ) I told him the problem and told he will do something and revert me by 2PM IST. After few miniutes I got a call from Giriraj auto that they can fix the problem but I will get the car late night. I agreed that and send my driver.

      After 4-5 hours I have been told by service staff that this problem cannot be fix because they don’t have the Part (AC FAN ). Then I ask them to give me in written that they don’t have the spare part not available. Finally they have sent the car back and my driver told they have written by manually even I cannot read that language what is written.

      I am really surprised how the people are getting the service for the Skoda cars in India.
      Nobody is willing to give any senior officials email or contact id.
      Nobody worried about the service quality for the Skoda ( brand name ) even they don’t have sense how to talk with the customers ( especially Giriraj Staff)

      Now I really thinking Honda and other cards have much-much better service compare to Skoda in India.

      We puchased vehicle DL4CAV1540 Skoda Laura Car on dated[protected] from Giriraj Motors Pvt. Ltd., JMD. Pacific Square. Sector - 14. Part - 2, Gurgaon, Haryana.
      1. It was rectified on 22-04-08 that the "Fuel Pressure Pipe Ring" was not fitted in the car.The fault was rectified by Silverton auto, Motinagar, New Delhi.We have written letter to Giriraj Motors and Head Office Aurangabad dated 28-04-08.No reply received till date.
      2. A babble mark noticed on tyre on dated[protected] Kms).Silverton Auto nad Giriraj Motors both refused to change the tyre even the vehicle was very much in warranty period.A complained letter dated 20th sep 08 was Written to head Office in this regard.No reply till date.
      3. Horn of the subect car went wrong five times from the date of purchase to 11 Dec 08.It was repaired number of times but working for one or two days only.Again we wrote a letter to Gurgaon and Head Office on 12 Dec 08.No reply received till date.
      4. Sterio was not working fron the day one.After countless call to Giriraj Motors it was repaced on 11-02-09.
      5. AC fan is not working from the begining.I requested n number of times at Giriraj Motors but all in vain because the part is not availabe.They have given request to Head office.against our request on 12-12 -08
      6. Again the horn went wrong.
      finding it very diffcult how to overcome these problums.Hope some posetive reply from your end.

        falling down of engine

        I was driving the car in the city of chandigarh and suddenly there was a roaring noise and I had to stop the car. On opening the hood I got the shock of my life as the engine had fallen down from its place and was stopped from falling on the road by some support it got from the base of the car....

        Sir ,i had purchaied a skoda superb car from Oberoi moters Dahradun outlet. My car tyer was found side bulging in one of tyre(with in one month,the total milage was 400 km) It was repoted imedeatly
        to the dealers and replacement of tyre is the only remady,but dealer is replacing it by used old car tyre with statement , Skoda company aproved to this.
        Is it the policy of reputed company SKODA ??

        I TOTALLY agree with your complaint agains the Skoda Superb car tyre bursting and bulging. I have also purchased 2 brand new Skoda Superb cars about 4 months back, and i ma also complaining bout the same as your complaints are about the tyre and a faulty design of the product.
        I am also going to the court of law against the company and also would appreciate if i can get your support in this.

          Dear Sir,

          I had Purchased Skoda Laura last October 2006 in TAFE Access Ltd. in the name of Planet Agencies (Pvt.) Ltd. Vehicle number is KA52M1122.As I am not satisfied with the way the service is provided in TAFE Access Ltd. I was promised that Mud flap will be fitted at the time of delivery but unfortunately it’s not given till date and adding spice to my grievances, on my first service at TAFE Access service HosurRoad...
