I approached Skoda Superb Dealer JMD Auto, Khairani Road, Sakinaka and requested them to get me two rear view glasses as it got stolen.

It is now more than two months and they are unable to procure the glasses.Then are not paying ant attention to my request.

I have also complained Aswini Thakre, 'Public Relations Manager', Skoda Auto on her email id ashwini.[protected]@skoda-auto.co.in on 25th Jan 2011. She has also not replied so far.

How will I drive the vehicle without glasses, if the company cannot provide spare parts?

Against Skoda’s Unethical Conduct

Dear Fellow,

I have recently had a terrible experience with Skoda which has costed me a lot of money, harassment and still an unreliable Skoda Superb car. Astonishingly, The Skoda Company is hands-in-gloves with its Dealerships & Authorized Workshops, who are given a free-hand to exploit customers and fleece them mercilessly by Skoda itself.

I empathize with the similar exploitation inflicted on you by Skoda and hence urge you to not let it just be at the hands of foreign companies, who think of India as a dumping ground and Indian Customers a bunc of weak, uneducated .

I am creating a forum of 100 similar sufferers who can together jointly address our issues with Skoda to apt regulatory, media, public and rating agencies till we get a resolution.

Await your revert and support to reclaim what is rightfully ours.

    I have skoda laura model 2006 and living in patiala 70 km fro chandigarh.The turbo pipe internal washer/rubber ring is damaged and the car at patiala when we go to agency krishna automobile chd first he said wait for an haour we will provide you the washer/rubber ring but after an hour they said you should have to purchase the whole turbo pipe which cost around Rs 5000 and i think if the simple washer is available then why we buy whole pipe its not fair..the accessories are avaiable but not to give us. I think such a huge company will provide this type of washers but he is blackmailing me..so kindly provide us on the geniune rate so that we appricate the skoda co. thanx ...regds

      I am unfortunately a customer of SKODA “OBSESSED WITH QUALITY”. I have purchased a Skoda Fabia in Oct 2008 bearing reg no KA 01 ME 0932 (Chassis no – TMBBHG5J88A505706).

      My opinion about SKODA was largely different from what it is today. Which is what made me purchase this vehicle. When I purchased the Vehicle I was very proud to be a part of a great vehicle, having a solid European built and best in class features at that time.

      My happiness and pride were short lived with my experiences with your dealer “ MS Vinayaka Cars Pvt Ltd”

      Having purchased the vehicle with Vinayaka Cars I promptly had taken the vehicle for my first service with them(Oct 2010). This is where problems started
      - I only had 2 minor complaints
      o Lighter not functioning
      o AC not effective
      The problem with the lighter was fixed at my cost. And the AC filter and Gas refilled. I drove back as a happy customer.
      Next day since it was drizzling I tried to switch on the wiper and it was not functioning. The wiper was perfectly alright before I left the vehicle for service. I drove the vehicle back to the service center and spent another few hours getting that fixed.
      When I got the vehicle back I realized that a new indicator on my dash board was on. I referred the manual to realize that this was the indicator telling me that the Airbags have been turned off.
      Opps…. Vinayaka had its way again. They had messed with the Airbags meant to save my life…. Went back to them to get this fixed.

      A few days down the line I travelled out of town, 70 KM from Bangalore. My 8 month old had thrown a piece of plastic on the floor of the Car. I started the Car and switched on the AC on recirculation…. And suddenly a roaring noise from the AC started off. I was shocked and shaken. I found that the piece of plastic paper that my kid had thrown on the floor is missing. I felt the bottom of the dash boad to notice that there was an opening from where Air was getting sucked. I immediately called Vinayaka Cars for help. I was told that a leaf may have entered the AC vents and I need not worry. I could drive back and have the vehicle fixed the next day.

      When I took this back to Vinayaka the next day, I was shocked to know that the paper from the floor had gotten sucked into the AC. That moment I was ashamed to have been owning a skoda. I have owned a Fiat Palio, A Maruti Exteem and a Maruti Zen. All of the cars much lower end in technology but never consumed paper from inside the car. I discussed the issue with the GM (Pravin Patil) who made me understand that this is a unique problem, and this will be taken up with skoda. I was assured of a discount on the bill. Apparently Rs 900 was waived off from the bill and I was charged only 900/-. I was also assured that Mr Pravin will personally work with Skoda to help me out and reimburse 900 that was charged to me.

      Feb 2010, I was back with Vinayaka again as another paper napkin had gone missing from the floor. This was unbelievable. How can a car be manufactured to suck paper from the floor. Mr Pravin I hoped by now would have answer to this question. He apparently personally had worked with the mechanics and gotten the issue resolved. I was interested to know how the issue was resolved. I felt below the dash board to find out that the opening that sucked paper is now covered. I spoke to Pravin that this was never there all this while, and how was this fixed now. Why was this not fixed the last time around? Pravin started abusing me in Hindi and used foul language. He assured me that he will ensure that I will be harassed.

      I should have immediately called SKODA and escalated this.

      The floor manager was however helpful and helped me get the Rs 900 reimbursed in the form of a voucher. I was informed by the service engineer that the issue was that the flap was not replaced when the vehicle was let for the first service. He said that this cannot be documented and if he did Pravin will ensure that this will cost him his job. I was also asked to return in a week’s time and get one of the component in the AC replaced under warranty which will stop that noise. A week later with the new component the AC noise continued. I was told that since this is a new component it will take a few thousand KM for the noise levels to disappear.

      In the meanwhile I also had a body shop work with the front Bonet and Bumper. This was fixed but the horn was not messed up with. Vinayak replaced the horn on warranty but this is not the standard horn that comes at the time of purchase.

      I took the Car to Skoda again in Oct for the second free service. Reported issued with noise from the AC has not stopped. I was assured that once the AC filter is replaced, the noise will disappear. And as usual when the car was delivered back to me the AC noise continued. This was claimed to be normal noise by the service personnel.

      I also had reported a weird noise that comes up when I start the for the first time vehicle after a gap of few days. This Vinayaka Cars assured orally again that is not harmful. By this time I had lost complete trust in both Vinayak cars and Skoda. I got back with all the problems that I reached the service center with.

      All this one has to go through after buying a car from SKODA “Obsessed with Quality”.

      At the advise of your customer service execs I left the car with TAFE access. They have apparently fixed the issue with the AC. But I am being charged Rs 1400 for the AC gas. Why charge me for a problem that skoda(Vinayak Skoda) created. I need your help to get this waived off please.

      I had placed this complaint with Skoda customer care on 19th Dec on 20th Dec I was informed that I should take the vehicle to Tafe Access service center who will help me with the issue. I was never informed that there will be a charge associated. I would not have taken the vehicle to Tafe access had I been informed that I would be charged.

      I am writing to you also for more help. Please help me feel proud of owing a Skoda. I have 1 other issue that I have discussed in this email that need attention. The issue with starting the vehicle after a few days.

        Respected Sir,
        I had such a high degree of respect for the track record established by SKODA Motors in rolling out products of superior quality for over a century that I had no hesitation in driving away the skoda superb.But I am sorry to tell you that this is perhaps the greatest blunder I have committed in my life. I have had nothing but problems.I Bought this car on 10th june 2009,the car totally satisfied its name superb but everything changed when it met with an accident on 28th may 2010.SKODA service totally disappointed me.The dealers don't have the parts of the car and it took them long 6 months to repair the car.I bought my car back on the 21st november 2010.The car was still not repaired totally, some parts were still missing but I bought the car back as the dealer told me that it will take some time to get parts like the chrome of the side door and seat belt pole on the left side.It was only a weak when my car suddenly stopped in the middle of the road due to the jamming of gear and the gear itself shifted to neutral and the car stopped moving.I gave my car to skoda fahrenheit,Moti Nagar. it took them a week to repair the car.After a couple of days the car again met with the same problem,the company resolved the problem and gave it to me after a couple of days and now the car is again suffering from the same problem and every time they have the same excuse that a part is missing.If a part is missing why cant they repair it in once? and now if I call them they ignore or say it will take around a month to get the car repair.I would request you to please look into the matter and let me know as soon as possible.

          Ag. my Purchase order no. 021/30.11.10, fiinalised by me after 5 days for mpi-elegance(petrol), with committed delivery after 10-12 days, not honoured. Subsequent follow ups with Satguru, yielded no result. Final date of 1.1.2011 was fixed & accordingly certain family get together was organised to celebrate new car's arrival. On 1.1.2011, I was shown docs. of black Fabia (top end) with chasis no. TMBFRL5J1AGO18275, but was told to deliver mid segment Black Fabia, as there has been a technical flaw from Skoda's despatch dept. I suffered image loss plus mental agony . Further efforts to refer to Skoda Officials like Salil Tatke, did not help the matter . I registered a complaint on line on 2.1.2011 , plus personally visited Satguru, Indore on 3.1.2011, who probably under pressure refused to acknowledge my written complaint . I felt so offended at their callous attitude as to how can they show me docs. of a model & venture to deliver another low end model , which I refused outright, causing me so much of inconveniences like physical & mental trauma .             Earlier we had CHEVROLET AVEO Car in our family and were relying on them for their Good services.

            But when our family learned about skoda octavia Car, -its quality and performance as well as your assurance of providing best SERVICES after Sale, we immediately switched over to your decent CAR, we have purchased OCTAVIA, MP-O4CF1034.

            WE HAD PURCHASED ABOVE CAR IN MARCH 2010 FROM M/S SAGAR AUTOTECH BHOPAL OWNER MR. TAHSEEN KHAN.WE WERE STILL ENJOYING THE CAR BUT WHEN WE CAME TO KNOW THAT DEALER HAD GIVEN US THE OLD DEMO CAR AFTER REVESING THE METER AND ITS MANUFACTURING WAS 2008.WE LATER CAME TO NOW THAT CAR WAS NOT HAVING THE ORIGNAL BATTERY AND ALSO THE TYRE WERE ALSO CHANGED BEFORE DELIVERING ME.ALL THIS MATTER CAME IN PICTURE WHEN I RECIVED THE INSUARANSE RENUWAL OF CALL THAT MY INSUARANSE IS DUE IN DECEMBER.THIS CALL HAD OPENED MY EYES THAN I HAD ENQUARIED ABOUT THE CAR WITH THE EMPLOYS THEY HAD GIVEN ME ALL THE DETAIL INFORMATION.


            WE HAD THAN GIVEN A COMPLAINT NO.03856 TO CUSTOMER CARE OF ON DT[protected] AND LATER ON WE ARE STILL DOING FOLLOW UP EVERY DAY TILL TODAY.

                We have purchased Skoda Fabia Ambiente DL 4C AV 3091 on 10th April 2009 from Fahrenheit Automobiles, Moti Nagar Delhi, believing I have purchased a good quality car, but from the day one car is having the problems which it should not have and the problem that car going left is still continuing even after visiting the workshop many times and the suspension is no good then Maruti 800. The headlight beam mechanism motor was found faulty and replaced. The switch for rear window operation was faulty.

                I purchased this car believing that it is having very rugged parts but disappointed on learning that its fuel cap is faulty during the very first year and needs replacements and which is the only solution because of lock failure.

                Rear wiper bracket is very fragile and replaced 3 times along with the wiper blade causing lot of expenditure for a small bracket.

                And last of all rear tire got burst and the damage is not along the circumference but across it indication a material failure and not because of low pressure.

                  Dear Authority,

                  This is Saurav Sranagi. I have been a loyal user of your [Brand] Skoda Company for last 1 years and I appreciate your car mechanism. One of the important reasons to buy Skoda Fabia Ambiente 1.4 TDI was safety and organized mechanism. But after having a fatality, a small crash of my car by a 2 whileer on 21st Oct, i found problem in my power steering . In this crash, wheeler hit in the driver door and in the front right wheel. after that the steering was jammed , which in turn led to unsafe and at risk to my life.

                  From that day till 14th of Dec vehicle is at Skoda Mahabir Auto Showroom, Bhubaneswar. Customer care department Chief helped sending trained mechanics, engineer team to find out cause but were unable to come to any conclusion regard After repeated Nagging after on 14th Dec, Aurangabad customer care department said that the complaint (Number: 03153) has been launched to Skoda Co. & asked to wait for a week to get the relevant answer but this week went for 60days but still no answer.

                  I have talked to many responsible senior officers of MAHABIR AUTO ,Bhubaneswar but what I felt is just ignorance as they say non-availability of parts. After this accident, your staff has not provided me proper service and help. Are these officers are just to give reminder calls & nag for new customers who made calls regarding Enquiry or Quotation? Life seems to come to standstill after this incident. I am helpless to figure it out how to recover this huge financial outlay for mental trauma and car damage. Monetary compensation becomes very essential at this point of time from our reputed automobile company.

                  I request you to look into the matter and expect that Skoda Co. satisfies up to my level of satisfaction where the company offers new one in replacement to the defective parts . I believe not to get into legal issues by seeking an adviser with such brand company as we are link with some media news company"KAMYAB TV" in Orissa and i do not want to go on air for this issue. I look forward to build long lasting relation with your company by seeking a positive response and solution where I and company both satisfy.

                  Dear Fellow,

                  I have recently had a terrible experience with Skoda which has costed me a lot of money, harassment and still an unreliable Skoda Superb car. Astonishingly, The Skoda Company is hands-in-gloves with its Dealerships & Authorized Workshops, who are given a free-hand to exploit customers and fleece them mercilessly by Skoda itself.

                  I empathize with the similar exploitation inflicted on you by Skoda and hence urge you to not let it just be at the hands of foreign companies, who think of India as a dumping ground and Indian Customers a bunc of weak, uneducated .

                  I am creating a forum of 100 similar sufferers who can together jointly address our issues with Skoda to apt regulatory, media, public and rating agencies till we get a resolution.

                  Await your revert and support to reclaim what is rightfully ours.

                    Very poor customer service from Fahrenheit Automobiles.
                    The worst car dealers I've come across. Sales executives lie about product features and packages.
                    No service in the sense you will have to call 20 times to confirm one thing they will not call you, every time they ask for 1/2 hrs. for responding back but you can call after2 hrs. for same reply.

                    I got delivery of my car after 1 & 1/2 months of booking...

Then also why is he (Mr. Jankar, Call received at 4.05pm from [protected] [protected]) asking permission to change AC's Climate controller & doing mental harassment to me repeatedly. Either by himself or by your customer care representative Mr. Sijwo (Exact name not able to identify). Received call from [protected] [protected] today at 4.25pm.



                    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and let my car return by Friday(Mr. Jankar said) as show room condition & also please stop doing mental harassment by Mr. Jankar Solanki.

                    Dear Sir,

                    My car was engrossed in water on 07/08/10 due to heavy rain. I called to Mr. Bhavesh and Mr. Rakesh on 08/08/10 @ your workshop, Ahmedabad. He informed me not to start car and inform to insurance company and take claim number & they will toe (break down) the car. The car was showroom condition when they toe the car on the same day. I called to insurance company. Claim number has been given. Claim number was:[protected]. Then car had been taken to your workshop and also I have give required documents like Original RC book, Original claim form, Policy zerox, Original Key etc. on 10/08/2010 at 2.45pm. Then on 11/08/2010 Surveyor Mr. Kuntal rao from TATA AIG – Gen. Insurance Co. Ltd. came for survey. He survey and said on phone, you will have to take back this claim as car is 100% ready. There isn’t any problem with A/C, heater, CD changer, paint damage, Sensor, Steering, and Wheels etc. everything is in working condition. Then I call to your workshop to send my car back. They give assurance to return my car in that particular week, but till 13/09/2010 I didn’t receive my car, after asking number of times in each week. So, I reached at your workshop on that date and I was shocked to see the condition of my car. It was totally damaged. Nothing was in working condition. After this much I get to know on 16/09/2010 and 23/09/2010 after receiving a letter from Mr. Kuntal Rao that even your company has lost original documents and so did not sent documents to insurance company. And so I got letter from Mr. Kuntal rao regarding missing documents. Now, I just want my car return any how asap.

                    Yesterday I tried number of times to reach Gujarat Director Mr. Nirmai Sharma by phone, but he did not receive my phone. Before that I called to Mr. Jankar Solanki but he said he busy and will call later, Yet did not have call from him also.

                    Today I talked with online customer service provider Mr. Deepak Mishra on [protected] [protected] and I just got complain number SAIPL – 10 – 10 – 02397.

                    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                        Skoda after sales service is aweful ,pathetic and disgusting, after paying such a huge sum of money to buy Skoda Laura-2008, every time the car is taken for Service, the dealer Mahavir auto service in Hyderabad rips us off of thousands of rupees, the insurance does not cover it, any part cost minimum is Rs 4000, any estimate is over Rs15000, recently my car ac was not working and I had to pay Over Rs 55000 to get it fixed though the problem seems to be with the Car Manufacturer Skoda and they may be selling defective Skoda cars in India, the dealer seems to just care of making money out of the brand conscious and innocent customers!!

                        i bought a skoda laura in 2006.and the service(marikar motors- tvm) has been downright aweful.for the last year and half,i have been complaining about the ac not cooling and nothing was being done.and now they inform me that there is a problem,but as the warranty is over,i will need to pay 65% of the replacement charge-45000 rs.also there was this whinning noice coming from the rear passenger window,and the solution the skoda service centre employed was to rub mseal compound at the window edges making it look like scrap.no replacement of beading,but mseal.after every service there is always something upsetting.right now i am in a verbal duel with skoda service to get the ac compressor and condensor replaced free of charge.

                        SKODA Laura new — Dealer commitment not fulfilled

                        Dear all.
                        I had bought Skoda Laura New in 1st week of Jan 2010, from NAVNIT CARS Skoda Dealer NAGPUR, had commited me Leather Seat cover will be given by company at the time of delivery and same has been given in writing by the dealer in purchase order, but they had asked me install the leather seat cover from STAINLEY dealer in nagpur and told payment will be made by the company....ACCORDINGLY THEY HAD TALK WTH STAINLEY PEOPLE ALSO.

                        After installation of leather seat cover , Stainley dealer had call me to make the payment ... when i had told him the NAVNIT CARS pvt ltd will mak the payment.. he straight away told me v do not beleive on that people, kindly make the payment and release YOUR car.. hence i had compulssarily have to make the payment of Rs.31500/- to release my car from stainley people.

                        After many calls and many mails to dealer as well as skoda company there is no reply... from them...


                        Kindly give me the greaviances.

                        The service at Europa Motors too is very bad. They keep cars for days, without acting on it.

                        I have skoda octivia and skoda laura and i am not setisfied with skoda because in 29th april 2012 i bought skoda laura and the sales person give us lot of [censored] commitment and it is not full fill also laura cost is more then 17lack, 1). A.C. is not working properly 2) 2years warranty period but my clutch plate is gone what a bad car, in 2 years they can not solve this problem they have to shutdown their Ahmadabad service center. 3) when i bought new laura there is some defect in interier side so twice we complain them and they can not solve my problem and then i want to buy skoda superb but i bought toyota fortuner and for our staff we bought Volkswagen vento. so constraint for sales is down for your service bussiness so place make 2 other service center in ahmedabad otherwise you give very big aid in all news paper with bumper sale but no one can buy skoda pls think and ask ford strategy. ford car is very good but what about sales of ford.

                          Since last one month I have been chasing with you people for the repairing of my car, and it seems that you people are doing a favor in convincing the dealer to get the job done no paying Rs.17,000.00, But for you kind attention I would like to make it clear that the customer using car like skoda does not run behind 17000, but as I have paid Rs.73000.00 for the same job I don’t want to pay anymore for the same job,.

                          And the fault is all your as the car has traveled hardly 6500 Kms since changing of Condenser and Compressor. And amazingly neither you nor your dealer has replied us any of our email regarding my car. And we strongly feel that it must be your policy not to answer or not to attend any customer complaint.

                            Hi please read this before buying Skoda Fabia TDI.



                            This car is very risky to drive since its ABS braking system is not reliable and its brake pedal gets jammed even in minor rough roads,I buyed two Fabia cars at a same time and i think this was the biggest mistake of my life as both are having the same problem. There are many instances the brake pedal got jammed when my car speed was more than 80km/hr.

                            Nothing has been done by skoda even after complaining again and again via e mails,customer care, authorised service center (ARSHIA MOTORS,FARIDABAD.CONTINENTAL MOTORS,NEW DELHI) for more than a Year.Off-record the technicians and engineers of both service centers agree about the braking problem but even then they are not resolving this matter.



                            I USE TO RESPECT SKODA FOR QUALITY AND SAFETY BUT AFTER BUYING SKODA FABIA TDI, SKODA MADE ME REALIZE THAT I WAS WRONG.


                            Others problems related to this car is engine noise, Skoda fabia tdi make noise similar to a tractor. Fabia spare parts are very very costly.Poor service center lets you completely down.
                            Skoda should do something to improve its after sales service else it might have same condition as it was with Daewoo (which use to make cielo,nexia,matiz).

                            I agree with you Sir. Samething happeend to me as well. My breaks were also not working once in a while. Majority of the times when at low speeds on rough roads, but sometimes on high speeds and planin roads as well.

                            I met with a big accident where my beaks didn't work. Now all the front parts gone and I am going to pay around 30K from my pocket after insurance.

                            My car had also noise problems, they fixed it after repeated follow ups, they claimed it as a throttle head problem etc...

                            I recommend to Say NO TO SKODA. We shoudl start a campaign on that.

                              I had purchased a Skoda Laura 2.0 Ambi M/T and taken delivery of it on August 29th 2010 from Giriraj Motors in Gurgaon. (Chassis: TMBCNE1Z0AA152XXX; Registration number HR26BE4XXX. )

                              On 24th October, with barely 600kms and less than 60 days from the date of delivery, the transmission of the vehicle got jammed. I was unable to engage the first or the fourth gear of the vehicle.The following day, on the 25th I handed over the vehicle at Giriraj’s workshop.

                              The sales team, who had sold me the car a few weeks earlier, promised that everything would be done to take care of me. Temporary vehicle, while the car is in repair (in Gurgaon taxis, autos, public transportation, etc. are yet to be common place), all sorts of things that I was the most important customer, etc. etc.

                              The workshop initially suspected some electronic loose contact and were hopeful they could fix it in an hour. After 4 hours I receive a call that the gear box may have a problem and it will have to be repaired.

                              Now it has been a week. NOBODY from Skoda or Giriraj calls me to tell me anything about the car. The sales team has stopped picking up my calls. The service team has promised to call me at least ten times, and has not called me back even once.

                              I was given the number of the Giriraj workshop GM, Mr.Singh. He does not answer his phone or return a call. I have written to one Mr. Yaser Sayed, in Aurangabad head office, twice, no response.

                              First, how can a premium luxury car breakdown within 600km ? And next, this is the service we get after spending an enormous amount on a luxury brand... Nobody bothers to even contact me and I can not reach anyone on email or phone.

                              I ignored the service problems I read on the internet before purchasing the car, thinking a small disgruntled minority shouts a lot. I guess I am paying a heavy price and now it no longer feels like a minority. Regret the decision to buy Skoda. Welcome to the "Aggrieved Skoda Owners Association Of India" ...

                                Dear Sir,

                                Please refer to my above mentioned booking of the new version of Skoda Fabia.

                                At the time of booking, I was expressly told that I will be getting the delivery of the car,
                                on 3rd November, 2010. In fact I was promised the delivery much before but since I wanted to GIFT the car to my daughter on her Birthday. I volunteered to get the same on the specified date.

                                Now suddenly the dealer’s representative calls up to say that I will not get the car by that date. This is extremely unfair and unreasonable on the part of a MNC like yours. Please note that this call and information of not getting the vehicle on the desired day has caused immense and undue Stress to me. I seek your intervention in this matter and to assure that I get the car on the specified date ONLY since I have completed formalities required by your dealer, well in advance and with sufficient time gap.

                                Please note that not giving the delivery on time as promised tantamount to breach of promise and I will be forced to explore different remedies available to me for the stress and other emotional damages suffered by me due to the high handedness of your Dealers staff.

                                It is also the subject matter of investigation as to whom and at what premium such cars are being diverted if that is the case .

                                I am sure your intervention in this matter will save us both the trouble to go thru such unpleasantness and it will definitely help me in having the pleasure of seeing the smile and happiness on my daughter’s face on her birthday.
                                Same thing happened with me exactly today. Gurudev Motors, Chennai assured the delivery of the FABIA Ambiente Petrol immediately after the payment is made. The sales guy kept chasing for the payment to be made fast. But when last night the payment was finally transferred to the dealer, this morning there was this call indicating a delay of 20 days for delivery. I never expected this kind o[censored]nethical behaviour from a reputed car maker. I understand that this could be a trick from the salesman to get his booking without actually having a physical stock, but then having and supporting a sales person with this attitude makes the brand Skoda at BIG FAULT too.

                                This is the price paid by the customer to go against the market flow (Swift, Figo).

                                All the while when i was thinking about the dishonest sellers at every possible transaction in india and the helpless common consumer (aam aadmi), it hit hard when it happened to me finally.

                                When thought through, only one thing i could guess was that you gotto be influtential personality to get things done the way you want in India. Aam aadmi otherwise could only pacify himself/herself thinking this is INDIA. ( Mera Bharat Mahaan).

                                The same things happend with me and it seems as Cheating the Indian Consumer by giving false wrong committment and not delivring the CAR after the Full payment.

                                I have been chasing the Dealer in Pune as Asset Auto and bookd the car on 22.10.2010. Dealer promised me to deliver the car on or before ( Assured will be before ) 05/11/2010.

                                But to surprise, After payning the full payment, Now dealer is stating the different tantrum and not following the commitment. It is now a delay of almost 15 Days and still Delare has not come farward for any date.

                                This is causing the sever strees to em as the xpetaion of mine was to get the delivery of the car atlast for the Auspicious occassion in Diwali and the SKODA brand and the Dealer has never fulfilled the commitment after full payment.

                                This is a form of professional breach of trust ans the common man are getting penalised by the MNC brands SKODA their dealer in India.

                                Is there any forum who will give justic to common man.

                                When i purchased Hyundai Getz prime the delivery was delayed by more than 15 days from the promised date of delivery. Like wise when I booked Chevrolet Spark last year the same was the case. Hence it is certain almost all car companies are using the money paid by the customers for their benifit saving lot of interest on working capital. You may demand interest from the company or get some free accessories. Take the company to consumer court after getting the car.

                                  I brought Scoda AT Laura from your dealer Gurudev Motors, Trichy in 2009 September, The car no is TN48M9199 is very good and I am enjoying self driving this car.
                                  The only and important issue I have is with the head light where the current power is 55/60, In Indian road conditions this is not enough as you must be aware that all the car owners in India including your previous car model Octavia have the option of changing the headlight bulb to 90/100 immediately.
                                  I also contacted your dealer to change the headlight to 90/100 but they said that it is not possible at there is no option, I even enquired to change the headlight from other car workshops and they said that if I change the bulb headlight it will burst.
                                  Because of this I have limited the use of this car only in the day time and I am using my other car during nights even for a short trip in the high way, If I use Laura because of the other vehicles light power I am unable to get a good view and I feel risky driving this car and my eyes are strained to the core.
                                  Could you please provide a solution to change my head light through your dealer, if not I have no options other than to sell this car as i cannot afford to have a car which I can use only in day time, all the other manufacturers in India are giving this as a basic option. I am sure that this will be the feelings of most of the car owners and I have conformed this with a couple of other owners in Trichy.                                   I do agree to the problem you are facing. I would suggest you to go for projector head lamps with xenon at the same wattage ie of 55/60. You will get a very good throw of light and you wouldn't face any kind of problem of vision. And concerned about the heat, the heat will be the same as it is now and there wouldn't be any change in it. So you can go for xenon bulbs at the same wattage. Regards.

                                  Better ask SKODA SERVICE Peoples to connect your headlight assembly with some special types of Relay... OR otherwise you go for
                                  Outside market for your headlight problems.

                                  Even some HID kits are available in Outside market to boost up your car Lighting.

                                  Once i went to TOYOTA Service area and they showed me HID kit cost around RS 10, 000 and it's function works in both DIM and HIGH BEAMS
                                  Even this is optional, you can connect the HID only for HIGH OR LOW BEAMS...

                                  AVAIL THIS OPTION AND HAVE NICE DRIVE IN NIGHT

                                  WEAR SEAT BELT WHILE DRIVING...

                                    My car was engrossed in water on 07/08/10 due to heavy rain. I called to Mr. Bhavesh and Mr. Rakesh on 08/08/10 @ your workshop, Ahmedabad. He informed me not to start car and inform to insurance company and take claim number & they will toe (break down) the car. The car was showroom condition when they toe the car on the same day. I called to insurance company. Claim number has been given. Claim number was:[protected]. Then car had been taken to your workshop and also I have give required documents like Original RC book, Original claim form, Policy zerox, Original Key etc. on 10/08/2010 at 2.45pm. Then on 11/08/2010 Surveyor Mr. Kuntal rao from TATA AIG – Gen. Insurance Co. Ltd. came for survey. He survey and said on phone, you will have to take back this claim as car is 100% ready. There isn’t any problem with A/C, heater, CD changer, paint damage, Sensor, Steering, and Wheels etc. everything is in working condition. Then I call to your workshop to send my car back. They give assurance to return my car in that particular week, but till 13/09/2010 I didn’t receive my car, after asking number of times in each week. So, I reached at your workshop on that date and I was shocked to see the condition of my car. It was totally damaged. Nothing was in working condition. After this much I get to know on 16/09/2010 and 23/09/2010 after receiving a letter from Mr. Kuntal Rao that even your company has lost original documents and so did not sent documents to insurance company. And so I got letter from Mr. Kuntal rao regarding missing documents. Now, I just want my car return any how asap.

                                    Yesterday I tried number of times to reach Gujarat Director Mr. Nirmai Sharma by phone, but he did not receive my phone. Before that I called to Mr. Jankar Solanki but he said he busy and will call later, Yet did not have call from him also.

                                    KUN AUTO PRIVATE LIMITED — PATHETIC SERVCE

                                    I purchased a Hyundai Accent Executive car from KUN AUTO COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED, C-48 II Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai – 6000 102 vide Tax Invoice No. ACC[protected] dated 04th Oct-2008.

                                    Registration No. TN22 BX 2243

                                    As a CUSTOMER, I have been having my bitter times since the day I decided to buy this car from KUN Auto.

                                    1. As I finalized my decision to buy the Accent Executive, the Sales representative from KUN Auto promptly came home the same day to collect token advance of Rs.10, 000 on 15th Sep-2008 vide HDFC Cheque No. 244460 dated 15-Sep-2008.

                                    2. Full & final settlement was made on 23rd Sep-2008 for Rs.567, 098 (Rupees Five Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand Ninety Eight) vide Cheque DD No. 880112 dated 18-Sep-2008.

                                    3. The KUN Sales team was very frequently visiting me till the full & final payment was made. After getting the 5.67 Lacs Cheque, I did not hear from them at all. It was me who was making calls everyday.

                                    4. The refund of my Rs.10, 000 happened only on 22nd Oct-2008 after a dozen calls & four emails from my end. Exactly after a month!!!

                                    5. I took delivery of the car on 03rd OCT-2008. I was given an Invoice on 20th Oct-2008 for Rs. 563, 021 (Including Accessories, Insurance & Life Time Tax). Now I am chasing KUN staff to ask what the difference of Rs. 4077.00 for? Now as a CUSTOMER, is it not my bare minimum right to check?

                                    6. Should I presume that KUN is playing a foul game with me! What has happened to my difference of Rs. 4077.00?

                                    7. Finally the biggest concern is the RC Book. I took delivery of the car on 03rd Oct-2008 and till date I have not received the RC Book! It is almost TWO months now & I am getting all the excuses from KUN.

                                    For your kind information, I am HYUNDAI CUSTOMER since 2004. Before this I owned a Hyundai Santro Xing XP, KA05MB 7225. Engine No. G4HD4E17248, Chassis No. MALAA51HR4M514372. You may please check & confirm this.

                                    Now as a CUSTOMER, may I request your intervention to check on why the customer service is so bad from KUN AUTO? If this I the way the Customers are treated, I am afraid that the brand will have a bad image.

                                    I know for sure, Hyundai is a very good brand who is always Customer Centric. Should you need any information, please feel free to revert back to me on the details mentioned below.

                                    Appreciate if you could investigate this matter and assist me on this at the earliest.

                                    Dear Fellow,

                                    I have recently had a terrible experience with Skoda which has costed me a lot of money, harassment and still an unreliable Skoda Superb car. Astonishingly, The Skoda Company is hands-in-gloves with its Dealerships & Authorized Workshops, who are given a free-hand to exploit customers and fleece them mercilessly by Skoda itself.

                                    I empathize with the similar exploitation inflicted on you by Skoda and hence urge you to not let it just be at the hands of foreign companies, who think of India as a dumping ground and Indian Customers a bunc of weak, uneducated .

                                    I am creating a forum of 100 similar sufferers who can together jointly address our issues with Skoda to apt regulatory, media, public and rating agencies till we get a resolution.

                                      I have received an email in my email account regarding job offering in skoda india limited ,i received email from the email address [protected]@tech-center.com.and they were asking for an security amount as deposit(rs-8450) and i also called the phone no spoke with person named subash harshverdhan (senior manager-hrd) and he told me to deposit the money and then send the confirmation as email and sms but when i went to bank to deposit the money the act was closed .so i came to knopw that this is a fraud so kindlycheck on this and please get this resolved because i saw many complaints on thus web page abt the same.
