Hello,
I have a skull candy Headphone which I received as a gift in November 2012 i.e. it is under warranty.From a few days, it is not working.
I tried to contact Customer Care but they said that it will be changed on 50 % discount on 2nd purchase But Why? So what If I don’t have its bill (as it was a gift) but still it falls under warranty. I have its packing with me, scan it if you want. In this hectic life routine, who saves the bill for later!
I and my cousins all are having SkullCandy Headphones which means we’re the loyal customers and long time associated with SkullCandy but now when it’s not working SkullCandy is not Cooperating with us.
I'm greatly dissatisfied by your reply.
