I bought skull candy headset from amazon on december 12th 2014. since today afternoon its not working properly i dont know where do i go and complaint about this issue i really fed up with my headphones please do needfull and reply me positively. My warranty code is[protected]

    Last year in May I bought "Skullcandy S2SBDZ-101 In-the-ear Headphone" from flipkart and now they have completely become dysfunctional. The wire has broken off, rubber on the sides of the earbuds has come off at many places (which I tried fixing many times but to no avail). Highly discontent with the product.

      Hello,

      I have a skull candy Headphone which I received as a gift in November 2012 i.e. it is under warranty.From a few days, it is not working.

      I tried to contact Customer Care but they said that it will be changed on 50 % discount on 2nd purchase But Why? So what If I don’t have its bill (as it was a gift) but still it falls under warranty. I have its packing with me, scan it if you want. In this hectic life routine, who saves the bill for later!

      I and my cousins all are having SkullCandy Headphones which means we’re the loyal customers and long time associated with SkullCandy but now when it’s not working SkullCandy is not Cooperating with us.

      I'm greatly dissatisfied by your reply.

      this item is totaly low quality and may be not original and defective and company give me one year warranty... and not given in packet and plz solve this problem..[protected]

        Yogen Ved (mobileaccesories) is the biggest FRAUD seller in eBay

        ---NEVER FALL FOR HIS TRAP AND BUY HIS CHINESE PRODUCTS----

        I practically got cheated by him first i purchased a skull candy headphone which he said was original and i purchased for 1000rs. but when i received the item to my shock it was a Chinese copy which was merely 100-150rs. i tried to ignore the fact that i had lost my money by this fraud but only after 2 months it stopped working i contacted yogen ved but he ignored my mails and after 1 month of persuasion he finally told me to sent it back ....i sent back the item but he denied of receiving it for 2-3 weeks finally after calling him he accepted but then again i wait for 2-3 weeks to send the item back but he didn't.... now he doesn't reply to my mails and when i call him he says to send the item but 2-3 months have passed i haven't received the item yet...TO my surprise i got cheated and my product also was taken by him..I urge u never to buy from this fraud.AS he sells Chinese products and claims them to be original and treats u very well until you fall in trap of purchasing from him and then never reply to your email or pick your calls

          I bought a pair of skullcandy earphones and in 3 weeks of average use with my iPad (meaning I didn't even put it in my pocket) it BROKE. The needle just came out. When I contacted the customer service to claim for warranty they refuse to replace it for free (they do it internationally) and are asking me to pay 50% more.

          SKULLCANDY INDIA SUCKS ... BEWARE FROM THEIR SCAM.

          They even claim sturdy build and 100% replacement on their website / facebook and twitter page ...

          ALL LIES.
          Hahaha...Dude they must have been giving you a discount of 50% on next purchase...
          @Prince21 why should I pay extra to get a defected earphones replaced ? The thing barely lasted me for 3 months !!! I have had chinese products last longer than that ...
