I bought their wired earphone Model: Ink'd with Mic (S.S)

1.Your product was of so bad quality that it got damaged within 8 months o[censored]se.
2.They have any outlets in PAN india for replacement of the product.
3.Customer himself/Herself has to courier the product to noida and bare the courier cost. (INR 200 in my case).

4.Even after receiving the faulty product you 14 days ago(Sat, 26th Dec 20), They don't send any acknowledgement of receiving the product proactively.

5.They don't provide any real time update to the customer about the status of replacement and the customer has to chase them through mails.

6.Even after chasing they reply to the customer that particular model is out of stock and warranty is on hold
and offer another product (which is in stock) and ask the customer to reply asap in promising it will expedite the delivery.

7. And now after customer replies they will tell you that "it will be processed within 7-10 working days (depending upon the stock availability again)." .

Pathetic level of service.

    I Skullcandy earphones was bought up just 1 and half months back.But from recent days the sound is unstable in both side. So I complaint about that because they give 2 year warranty. But no valid response from them.

      मैने amazon से दिनांक 06.01.2020 को Skullcandy Inkd Pluse Wireless in-Earphone with Mic (Black) की एक earphone 3022 रू० में खरीदी थी। जिसकी गारंटी amazon पर 2 वर्ष की दिखा रखी थी। 2 वर्ष की गारंटी के अलावा किसी ओर प्रकार की दिशा निर्देशोंं नहीं दिए हुए थे।
      मैने अपनी Skullcandy Inkd Pluse Wireless in-Earphone with Mic (Black) कुछ खराबी होने के कारण दिनांक 21.10.2020 को Skullcandy के Service Centre में स्‍पीड पास्‍ट द्वारा भेजी थी, कल दिनांक 08.11.2020 को मुझे Skullcandy द्वारा Skullcandy Inkd Wireless in-Earphone with Mic (Red) प्राप्‍त हुई है जो मेरी भेजी गई earphone model से दूसरी है और कम कीमत वाली भी।
      मैने Skullcandy costumer care में एवं ईमेल द्वारा भी इसकी सूचना दी पर उन्‍होंंने इस संबंध में काई भी कार्यवाही करने से मना कर दिया। उनका जबाव यह था कि कम्‍पनी की गारंटी दिशा निर्देशोंं में यही लिखा हुआ है कि यदि हमारे पास same product stock में नहीं है तो हम उसका दूसरी same product भेज देते है पर मुझे भेजा गया product मेरे खरीदे गये product से अलग है (रंग में भी और Model में भी)

        I have ordered skull candy indy fuel earpods but I have returned due to personal reasons. I didn't even opened it. I alsi contacted brand eyes customer service 'n' no. of time but no reply. They have poor customer service. I need my refund. Kindly please solve my problem.

            I have ordered a headphone from Skullcandy website, their best in line Crusher ANC headphone on 11th of September and they have failed to deliver the paid order and they are unable to reach. I have tried emailing customer care, contacted their customer care number but no one is picking up.
            The very first week of order they failed to deliver so i reached out and changed the address. This incident happened again when they fail to deliver on the second address. Finally on the third address it shipped and now it has been stuck in a EcomExpress hub in Silcher, Assam since the 6th of October. i have tried contacting skullcandy customer care about this as well as mailed ecomexpress regarding this and no resolution has been brought about. I have already paid 14, 999/- since there was no COD option was not available.
            Since they have failed to escalate my problem on a serious note the only option left for me is to take up legal action for their negligence to my order. it has given me an awful amount of anxiety waiting and panicking over this.

              Dear Sir,

              I purchased the Scullcandy earphones and it was in the warranty period that it got damaged and I send the same for replacement along with the bill and supporting documents but still not I have got the replaced product. In the month of Feb.2020 I sent the product for replacement it has been more than 6 months now but still not I got the replaced product sir even after many follow ups on the mail and even I tried their customer support service number many times but no one picks the call and even I escalate my issue for first escalation but still not got the solution sir even I mailed their international support but still then I don't get the solution sir that's why after being so much fed up i am contacting u...

                  I have purchased a headphone from Skullcandy official website on 21st Sept 2020. On the same day, I have found that it was a defective product. It's play/pause functionality was not working. I tried a couple of times but it was not working. I tried contacting its customer care and its partner distributor (Brandeyes) but their service was not helpful and they were busy all the time. So I tried to contact them via their customer service mail id ( [protected]@brandeyes.in ) and at the same time, they created one ticket (Ticket No:[protected]). but they never responded after that. I replied to the complaint mail multiple times but they are not responding to my follow-up emails. It's been more than 10 days in a row and the company is not responding. I don't know whom to contact.

                    This mail is regarding my replacement product ticket number 364638. Am trying to call you and am not able to get you on call and am not getting any response for my mail.

                    How long will you take to ship my replacement product? This is not acceptable. You asked me if am okay to get

                        I purchased skullcandy headset in 2019 through amazon.in, now the mic is not functioning.

                        I requested for replacement of headset with a new one under warranty (2 years).
                        They sent a mail with a warranty form attached asking to courier along with the headset and i did.

                        The courier reached them on 1st of sep'20 which i tracked online but there isn't a response from the company end about the receipt of courier till date..
                        I have sent so many mails and tried reaching them through call but it's all waste.

                        I was expecting a replacement but now i want a refund because of their worst service.

                          Order I'd[protected] orders through Amazon and send returned to them for warranty replacement but neither confirm they got product back neither they have any contact no to confirm now they are asking pod for shipping I had said they delivered to your security guard he was not Letting delivery guys enter there is no contact no to contact them for that so how can I know they got it or not it's all skullcandy fault

                            As per company guideline 14 days refund, I return the product with in 10 day. I send them multiple emails and call more than 600 times. They put my phone number in BLOCK list. When i connect from another phone they repeat the same with another number.

                            In the end they refuse to refund and refuse to give the product back.

                                  Hi, i am ganesh, i have received cheap lower priced product in replacement.

                                  I have purchased skullcandy method wireless bluetooth earphone for 3000 rs. Which was stopped working within few months, i sent skullcandy service center for replacement, after one month they said product is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in stock, they told me to take another completely different cheap lower priced product as replacement, i waited for another month. After 3 months too same story they said. And they made me to take lower priced of rs. 1400. I requested them to send atleast black colour. And they sent me blue without my consent.

                                        Method ANC - Deep Red
                                        Product mentioned in attached mail was delivered 1 hr back. I am shocked to see that there is absolutely no ANC. I was looking for ANC and this product really disappointed me. What’s next step?

                                        - Do you really have a method ANC device ( where ANC works ) with which this can be replaced or how do I return this.

                                        I copied escalation e-mail as I am shocked to see Skullcandy selling something from their official site as ANC with absolutely NO ANC.
