It's been 4-5 days since i requested for cancellation.There hasn't been any news from their side. I mail them everyday asking for the status of my cancellation but there's no response at all. Even their website doesn't show status of the order.
my order- Dime® True Wireless Earbuds - True Black, Order Id: 16449029 and Ticket No:[protected]. I've already paid the amount, I just want to cancel the order and get my money back.

    I placed an order on skullcandy and they debited my account a sum of Rs. 1899 but no order was placed. i tried calling them for nearly 10 days but they don't answer. i even dropped an email but they didn't respond to that also for 5 days now. i just want my money back.

      I placed my order from http://www.skullcandy.in/ for a skullcandy Dime on 31st May 2022.
      Money is paid, Order confirmation also received with the tracking ID, but I cannot track my product, and there's no updates from the mail till now.
      Is it still processing or is it shipped since it's been more than a week now!

          I lived in almora Uttrakhand, i purchased Skullcandy -jib+ wireless earbuds - bleached blue(S2JPW-N743) on 11th may 2022. And order no. Is 6308440. Today on 16th May 2022 i recived the product and when I use it the bass is torned . After that I called to customer care then they suggest me that write a mail immediately and send product on this address " 201, 2nd Floor, Chandra Bhawan, 67-68, Nehru Place, Delhi-110019" for replacement. And now they said we don't have delivery partner to send your product to your city " Almora - Uttrakhand 263601" they said then provide us alternate address to send your product. And i don't have any other home in another city or state so they don't deliver the product and i didn't get the product. WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE BY SKULLCANDY BRAND EYES DISTRIBUTION .

            I have ordered wired headphones of Skullcandy.
            But, I have cancelled my order.
            I want to buy wireless headphones.
            I have contacted to the Skullcandy customer care.
            They are very very slow, they told me order is cancelled and your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
            But now it's 20th day then also I didn't got my refund.
            Sorry to say but I will never buy anything from the Skullcandy.
            I humbly request you to please refund my money as soon as possible.

                I placed an order on 27th of may, first i couldnt see the order, then 3 days later i received confirmation and tracking details, but the order is not shipped yet and they confirmed delivery in 2-3 days, i can understand delays but they didn't even provide any confirmation, i prepaid the order for 11 thousand rupees, it is huge amount to be tied for over a week with no product.

                      Recently I placed an order for jib wired headphones. The was debited and still it's in processing. Called the customer care and enquired and they asked me to give a new address by mail. And I gave all the required information and still it's on processing stage.
                      And the customer care isn't picking up the calls.

                        I ordered a product. The billing has a problem . The phone number on the bill is wrong one. I am continuously trying to contact the customer care service but it was unresponsive. I have the order id and transaction details.

                          Skullcandy India is trying to rob money

                          On April 3, 2022 I placed an order on Skullcandy website but I decided against it and sent them a cancellation email on 4 April since the shipping process hasn’t begun yet. They stalled me and sent the product from Delhi to Hyderabad and the delivery was attempted twice which I rejected. On 5 April I received an email saying that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund within 7-10 working days but the delivery was attempted...

                                Defective Skullcandy headphone. Bluetooth not working
