    Hello Team,

    I purchased an Skully candy Evo true wireless earbuds in Sept 2021 from the official site. One of the earbuds is not charging properly and it stays connected even after closing the box.

    I already raised warranty claim on the support website twice but did not get any response.

      Hi my Anc head phone right side speaker wired sound when I raise bass volume and sound gets reduce suddenly and increases this is my second time problem in one year worst experience from ur customer Care worst part o[censored]r product and sending same hp without any repare 😡😡

        I bought wireless earpods and was not satisfied with the product and decided to return it back. As per the company's 30days return policy. But now they are saying currently we do no accept returns. That's unacceptable.

                I have ordered a skullcandy earpods of rs 2399/- on[protected] and i also paid rs.1979 after some discounts through my debit card.But still now my order is not placed and i cannot track my order also.My order id is 512978.I want my product or else refund my money back as soon as possible.

                  My order is being processed now, just letting know anyone who faces similar problem, if the payment is succesful they will process and dispatch in 24 to 48 hours although the website shows payment processing, it's just that despite of being such a big brand they have a third rate website with slow interface and a lot of glitches

                    I had purchased Sesh Evo Ear Buds - Order #246516 (August 23, 2020). They were faulty within 2 months and Ticket No.381391 was created on January 02, 2021 and the Ear Buds were replaced.

                    However, since September 2021, charging issues started cropping up and the ear buds are not charging properly. I need to keep the case open and keep adjusting the buds for them to charge. Even after showing full charge, the buds are getting discharged within 15 to 20 mins sometimes even less time.

                    Considering that the buds were replaced in January 2021 with brand new ones, and within 9 months the ear buds are once again defective, I am utterly dissatisfied with the poor quality of the merchandise and am agonized with this. Please note that the ear buds are not broken or damaged but are defective and Skullcandy is liable to repair/replace them.

                    Please replace the buds with a fresh new product or equivalent product as per your policy.

                      My son bought head phones and paid E101 for them in October he was told they had been delivered, we have cameras there was no delivery made. He asked for a refund on the 8th of November he was told he would have it in 7 to 10 working days we are still waiting nearly a month later. I have contacted ye every week since as he kept trying and got no where. Your costumer service is crap. Please return his money as promised.

                        I have ordered a swiss military luxury collection black laptop bag as a promotion from HDFC @ inr 1349 on 10th October-2021 which they confirmed as new order and gave me order id# 56482 and never delivered even after mentioning that it will be delivered in 21 working days.

                        Upon my continuous emails to [protected]@flatworldrewards.com and to all i got from them is complete silence (No reply).

                        Hence pl reply as soon as possible or else i will go to consumer court

                            As per Skullcandy rules I tried to cancel the order before it got dispatched(As per Tracking details). But unfortunately no one picked my Call In customer care, I called like 10 times. And also I sent like 5 mails to each Skullcandy, Brand eyes etc e-mails...but I got a Reply Saying your Order is dispatched at 11:44AM in the morning of 5 Oct 2021. But according to Tracking/Order Status the item got dispatched at 8:33PM of 5th October. Due to carelessness of your Employees, I have to Accept a product which I don't want. Shame on you Skullcandy, the money you charge for your products and the disgusting Services you provide are really Awful.

                              This is to inform you that I am very disappointed with Skullcandy's service. My ink'd wireless earphone is under warranty period, I had already sent the damaged product at your service center on 18th August 2021. Today almost a month has passed & I haven't got the replacement.
                              Also everytime when I call to know the status of my Ticket no-[protected], the customer care executive give excuse that the product is out of stock.
                              I have called 3 times after my damaged product was delivered at your service center & every time I got same excuse from 3 different persons (Pushkar, Nitin, Ram) . I feel all of them are trying to procrastinate so that warranty period is over & after that I will not be able to claim a replacement. This is very bad on your part. I will make sure not to buy any of the Skullcandy product in future neither let my colleagues buy the same.

                              I had much better expectations with Skullcandy but all of them has ruined because of the bad services provided to me during the warranty period of the product.

                                I am very sad for buying such product never will prefer Skullcandy from now. I use the product for less than a year and the plastic piece on the product didn't stand even one year which happened just by wearing it and now warranty policies are not applicable and either im getting a replace or repair with moneym The product become uncomfortable to wear why a guy buy a expensive headphones because he think product will be last long and after this i have nothing but just a broken headphone which soon will stop working too as the wire is exposed and it will break too and i will still dont get a warranty. Excellent work. I hate Skullcandy now 5000rs wasted.

                                  I ordered my skullcandy indy evo earbuds from official website of skullcandy on march 07, 2021.Currently my left ear bud's is not charging and battery is draining to fast and slightly right one is also not working properly.I tried everything resetting it manually, charging and every possible way which is written in the user manual guide of skullcandy indy evo earbuds .kindly slove my issue soon .my product is under warranty.it's Serial no is : SK2003SSZ00001 and order no is #288050, and ordered email id is [protected]@gmail.com.I already applied once for the issue and its Ticket number is [protected] .kindly repair or change my earbuds as soon as possible.please provide a working contact number.contact me through [protected] or email me [protected]@gmail.com
