    On the same day I tried to cancel the product by calling but unable to reach. After receiving the product the reviews are the same as seen on the portals. The sound quality and the built quality is not good so I am trying to return the product but from the portal I am unable to do so. Tried to contact the LL : [protected] but denied to take the product return back. Please help me to get the product returned.

          But no response found. Even we have contacted dealers shop, they advise to make complain online.

          We have very much bad experience with this product.

            I have purchased skull indy worth 5000 rs and it stopped working within 3 months.
            I have raised for warranty and they replaced it with a different product(sesh evo) for which they dont have indy anymore. I have asked them to deliver it to my current address providing them my address through e-mail and still they sent the replacement product to my old address which i received apparently after 3 months. Once I received it and when i tested it was working fine. The very next exactly the second day after I started using the replaced product right ear phone stopped working again. I still can't believe that I purchased this product for 5000/-

            Even a 500 rs worth earphone would have worked better than this.

            I really don't have any hope for this brand skullcandy and I think i would donate my 5k to this company for their betterment.

            Please don't ever buy this product. If you buy this brand you should consider donating money to them as products doesn't have any quality

              I made a very big mistake of purchasing this Skullcandy Indy ANC from Brandeyes Distributors. I am using an iPhone and it didn't work well.. it kept disconnecting every 5 mins so as per their warranty policy. I shipped the product back to them and still not hearing any response. I have seen a lot of blogs and complaints about this not working on the iPhone properly.
              The Customer care people doesn't understand English i think, they just copy paste the usual text as below, no matter, whatever you ask for.
              Their telephone doesn't work.

              We regret to inform you that we do not have refund policy but we replace the product in case of a valid claim received within the warranty period.

              I got a replacement and with this piece the right buds are not turning on at all. I tried all possible ways like
              - cleaning the charging points
              - leaving the buds in the case overnight
              - leaving the buds outside the case 24 hours
              - hard reset by 10 secs hold

              Still no luck, please issue a refund.. its been 2 months and its useless and i wasted my hard earned money

                I have ordered these on June 11 and on June 20th When I entered the tracking Id on ekart logistics it doesn’t started from the starting point.I contacted skull candy india on Instagram and asked for the REFUND and they are saying to wait me till the weekend and they are simply escaping on Saturday and Sunday and on Monday they have told me again to wait till the weekend.I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I had replaced Skull candy Ink'd Bluetooth Headset with Mic Headphones FSN: ACCEKP6RFGKPPASH
                  HSN/SAC:[protected] Warranty: 2 Years dated on 30-Dec-2020. I am surprised to see that with in 4 months very short period my headphone not working.I am extremely disappointed with the performance of Skull candy product.

                  I had noticed that there was no sound coming from the Left side.
                  I have figured it is a problem with the wire leading into the headset. I think its not touching or conducting, or whatever the word is, on the inside because when i wiggle the wire around, and push it up more i can sometimes hear sound from the Left side.

                  My humble request to you kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and replace my headphone on top priority. I don't expect from Skull candy such type of poor performance of product and their services.

                    I have ordered the skull candy sesh TWS on 28th April 2021. And the next day i have called to the customer care and cancelled it .he said that i ll get my refund amount in 7-10 business working days. Till now i didn't get any mail or message from the skull candy.i have called so many times regarding this issue.no one is responding or calling back . My order id 311390

                      Hinge on my Skullcandy crusher wireless broke recently, I asked customer care to replace it and charge the appropriate amount.
                      They say that this is not in our policy to repair the headset and they replace it only if it is under warranty. I let them know that this is your Premium headset and it's not justified if you just say that if the hinge is broken, you need to throw away your headset.
                      I have also asked them if they have any out of warranty options like Amazon provides with their products, but there wasn't any option but to throw the product away.

                      I just hope to get the hinge can be replaced - which costs less than 500 rupees, cuz it's made of plastic and easily breaks.

                      And for any new Skullcandy premium headset buyers, once your headset is out of warranty, the customer service behaves as it isn't a Skullcandy product anymore. They just send you automated warranty info emails.

                        I am a distributor of Skullcandy, Bhopal (India) . I have replacement product worth Rs. 150000 which the company is not accepting and the company person Piyush Punjani and General manager Amit are not receiving my calls and have denied to help me .
                        I am about to file a case against the company as I have suffered a huge loss because of them .

                          I am having a manufacturer error in my earphone, the both side of the earphone is not working. Its been less than 2 months and it stopped working. I want to claim my warranty as it is in warranty period of 1 year from now. The information is as follows :-
                          1. It is skullcandy ink'd wired in-earphone with mic.
                          2. Order delivered to me on 17th feb 2021
                          The customer services of this company is not responding to anything its been e days now..

                            Bought a skull candy Indy Evo truelly wireless earphone for 6000 rupees. They sent a Faulty product which stopped pairing each other after a week o[censored]sage. Tried to call their distributers and customer service in India called Brand Eyes.
                            It is one of the worst customer service I've ever known. They answered the call after 15th or 20th attempt. And while talking about the problem that I'm facing, they hung up on me and never responded again. I'm hopeless now. Don't know what to do.

                                      I have couriered my three defective headsets to the company for claim one by one. I successfully claimed warranty on 2 headsets and i received 2 replaced headset. After this claim i couriered another defective headset on[protected] and it delivered on[protected]. But still i didn't receive my replaced headset and also they not responding my emails. Then i made the call to them and they told me that i recieve the call shortly but i didn't receive any call from them. Now they are not responding. Its been 3 months now.
