My warranty claim ticket number is 259217. Brandeyes distributors pvt. Ltd., (Skullcandy service center), b-2, sector - 4, noida - 201301. (Up). For my defect bluetooth headset i’ve claimed warranty and the above mentioned distributor is responsible for warranty. Couriered my defect headset in my own cost and they got the headset delivered 12 days before still no response from their side to acknowledge that they received my product no response to mail now. Need proper response from them.

As of complaint on 17th September they replied to me with Replacement ticket number #264447 and told as the replacement will be shipped to on 25/09/2019 but no response from them yet and no response for my email too. Need proper update when will my replacement headset will be dispatched.

    I was told by the skullcandy customer care to ship the product for replacement to their noida facility, i. E., brandeyes distributors pvt. Ltd. I shipped the product on 23/08/19 through dtdc courier from lucknow with tracking id v55115380 and it was recieved by them on 26/08/2019 at 3:57 pm... I recieved a mail from their side also telling me about you will recieve the status after 48 hours of recieving the item... Now its been a lot more time and there is no update on my replacement... Its been 4 days since they have recieved the item and still no update... I am calling their customer care but no response their the keep their customers waiting for hours an then disconnect... Please help me in this issue i am very tensed about the headphones... I had bought them for around 2200 from flipkart.com... Please replace my product as soon as possible... Thank u...

      I have a skullcandy headphone with mic sending for 2nd time in a year for warranty replacement as one side not working, both time getting no status of receiving /eta from service center side. Don't know why they required mail id and phone no if not sending any status on that. After continuous follow up on mail and putting reminder one on one getting status will get replacement after 15 days, fya 20 days passed still not replacement not received.

      Called on help line no [protected] contact to mr. Pushkar after approx 30 minute and 5 time trying, asking for escalation matrix he denying to provide the same and told me they revert on mail within 24 working hour. I don't know which 24 working hour as i have sending reminder one on one from last 7 to 8 days after 16 days from product receiving @ service center noida branch.

      Finally,

      Someone recommended as a best brand so bought 1 headphone cost approx 1000 and 1 neckband cost 5000
      Now i feel this is a worst brand and worst service never recommended to anyone.

        I was purchased a skull candy earbuds from paytm on 7 november 2018 with 2 years warranty. After 5 months from the purchase this product is not working. So i want replace or claim this product. I am not happy to buyed this product. This product is literally useless for me because it's not working properly. This product worked for short time. Aftet that i realized that wastage of money to buyed this product. So please i extremely requested to replace this product as soon as possible.

          The product has 2 years warranty and it has stopped working in10 months. Whenever I call Brand eyes customer care number it says service associates are busy. I have tried 47 times in line. I have also mailed about the issue on [protected]@skullcandy.com) but there's no response from them. Very poor and pathetic product quality and Service from Skull Candy.

            As instructed by Brandeye Customer service i have sent my headset for warranty claim through courier on 28-Feb-2019, till now they are not notifying me anything about my product status. no replies of mails on querying and whenever u call its just one answer always that our customer executives our busy please try again. Its a waste buying their product.

              My skullcandy earphone stopped working within few months
              This is in two yesr warranty and i have already sent the faulty earphone two months ago.

              But they have not yet provided my replacement earphone, they just say this is in process.

              I have been waiting for my replacement since last two months, but they are not helping on this.

                Hi . I bought bloothooth earphones from you guys. Which I great but the earphones don't work and I've tried to contact the customer service a1000 times and I've got screenshots to prove it. It's so annoying that no one gets back to me when I talk about getting a refund or a replacement.

                I've contacted the company so many times that I'm getting so annoyed now. And I know by the end you guys will tell me that you did not contact us in time so u can have your money back. It's not right. I am a new customer and I think I deserve as much attention as other customers. I have paid for the item.i did not steal it. So I think I should get a reply back from you guys. Or at least a refund now. It's annoying that I've to type again n again and I hear nothing back

                  I have sent my earphone for replacement to skullcandy (Brandeyes customer care) service center to uttar pradesh. Earphone is worth rs. 3000. It has been a month they have not acknowledged and they do not even answer customer care helpline and i have sent couple of mails but no answer received from them.
                  I have sent earphone for replacement on 12th oct 2018. And today it is 14th nov 2018, and they are not even replying. Please help.

                    I had purchased Skullcandy S2IKW-J509 bluetooth Headset with Mic, the left earpiece stopped working and I wrote to customer care and dispatched the faulty hearphones to thier customer care center and got a response that "Your product will be considered under warranty and is expected to be completed within 14 working days (Depending upon the stock availability) from 15-Oct-18.

                    Please find the ticket created against product submission is 158903.

                    Its been more than 3 weeks and no response from even after repeated emails. The worst part is their customer care executives are always busy.

                    I purchased earphones 5 month ago …now that is not working….we dont expect this tell me how can i claim and where to go for repairing or exchange

                      I have bought a skullcandy method wireless from amazon on 6th september. It stopped working on 8th october and i sent them a mail on 10th october and they asked me to send the earphones to noida. I sent it to them and they replied me that they will send the replacement in 14 working days. The ticket number was created as 158880. Its been a month now and no response from them. The mails i send it to them bounce back. Their calls are always busy. Its frustrating to wait for the product i paid for. Atleast some updates would help. Poor service from skullcandy.

                          I purchased a skullcandy ink'd headphones from flipkart in march '18 which stopped working in 5 months of its purchase. I mailed skullcandy & sent the product for warranty claim one month ago. They replied once when i said that i will sue you that they accepted the warranty claims. And now again no replies of mails on querying and whenever u call its just one answer always that our customer executives our busy please try again. Its a waste buying their product. Similar kind of problems happened with my fiancee too over 2 months of purchase.

                            I purchased the skull candy inked earphone from flipkart in the month of august 2018 and they have stopped working and i have been seeking help to the warranty for this product. When i call customer services number no one ever answer i always get the prompt at the end that all our customer care executive are busy try again later or contact on email. I have written an email as well and i have been informed that the ticket has been opened: ticket id [#160660#] and that someone will respond to your query within 2 working days, appreciate your patience. However it almost a week and no response at all. They don't even reply the emails now.

                            I will be forced to raise a complaint to the governing body if my issue is not addressed soon.

                            I heard good reviews about skull candy and this is why i blindly opted to buy the earphones. My experience is very bad so far even a local company takes better care of their customer and such poor service is not expected from a big brand like skull candy.

                            I am a very disappointed customer. Kindly help me.

                                  Recently my inkd wireless earphones are have stopped working correctly. The right bud of earphone has no sound. I reported my concern to the website of skullcandy customer care (Brand eyes), but there is no response from their side. It’s really depressing that skullcandy takes no responsibility for customer complain. Not expected at all from skullcandy

                                    I went to skullcandy service center (Brand eyes distributors pvt ltd, b-2,, near hdfc corporate bank, sector 4, noida, uttar pradesh 20130) on10/07/2018 because my earphone was not working i handed over the product at service centre and they asked me 15 days for replacement for the same. I revisited on 14/07/2018 and they provided me another earphone claiming it as new but when i visited home and i noticed it was already a used product. I am very disappointed with this. Please assist what to do now as they are not trustworthy.

                                        I had purchased an earphone on 1 feb via amazon. It was working properly for 15-20 days later it started showing some disturbance. I had tried to contact amazon and skull candy many times but there was no response. Now at last i have decides to send an online complaint to amazon/skull candy to review the problem which i am facing with this headphone. I believe that this time some strict actions will be taken to satisfy the customer complaint.
