Address: DELHI AND GUWAHATI

One pacel booked for Guwahati from Delhi vide consignment number[protected] on 07/10/2020 which was not entry on that day and the staff of Skyking Delhi inform us us the parcel send by off-road but the same was entry in system on 08/10/2020 at about 9pm and booked for Guwahati at about 10:30pm which may be received on 09/10/2020 . But the Skyking Guwahati didn't receive the same on 09/10/2020 . As a customer I am suffering more problems because I come from Morigaon District for receive the parcel with hire vehicle but not found the parcel .
Please look into this matter and ask to the Greater Kailash Delhi Skyking that why they informed us on 07/10/2020 that parcel send by off-road, why they entry the consignment number in the next day, why they did not send the parcel in the day of booked for Guwahati hub ?

      Very Rude Service...!!!
      First my package reached the destination on time but still they phoned me after 12 days!!
      And the caller man was full drunk!!
      Very rough talking person!!!

      Have the call recording of the man and going to police station...

      WAIT & WATCH !

                          My shipment came from Kolkata to Siliguri but when I received my shipment I saw the packaging was torn and then when I finally opened my shipment some of the products of my shipment was missing from inside. This is so irresponsible from a company. And delivery boy says we don't give service at your place we cannot come to your place and give you the shipment.

                            I self courier this item and by the consignment number i tracked my parcel and on 24 july its showing its out for delivery. I googled contact no. Of skyking service nd after lot of struggle i got it. Skyking bangalore no. Has blocked my no. And after calling from another no. They abused me and said dat we sent your parcel to dtdc bcoz we dont have service. I said then give the details so that i can track it. They said we cant give you. I gave the details to basna courier service. And after calling basna ther are saying that i misbehaved with them.
