[protected] skyking this parcel is nt delivered it's been 1.5 month. Pls make it delivered

Not received my delhi to jaipur courier from 14 days very pathetic service.

My parcel no[protected] is in Jalandhar branch of skyking courier from 16th July but they have yet not delivered it, I am not able to track it on their website aswell because it's showing that no tracking status available, hence I called the Jalandhar branch, a very unprofessional lady spoke with me and she is asking stupid questions like what was the Weight of the parcel, who came to submit the parcel and more stupid questions like that, when I asked her that when I have already given consignment no why is she asking such stupid questions, so she replied that jo aadmi ne courier Diya usko call Karne Bola, she was very rude, arrogant and unprofessional, hence I would like to complaint against her and skyking courier for misplacing my courier.and also would like to complaint against the branch manager Rakesh Mahajan

My client had booked a parcel from Delhi to Bangalore with consignment number 99771882 weighing 40kgs on June 22 2020. We haven't received our courier yet bearing high losses and these company staff are pure cheaters they don't speak or respond rightly.
How can this be sorted please help my humble request.

Consignment no.[protected] posted and paid for air service on 19th june 2020. And consignment no.[protected] posted and paid for air service on 31st june 2020. Are not received yet.
From which air it was flying, will u pls explain.
Daily i called skyking courier, the only reply was mam today it will reached bt it was not.
Pls consider it.

I have submitted my packet (Medicine) to be sent via skyking courier. The local agency received the packet and gave me a receipt with tracking number for skyking as 97729737 for date 03 mar 2020. It is more than 15 days and my consignment is not showing on skyking site under tracking.

I called delhi hub there also no progress. Overall i have paid charges for service and no success. Even my parcel seems to be lost and no action.

I have not received my parcel even after 30 days from dispatch. Item was dispatched on 28 jan 20 however, i have not received it till date. No one from the company side has even tried to contact me till now. While booking the shipment it was told that the item will be delivered maximum within one week. I have enclosed the receipt for reference purpose. Request you kindly initiate some action

Exam documents sent from skyking. Its been more than one month. Not yet reached. Highly disappointing even dont tell where is the documnets. Worst service ever seen pls dont use this couier ever and never. I have send it to national board of examination. New delhi. They didnt deliver to new delhi. See how horrible their service. My consignment number is[protected]. I had sent a document and some cash via the skyking courier. The tracking shows that it has been forwarded to kalighat office since 5 feb 2020. When i called the kalighat skyking office they told me that they could not find my parcel and that they have misplaced it. Later when i wanted to complain about it he said there is no proof that they have lost it.

Worst Services provided by SKYKING on dated 16thjan2020 parcel dispatch from ranchi to kolkata max to max its takes 2 days but it is now 7 days completed still Courier has not received in kolkata hub its showing in transit...Iwhere is my parcel???...I had called so many times but it seems no one is taking serious it…no one is taking action against issue….Consignment number[protected]

This is to inform you that this is the first time when i am facing lots of problem regarding yours service my tracking no. Is 86948878 i booked a parcel with u on 24.12.2019 and after 26th no movement is found in this parcel this is disappointing me because i booked with u upon trust that i will receive on time but till now there is no movement please help me in this regard.

The consignment[protected] reached electronic city on 24th dec and still didn't get delivered in electronic city till 31st dec. I dont know what makes them delay in delivering within same area. On calling to office they say it will be delivered today. But no action is taken on it.
How irresponsible staff can they be. Its requested to take strict action or make sure not to book courier with such poor facility

While every courier companies prioritizes customer's packages to reach the destination on accurate time and in right condition, skyking couriers is a company which never fares by the standards.

This is my third experience with skyking courier and despite me giving them multiple chances, they keep on degrading the quality of their services. My courier leaves kolkata in a good condition, and with exorbitant pricing for no idea what reason, and how it reaches me sitting in indore? Package mishandled, box torn from side, fragile items breaking due to excessive mishandling. I mean if this is how they handle customer's items, i doubt i could ever trust the courier company to have future transactions.

I have send four cartons and two bags using skyking services from hyderabad to shivpuri, mp. Consignment number is[protected]. This shipment is not yet delivered and it include all the costumes and imitation jewellery required for my wedding. They told me it will reach by 16 nov and today is 20 nov. I am really disappointed and worried about my shipment. Please help me.

I am not able to track the same on internet also when i contacted at the office they are not at all behaving professionally. Nobody knows the exact location of my parcel and nobody is bothered about the delivery of the same.
Highly cheap quality service they are providing. Also the number that they have given me doesn't even exist as per the kolkata office of skyking. Kindly look into the matter as it is urgent.

It has been delievered from 15 days still date. There is no status and no response from any venders ofthe chennai side branch very very disappointing i wanna clain 10000 /- rupees againt it. It have lost my cool about this tried of complaining so resolution has been done for this very very poor service very poor i suggest to discountinue the company for not properly managed.

I am writing this email to complain about very disappointing service of the courier company skyking.
I booked this courier with consignment number 89276124 on 22nd july 2019 but it is still not delivered.
Current status on website shows forwarded to raipur on 23rd july and there is no status update after that.
I am continuously in touch with customer care and also the person (Raju from rohtak +[protected] from which i booked).
The booking person raju, every time giving me different excuses like i have meeting next week and i will look for your refund. But today he told that company is not ready for this.
The customer care gave me the delhi office number ([protected]) and they gave me durg office number ([protected]), and then i was given the delivery boy number (Vishal [protected]), but delivery boy never picked up my call and also did not replied whatsapp.
I am fed up and frustrated.

I strongly feel skyking should compensate my refund. I do not expect this type of pathetic service from this company.

Hi,
We booked consignment 78452247 on 13th aug2019 from utter pradesh. As per the your tracking system consignment reached bangalore hub yesterday morning and i tracked the consignment 78452247 status evening, it's showing consignment sent back to delhi hub.
I didn't get any call/update in regard the delivery. I don't know reason behind sending to back...

Please help me to deliver my parcel in delivery address mentioned parcel at bangalore location.

Worst experience of Skyking courier service.

Parcel has been reached in my town a week ago but still it has not been delivered. I called to the person in sky king who was suppose to send the courier at home, every day he/she is telling like your parcel will be delivered by tomorrow as we don't have any delivery boy to deliver it.

I will highly recommend to not to use Sky king courier.

Sent a courier from malout on[protected] to ludhiana but it has not been delivered till date[protected] on tracking my shipment it shows it has reached ludhiana on[protected] i wonder what these people are doing these people never pick calls n hang up the phone if picked service is so poor my courier was urgent n these people are delaying unncessarily
