Smashing Commerce — fake item delivery

Hi
I have received an item"pest repellent" from smashing commerce through facebook ads. It was a fake product which not same as we ordered. It makes more noise. We want to talk by company but their is no response. I send a complain by email then they answered use the product 60 days but why we use fake product. Product seems not more than 50rs and we paid 480rs.
Please help me

Updated by JPup customer executive call me on date 24/08/2018 and forcely told me for using the item but we deny then they told me send a video of received item.
we send a video on date 25/08/2018 at 11:00am but there is no response.

We do not like the ultrasonic mosquito repellent as it does not work properly and its sound is only irritating me

I ordered pest reject machine on your site on seeing add on Facebook but after receiving the machine I have received different item which is very delicate one and you are advertising different machine so I want to return your pest reject machine

My order no Z3ATP3JNPZ is Purchased on[protected] and I use this product for 2 Days but product id not working for pest repellent only ultrasound was very irritated. Pls return your product and back my money.
