I order some products from smytten on 3rd Feb 2022 & prepaid for it. After payment through paytm my order not processed. My order is stucked and order didn't get placed.
Unfortunately I already pay it through paytm. And I try connecting through email but got reply like your issues will be resolve within 48 hrs. Still its not resolved yet already 48 hrs passed out and I try connecting through phone on customer numbers [protected] ( number is not available) and [protected] no phone service due to covid . How to trust this type of app again??I complained about this on Smytten customer care via e-mail but no satisfactory response came out and no proper response or communication number.
My request to you that refund my money.
