In valentine 2022 they launched scheme. They giving cashback of trial pack and 30% discount in Cetaphil product. So I purchased trial pack of rs.199/- They gave cashback of rs 199. With cashback of 199 and 30% discount, I purchased Cetaphil night cream in Rs 609/- .They supplied me trial pack and then after they cancelled my Cetaphil order and refund rs 609/_ So it is called cheating.

          My order 4173798 was expected to be arrived at 17 feb 2022 but its 20th now and i haven't received any order yet. And it is not even dispatched, refund my money otherwise supply the order which i have ordered.

              I made and order on smytten and it has been almost a month since I have not received it. I mailed them, initially they replied but now they have completely stopped replying to my mail. I tried to cancle the item but can't cancle it anymore as it is showing that my item is being shipped. This is a worst experience of mine towards an Ecom website. Please help me by taking an action against this company

                I ordered few trail items on smytten but had to cancel it due to sone issues. I refund amount was supposed to be credited to my account within 5-7 days, but I didn't get my money. When I complained about it in the customer care they told me my amount was already credited in my account but clearly that is not the case.

                  I have placed my order on 23 January 2022 and haven't received till date. Order id #3947437. Its almost a month now and delivery is not done yet. Everytime the date of delivery is changed. Even today also its showing delivery by 19th Feb. Please deliver my order as soon as it can be.

                        I have ordered some trail products on 27 Jan 2022 and prepaid ₹199 and showed it was packed on 31st Jan 2022 and uploaded to Bhiwandi Maharashtra But On 4 th February 2022 it showed shipment not received yet from the client side and delivery is extending day by day. Also I didn't received shipping tracking ID. I have waited this much days but didn't shipped from there and didn't received my products . So please be take some actions so as possible

                              I ordered some products from smytten on 8th Feb . 2022 & prepaid for it. My order no is 4102341 after that day my order not delivered till today. My order is stuck.                                 I'd ordered on 3rd Feb and I received order on 11th Feb. But I didn't receive the OTP so unfortunately I had to return the order. But I have not received the refund yet. Please look over this issue as soon as possible.

                                    I have ordered my products on 4th February and it's been 7 days since then but i haven't received my order yet or any information regarding it. There is no information in the app and also I haven't received any tracking ID. I tried contacting them via email as there is no customer care contact number but i haven't received any reply from them.so please sir / mam I request to look into the matter. If they can not deliver my order then please atleast send my money to original source i.e. My bank account.
