Hi, this is Priya waghmare. I ordered free trial products. Order ID is 4523136. The expected delivery was on 25/03/2022 but it's still not delivered yet. And also tried calling on cust care number but it is not reachable. unable to cancel and can't report the product.ru

    Hi i ordered 8 things from smytten trial app i received only 6 which were also wrong completely different products the billing say right order name but in box its not mine i am very disappointed i want my things or my money i haven't use anything

      I order my trials form smytten 15 days ago on 15th march.. since then the tracking has been showing that pickup is failing. They are extending the date of delivery every day.. i want my order to be delivered or refund my complete amount of 199 rs as soon as possible..

                I have ordered 9 products out of which 3 products are missing also my order contained 2 sachets of cocoa powder out of which 1 packet was torn. Packaging was not good. Due to that 1 open packet all other products were covered in cocoa powder. I want my remaining products as soon as possible or else i want my money back.

Delivery date was extended whenever I track the order details.This is my first order from smytten facing and these much issues with the delivery. And I have not received the product till now.

                                    This complaint is in regard of delay in delivery of product ordered by smytten dated[protected]. I had complaint abot it last week too but I have not recieved it till now.Your Customer service number is also not working. This is my first order from smytten and facing this much issues with the delivery.I had ordered two products numbered as #4432042.
                                    My order status only show another date of delivery whenever date assigned to me is about to be delivered. Kindly assure my product delivery as soon as possible or make my money refund.

                                    Sir maine smytten se 4 product order kiye the jisme se ek kr sath free gift item tha muje bs ek product receive hua compact powder usme bhi free gift missing tha and jab maine commitment ki toh unhone refund ki jagah coupon de diya or mere baaki product bhi 15may ko deliver hone the but 17may ko deliver kiye kafi email karne ke baad but wo bhi wrong product delivered kiya hai maine mere product ke liye 602 rs pay Kiya plus 200 rs wallet amount maine complain bhi ki emails and calls bhi kar rhi hu but koi bhi response nhi aaya

                                      I have made the payment of Rs. 199 on March 15th for trial order products but the order has not been processed . I tried contacting Smytten customer care number but the number seems to be invalid. After mailing them for 2-3 times, I received their response to send the screenshot of my payment after which they haven’t responded. I kindly request you to refund the money as soon as possible.

                                      Ever since I complained, Smytten care members had sent me mails ([email protected])assuring that my issue will be solved. The problem took over a week to get resolved and I finally got the amount refunded.

                                      I never got my parcel n I paid 795rs for kit.. nd not showing any tracking.. deliver my product or refund my money.. I just got free product not a main product.. before it was showing that u will get delivery in 2 times bt never got a main product of 795
