As i ordered my products on dated 19/12/2021 whom order ID is 3626674.
It being around one month to booked the order buy item yet not received.
Later, i mailed to the smytten customer care they told that my order has been delivered on dated 06/01/2021. Thus, my concern is that none of his courier agent called me at the time of delivery even I discussed with the family members about the parcel but no-one received the same.
Later, I another mailed to smytten to refund my money if they are unable to fulfill the order demand but they refuse to return my money.
So I request to concerning department to look into the matter and resolve it by their end because this type of customer dissatisfaction make trouble for our society because they are making fool to their customer.
